I Absolutely love Arden’s court of Anderson Twp. The staff is AMAZING!! “[Name removed]~ ED she’s absolutely wonderful, My boo. [Name removed}~DON, she’s magnificent hard working gets things done. Mrs. “[Name removed]” always busy keeping thing order nice willing to always help. [Name removed]~ The fun funny energetic activities director. Keep doing so wonderful, the residents enjoy every moment! [Name removed]~ front desk assistant, so helpful keeps a smiling face. [Name removed] caregiver~ always smiling helpful willing to do it all for each resident. Yes the awesome [Name removed]~ Caregiver’s supervisor, she goes over and beyond for all Arden’s court residents without a problem… WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM!!!??????

I have lived here a year now and love it! I live in one of the villas. They r beautiful and spacious. The best part is the kind and caring staff. They r always happy to help you. The activities are endless. There is always something to do. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking. They have independent living as well as any level of care u may need.

What a wonderful experience my family had with my loved one at the Harvest Festival that the Activities staff did an amazing job! It was perfect for my mom! We so appreciated the time and thoughtfulness that you and your team put into making this event a fun and enjoyable one. We look forward to the next resident/family event!

My Aunt has been a resident at Arden Courts for 6+ years. From the day she arrived, she has received outstanding care. My family and I are very thankful for every staff member who has welcomed her with open arms and has treated her with dignity, respect and love. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My sister made a quick move from TX to Fl to be closer to family. My BIL had been recently diagnosed with advanced Alzheimer’s. Within weeks, it was necessary to find long term placement. The second move could have been awful, but the staff helped/supported both with the transition. Five months later, i am still impressed!

The staff works hard for these events. Making them interactive and fun. They are really caring people and very caring with the residents and families. It is nice to have these events in an environment where family members can spend time with loved ones in a safe space.

My husband has been a resident for about 6 months. I continue to be impressed with the staff's care of him and responsiveness to my questions. Someone from the nursing staff is always available, as well as the administrative staff.

Overall, Arden Courts Old Orchard is an excellent facility for my mother to live. The staff is wonderful, compassionate and caring, supportive, attentive. [name removed] , the Executive Director, is very hands on and runs a smooth operation of the facility, with support of her wonderful staff! I couldn't ask for more for my mother's "new home"! I am so very grateful for that.

My wife of 42 has years has been a resident of Arden Courts for 2 months and the positive changes in her quality of life and general happiness have been awesome! Everything about Arden Courts is designed for the memory impaired from the design of the building to the programs and the personnel. The “Main Street” is modeled after Carytown, complete with a theater and a tavern. The resident rooms are bright and spacious, and it’s obvious that the needs of the residents come first. The residents also have unfettered access to the beautiful and well maintained gardens which include multiple benches and chairs spread throughout the grounds. We have enjoyed many relaxing and private moments in the garden! My family is thrilled by the extent to which my wife has thrived in Arden Courts and we recommend that everyone check them out before selecting any other memory care facility in the greater Richmond area!

I find the over all cost high but in comparison to others it is average. So I can't complain but I can not say enough good things about Arden Courts. They are truly a Blessing for both my Mother and family.

From the moment we visited, we knew Arden Courts was the right fit. The staff is caring and very friendly. My mom calls Arden Courts 'home.'

The staff worked hard to help with smooth transition, communicating frequently with me. The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. Very friendly, homelike atmosphere. Still working with aides to be sure my mothers needs are met, it takes time to establish relationships and learn what residents needs are. ( when asked if my mother needs help she will always say "no"). No complaints with the meals and dining service! There are activities that are always available. The value for cost is great considering the cost of health care.

What our family likes the most about the Arden Courts A ProMedica Memory Care Community in Monroeville is the location - it makes it very convenient for family and friends to come visit our loved one.

The building and grounds are very appealing and clean at Arden Courts in Livonia. The office staff and medical nurses and aides took the best care of my Mom. The food was well prepared and they assisted her to eat when she was unable. I saw activities going on, but Mom was only there for 10 or 11 weeks and she was past being interested in participating. She passed away last Wednesday and I was moved by the little ceremony that they performed when the funeral home arrived to take her. They covered the gurney with a homemade quilt, escorted us to the porch, and said a prayer to send her out with the angels. Value for money is very reasonable as everything is included. We were very happy with choosing Arden Courts in Livonia.

I am currently a resident at Arden Courts Livonia and everything has been great for me at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, activities and value for cost are also great. I am totally pleased with everything and feel like I made a good decision in moving here. I would recommend Arden Courts Livonia to family and friends.

I was concerned at first about moving my mom out of her home that she had been in with my father over 50+ years. She is doing well in this facility, and the staff treats her extremely well. When I visit her she is usually smiling and seems content.

Arden Courts has such a high level of care, support and empathy; they really go above and beyond. The director and head nurse provided me with fantastic advice and support, even before my Mom was a resident. I could text them any time, they came out and visited my mom in hospital several times, and they communicated effectively with the social worker. I like the warm, homey feel of the facility, rather than a sterile, hotel model. My mom loves to go outside, so I’m so glad there is easy access to a large and secure outside space. I feel like the residents receive a higher level of care here, and I love that many of the staff have been here for a long time. Thanks to them for all this care, and for helping me through an emotional time as a caretaker for my mom.

My loved one is currently a resident at Arden Courts Winter Springs and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, food and value for cost are also great. They were able to help us through a difficult transition into Memory Care and they helped find a solution that worked for everyone involved. I would recommend Arden Courts Winter Springs to others.

From the minute you enter the facility, there is a sense of warm and caring from the front desk person, to the main administrator , to the staff overall. They know their clients and assist them in anyway possible . The activities director has activities for all levels of the residents . We are grateful for Arden Court and all who work there. They maintain good communication with the families whenever necessary and have family programs throughout the year . The administrator oversees the community carefully and is involved with his staff , residents , and families .
