I give Arden Court the highest recommendations. The staff are truly caring and very gentle in handling the patients. The patients are given choices for activities and not compelled to all do the same thing at the same time. Freedom to walk around, freedom to go outside in the patio area, and to go to the activity room is very important. The nursing care is wonderful. Visitors are very welcomed. We are approaching one year at Arden and I am very happy with our choice.

My mother is currently a resident at Arden Courts Memory Care Yardley and everything has been absolutely great for her at this facility so far. Communication with the family is wonderful. The staff is beyond friendly and they take amazing care of my mom. I would absolutely recommend Arden Courts Memory Care Yardley to others!

My wife has been at Arden Courts for over two and a half years. It was a very difficult decision for me to have her enter a memory care facility. However I can truthfully say I made the right decision choosing Arden Courts. It all starts with the Administrative Services department. There’s always a friendly welcome and ask how you personally are doing. The qualities that stands out the most to me is how the entire staff, from the Executive Director, Memory Care Advisor to every caregiver I’ve encountered treats every resident with love and respect. They never pass a resident without having a positive comment or conversation. They have an outstanding activity program and the food is delicious. It’s like eating a home cooked meal. The nursing staff is very professional and caring. They never hesitate to help out with any questions and concerns. Finally the building is very clean. Without hesitation I would recommend Arden Courts if you need to place a loved one in a memory care center.

My mom has been at Arden Courts for three years. She has received great personalized attention and care from the entire staff. The staff has been responsive to my requests. The quality and variety of the resident activities continues to improve with attention given to stimulating a resident's five senses. My mom has been well taken care of throughout her stay. I enjoy my visits with her, the staff and the other residents. I wish I could care for my mom at home but that's not possible. Instead I trust Arden Courts to keep mom well, safe and satisfied.

My mother was abused at another community and when [name removed] the executive Director saw the news story she stopped everything and reached out to me. I was unsure but she was totally honest with me and said she would like her teams to start caring for my mother. My mother arrived at Arden Courts and was greeted by the team and immediately fell in love with them. My mother had been both physically and sexually assaulted at her previous facility, [name removed]. Arden Courts knew she had PTSD from the previous facility. My beautiful mother is suffering from advanced dementia. She has only been a valued and loved resident of Arden Courts for only two months! The change has been nothing short of a miracle. She is back to talking, walking and boy is she eating well. I have been to Arden Courts at all hours. 12am, 3am, 7am and during the day. I have noticed nothing besides true loving care. No issue ever! These people are experts in memory care. The best in the business.

They are a bit short staffed on weekend right now and can struggle a bit to keep up with demands as the higher needs residents take priority but still overall very clean. The staff is so kind and caring and my mom loves them all so much. Overall the quality of care is very great and my mom is very happy there but again they can be a bit short staffed on weekends. I'm not sure about that I haven't been there during meal times. We have joined in in activities a few times and the residents seem to love them

We would highly recommend it, especially for someone with her level of dementia and physical needs. The administration and staff are excellent, and we trust that her needs are being met. We really like the Arden Courts model, with four "houses" all connected to the main area. It feels much less institutional that way.

Arden Courts Of Palos Heights has a beautiful physical facility but way more importantly, they have a beautiful administration and staff. Every person at Arden Courts who takes on the responsibility to care for your loved one does so with the utmost professionalism. You would need a thesaurus to describe all the attributes that are experienced by your loved one. Just a few words that would describe how the Residents are interacted with by everyone here are kindness and compassion. I see the underlying factor that everyone here exhibits is that each person has an amazingly beautiful heart. Every interaction between your family member and the Arden Courts administration and staff emanates from how much they care.

Very pleased with the memory care services provided for our sibling who is happy and well-adjusted in this supportive environment. Fully engaged in all activities seven days a week. Excellent communication between all staff and us. Fortunate to have found Arden Courts, King of Prussia, PA.

Everything has been better then expected help is superb and my wife is well loved. I'm very happy with the overall care and glad I chose Arden Courts of Palos Heights.

Staff is patient with a family dealing with upheaval caused by dementia. My dad is settling in and enjoys the access to the outdoors. Easy access for the families to our loved ones

I am so happy with them. They treat their residents like family. All of these types of facilities are soooo expensive but at Arden I feel I am getting exceptional care so that makes the cost palatable.

Arden Courts is a well well organization. From the administration staff to nursing, housekeeping, and dietary all of the departments have been very helpful to me and my wife. I have the opportunity to go to activities with my wife that is something that I appreciate. I mainly like the entertainment that they have weekly. I would recommend Arden Courts of Palos Heights to anyone looking for placement of a loved one in a memory care assisted living community.

The care my family member is receiving at Arden Courts is wonderful. The staff understands the needs of a person with dementia. The staff knows the residents and plans activities that they can be involved in based on their memory issues. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. I know my family member is safe and well taken care of when I leave.

The Springhouse of Pikesville community was great and the staff members working there were great. Unfortunately the cost became too much and our loved one passed 2 weeks after leaving the facility.

I really like all the things that are here at Lely Palms. I find that the staff and all the residents are very friendly it easy to get to know the people and also there are plenty of things that we can use as for instance, bingo, etc.. it is very easy to make friends. Everyone has a lot of fun there’s some thing for everyone here.

I looked at many places before settling on the daily. I found most of them not to my liking. Most of them had of food that tasted like hospital food this place has choices, and the food is mostly good. You can’t like everything nobody can be more I have no idea I settled on this place because everyone was friendly when I took my tour the staff the residence. Everyone in the staff is very friendly the residence for the most part all get along there’s always something to do the end.
