I found Arden courts quite by accident as I was looking at a “place close by. I called from the front bench and was told to come right in. I knew within a very short time that this was the place for my mom. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses CNA’s and custodial staff are friendly, helpful and concerned I have been walking on air, ever cents we made the decision to place my mom here .

My stepfather who suffers from dementia, was accepted at ProMedica - Linden Village senior living facility in Lebanon, PA, for his long term comfort care. He resided in the STOY half-bath quad room cottage. The smaller private bedroom and pleasant dining area with limited number of patients sitting together helped to reduce the stress and agitation during mealtimes and family member visits. The Executive Director [name removed] and Senior Care Advisor [name removed], who is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner are very professional and proficient at handling the individual assessment and admission processes. They are always very caring, informative, responsive to questions, and friendly. All of the other administrative staff, therapists, and caregivers did an excellent job every day, carefully attending to my stepfather’s physical, medical, hygienic and nutritional mealtime needs. Our family highly recommends this facility for long term care of your love one.

Although it has only been a short while, my experience with Arden Courts has been beyond expectations. It became necessary for me to find memory care for my wife of 53 years and I was filled with sadness and fear that she would be taken care of properly. However, as soon as we visited Arden Courts and interacted with the care team, my fears went away. She has adapted very well with extra care given to her in the early days and is genuinely happy. The staff at Arden Courts were in constant touch with me as my wife transitioned into the home and I received messages from the doctors, nurses and physical therapist describing how things were going. I visit often and the visits are encouraged by the care team as it is very much a collaborative approach with the staff listening to me and working with my wife. I am very relieved that we have found a loving, caring community for my wife and I am finally relaxing knowing she is such capable hands.

My mom and I recently toured Arden Courts and we were thoroughly impressed with what we saw. From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of residents with memory care requirements. The communal areas are bright and cheerful, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. We also appreciated the secure outdoor spaces where residents can enjoy fresh air safely. Special thanks to [name removed], the admissions coordinator, for making our visit so informative and pleasant. [name removed] was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. His patience and understanding made a significant difference in our experience. This was a wonderful experience. The residents were a joy to interact with and the employees were very nice and helpful. Family involvement was also very noticeable, which was heartwarming to see. It's a beautiful building with a large courtyard.

Our experience was very good, [name removed] was loved even towards the end when she became more difficult to manage, I feel that the people at Linden Village went above what was expected. Of course the cost is never easy but when we moved [name removed] into a nursing facility and saw the price double it became apparent that Linden Village was a good value. [name removed] is now Home with her Heavenly Father and her care is 100% covered and 100% joyful, Praise God for his son.

My mother is a current resident and from our first tour, to moving her in, the process was seamless. The Team here is caring, attentive, and truly understands memory care- which was very important to us when deciding on a new residence for my mother. The outdoor space is second to none, and it puts my mother at ease knowing she is not “locked in.” It gives us peace of mind that she has access to the outdoors while also being in a secure environment.

We moved my dad to Arden Courts in late April 2021. He’d previously been at [removed] and that was a nightmare. [removed] was not able to meet his needs (but didn’t want to say that because they are greedy). I was lucky enough to know someone in the elder care field who highly recommended Arden Courts. I have not been disappointed. My dad is well cared for and happy. The staff has well exceeded what I previously experienced at [removed]. I do not worry anymore as I know he’s in great hands. The facility was nestled in a quiet, scenic area, providing a sense of peace away from the busy roads of the town. The Director of Arden Courts; [name removed] worked quickly and seamlessly from start to finish to assure my client had a smooth transition into the wonderful facility. We were provided with a tour followed by organized paperwork that was easy to understand and prepared prior to our arrival. The staff were welcoming and friendly. All questions were answered effectively and patience was portrayed throughout from staff and directors. We were treated with respect and kindness. The facility was clean, spacious and organized. Although it is never easy leaving a loved one, we left the facility confident that the client was in good hands. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in search of a great memory care facility.

[name removed] at Arden Courts was incredibly helpful in meeting our family mid crisis. There was never a delay in response 24/7. We acquired the perfect respite for our 84 year old mother amid her heat induced dementia flare up. Mom’s experience was just what she needed to recover. Staff was cordial and accommodating at all times. Very comfortable experience was had from start to finish- we especially loved the outdoor gardens and walking path. Nestled in an outdoor oasis of nature with lovely sitting areas. Positive group of people in the front office and staff was equally cheerful. Highly recommend

My mother arrived at Arden Courts about a week and a half ago. After searching far and wide we immediately felt comfortable with this home and confident they would be the best place for mom. Our initial meeting was with [name removed] who was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my mom got to Arden asap after a 3.5 week struggle in the hospital. She even went to the hospital on July 4th (her day off)to bring mom’s paperwork back to Arden so there wouldn't be further delays. She really set the tone for us. Upon arrival, mom was greeted with warmth and a wonderful staff. [names removed]and the entire staff are so nice, responsive and on point. [name removed] is super responsive and made our family also feel at home at Arden. They pay attention to details and most importantly respect the residents and have the necessary patience to work with people who have cognitive issues. Lastly, Arden is clean, the grounds are lovely and there is always something stimuli

As an elder law attorney, I have referred many families to this community over the years and all have reported a very positive experience with the caregivers and quality of life provided to their loved ones. Led by a compassionate executive team, the staff members truly treat residents like family and the result is a safe, nurturing environment for those suffering with cognitive deficits.

It's a family oriented feeling and the facility feels much more like a home environment than other memory care facilities I toured. The staff is all very respectful of my father and our family and communication is consistent and helpful. The nursing staff has a definite sense of urgency in making sure my dad is thriving. There is no place I recommend more for a memory care facility setting.

I recently moved my spouse to Arden Courts, and so far, it has been a great experience. It has given my family peace of mind, knowing that she is well cared for. The staff truly cares, making it an easy job to do effectively. Everyone involved has been the best. Caring for residents with dementia is not easy, but the staff at Arden Courts are absolutely amazing at what they do. My family and I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work.

The Arden Court's team is exceptional. They made the transition as smooth as it could be for my grandma & the rest of my family. My grandma can wander where she pleases in a safe environment I can't thank the Activity Staff enough for Send me videos of my grandma dancing with them. It meant the world to my family to see her mile and laugh

I found Linden Village to be the most "homey" of the facilities I toured. The quad layout created small sections of residents, rather than long corridors that can get confusing. It felt the most like home over the other facilities.

To say this was one of the toughest times for my family would be an understatement. We toured multiple communities and were turned away because of my grandmas behaviors. When we found Arden we knew this was the place. First impressions were very modest. No giant chandelier or extensive list of model rooms. Arden keeps things simple and focus on their residents. We can be happier with the qualify of care she has received during her time there and we look for her to be able to age as grateful as possible with a great team supporting her needs. Caregivers are very attentive and have personal relationships with their residents , which extends to attending to toileting needs and assisting with feeding as needed. Individual dietary needs and self feeding limitations are addressed by the kitchen staff for everyone. Residents are encouraged by staff to attend the activities offered each morning and afternoon in the community center, with variety of activities available for residents of different abilities.

The staff at Lely Palms were very gracious to my family and I through that process. I would highly recommend Lely Palms to anyone considering senior living.
