In late summer I was hoping that my husband who has Alzheimer’s and who was hospitalized in June for pneumonia would recover sufficiently to return to a memory center setting. Sadly this has not happened. He has improved slightly but not to the level he was at prior to hospitalization so I will need to leave him in a nursing home setting. However in the process of looking for memory care settings I did visit Arden Court Farmington. I was very impressed with the facility and wish I had seen it earlier in my husband’s disease progression. I am deeply appreciative of the many courtesies that Arden Court extended to me and their remaining in touch with me as we tried to determine what was the best kind of setting for my husband.

The staff at Arden Courts Glen Ellyn cares for our 94-year-old mother with dementia in such a compassionate way. They know her personally - what she likes and doesn't like. I am so grateful to have found this outstanding facility!

Memory care advisor went out of his way to come to our house to explain about community and actually helped move my husband in. We looked at 3 other facilities but it was a no brainer to go to Arden Courts.

My father was a difficult frontal dementia case. When we would visit and he was always with people. The talented activity staff could interact with people of different severity levels. The design of the facility engaged my father's need to wander. The staff and administration were available and attentive to our needs. They were always welcoming and came to know us. The pricing structure of the facility was predictable and straightforward. We felt lucky we were able to have our father spend his final months at Arden Courts. It probably saved my mother's life.

The annual Christmas party for residents and families today was wonderful. All the residents, resident’s families, and staff together created a warm and friendly atmosphere and it was great to be a part of the big family environment of togetherness. The staff set a great Christmas mood with beautiful Christmas decorations everywhere and the Christmas dinner was excellent. I look forward to more events here like this as I’m sure there will be many more.

Promedica of Arden Court of Silver Spring is absolutely the most wonderful memory care facility I have never experiences in Montgomery County. Field with wonderful staff, residents and families members that cares for th eir residents . I always recommend anyone with a family member with Dementia to Arden Court of Silver Spring.

Arden Courts just hosted a lovely holiday party for family members and their loved ones. It so nice to be able to have a community that understands what everything we go through. The team here is so caring and really understands how to approach those experiences dementia.

They embrace family and really encourage family participation. The activities are plentiful. The staff is warm and caring. Lots of flexibility with decorating the room. I would absolutely recommend Arden Courts in Yardley to others.

The staff members are really friendly and helpful. Any time there's a health question or concern about my mom, I get a phone call, and I get follow up phone calls. The food is excellent! I've eaten lunch with my mom a couple of times and I honestly wish I could eat there every day. My mom doesn't currently participate in the activities, but there are a lot of things to do. I wish she would participate. I know that my mom is safe and well cared for.

My hubby was at Arden Courts for the last 6 months of our life together. I felt part of a community from the first day, when the receptionist, who had never met me nor my hubby, knew who I was and for whom I was preparing a room. Each resident has their own room and is given freedom the decorate and make it their own. I especially liked that my sweetheart was given freedom to roam inside and outside and the staff were careful to keep track of each resident. Even though he resided in one "house" of the facility, all the staff knew him and interacted with him. When the time came that he was on hospice, everyone there were caring and respectful of us. Is it perfect? No, but I'm thankful to have had my sweet love there.

I would recommend it. I picked it because of the people I met. Everyone that works there was great.

Go see. It gave me deep peace to move in. Everyone cares. Maintenance experienced and work everyday to insure your living is safe and comfortable. All the residents I know are really happy with our home.

Everyone from the executive director to the caretakers are very focused on creating a warm and welcoming living environment for the residents. I would recommend Arden Courts in Susquehanna to others.

When our family suffered a crisis when our sister-in-law passed away Arden Court of Elk Grove Village in Illinois was there for us. They consistently provided loving and competent care for our brother who suffers from dementia. When the time arrived for us to choose a home for him, we did not want him anywhere else but Arden Court. They take care of him with a well-trained staff, an educated medical team, and an always available administrative team. The deep sense of being “home” consoles my brother and all of us who care for him. Arden Court is a home away from home which we consider a true blessing.

This is a unique community. The care givers are top notch, friendly and caring. They actually learn from the residents and figure out the best care for the individual. My dad hadn't showered in 5 months when we brought him to Arden Cts and within 2 days he was showered, shaved and clean. They are constantly training their care givers and I feel so happy since we moved my dad in.

Amazing memory care community . Great team . Had the privilege of visiting a family friend who resides at this community . The team is amazing . It is evident they care about the residents . The Director of nursing [name removed] is nothing short of amazing . We are always greeted at the front end with great smiles and conversation . The marketer [name removed] is always so knowledgeable and does not hesitate to provide education or be a resource . The ED [name removed] truly cares about this community and the residents . The cooling demonstrations which is part of their programming is such a fun experience . I will recommend to community to anyone looking for memory care placement for their loved ones . They take pride in what they do .

Arden Court has been a great fit for dad. They were great helping him through the transition from home to their memory care facility. The staff is friendly, caring and helpful. The setup is very homey with individual rooms that allow their own sense of space. The group activities keep them active and occupied and foster a sense of community. So glad they are taking care of dad.

The staff, aids, nurses etc are amazing loving seem very genuine and caring about meeting our mother’s needs. Mother always seems happy. The facility is always clean and pleasantly decorated and residents enjoy the ongoing tv old school movies music and entertainment. The Director is new to this facility but she seems to have a lot of positive energy and is keeping the ship on course and she’s approachable and pleasant, so all is good so far. The monthly rate goes up too much in the year we are almost [amount removed] monthly which is a few thousand more in just 2 short years it seems. It’s not the staffs fault there is a new owner of Arden. Don’t know how much longer we can afford this place, we might sooner have to relocate mother further away from DMV, but we are happy with the service for sure.

My husband moved into Arden Courts at Farmington about one month ago. The staff takes a team caring approach. Everyone from the Director [name removed] on down are hands on. [name removed] spent an hour walking the facility with my husband because he was having a particularly bad day. The nurses [names removed] are two of the most caring and compassionate young men I have ever met. The care staff know my husband and are always helpful and willing to spend time with both of us. [names removed] are the staff that I have gotten to know. They already know his likes and dislikes, always have a smile for him and have bent over backward to make his adjustment as easy as possible. I like the way Arden Courts is set up with four small cottages that have bedrooms, a dinning room and living room in each. The yard is huge and as long as the weather is nice residents can come and go to the yard whenever they want to. If you want a small cost community with caring staff check them out.
