What we really like about Arden Courts is that they are very caring, everyone is. Also I like the way it is set up. Makes people feel like they are somewhere else. Great for people with memory issues.

So far they've been extremely helpful to me. We had some problems in the beginning (no fault of Arden Courts) with my loved one on the wrong medication and behaving combatively. With the help of the VA and the physician at Arden Courts, we now have him on medication that his keeping him calm and much happier. Things are working out quite well and I'm very pleased with the care that he's receiving. They offer so many activities for their residents. The cost is high, but I'm getting my money's worth. And I would definitely recommend them to other families.

I chose this facility due to location, reviews, and staff support. We were in a crisis situation in moving father from Michigan to Austin. They worked with us even though my father had health challenges. They worked with us in accommodating his nutrition/eating challenges. Various caregivers tried their best to have him eat. The head nurse kept us abreast of his situation. The front office staff was always friendly and helpful. The nurses and care givers seemed to genuinely care for him. They also checked in on him when he went into hospice. I wish we had actually gone back to Arden Courts when he went into hospice but they didn't have the 24 hour on location nursing support we needed. They do have 24 hour nursing available.

The community recently had a meeting with administrators and residents and families that recently moved in. This was very beneficial for us to ask questions. This is a great community. All the staff were calm, caring, doing well with their position and following the rules. I would recommend you check the community out to see if this would be a good fit for your loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents and snacks. My loved one enjoys the meals.

My mom receives great care and is constantly at activities with others, their policy is that no one eats in the dining hall so we cannot comment on the meals and dining service. Our mom is cared for with care and cheerful attentiveness. I mean they really care! The facility was built with Alzheimer's in mind and it is very well-staffed with lots of wander places for strolls. So... value for money... do I wish I could spend less... well of course. But then again I am so very thankful to have found Arden court and I am peaceful that my mom is getting the best possible care for her needs. So how can you put a price on that?

This is a really nice place. The staff really seem to care and keep an interest in the residents such as likes and dislikes. There are a lot of amenities offered compared to other communities in the area. Overall a very nice place with a happy feel to it. The staff communication with the family has been pretty good when we have questions or concerns. [name removed] was super helpful and responsive to us in the beginning. Some of the meals look good, and others not so good. My loved one seems to be happy with the meals. There are three meals a day served to the residents.

Very friendly staff and well kept facilities. My wife has improved overall. Her medications have been adjusted and she is no longer taking opioid medications. The staff indivualizes care needs based on their situations and requirements. Group activities seek to engage all residents to their abilities.

The experience was very pleasant. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The communication is very prompt, especially when it comes to medication or changes with change of status, falls, sores, etc. The meals are fresh and residents can make certain requests. There are three meals a day, even if the resident is not hungry, and I like that!

I had a very positive tour experience with Arden Courts of Allentown, the person who showed me around gets all 5 stars. This facility is just memory care and I did not think that would be an appropriate fit for my loved one. I found it a bit depressing. I would not discourage anyone from going here, it was just not the right fit for our situation.

The community did well since everything was clean, my loved one, their room and no odors anywhere. Everyone seemed to be well taken care of. Disappointed that the person who I met when looking at the facility was no longer there after a while. She was a wonderful & caring individual & easy to speak with. I would totally recommend it to others and had no complaints. Thank you for your help in finding this facility.

We are very happy with Arden Courts. The environment is smaller and cozier and easy to navigate. My mom says she really likes the food here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they really care about their residents. They seem to be very well trained as well. They do offer shared and private rooms, my mom has a private room and they are on the smaller side which we preferred. I would recommend to others looking for memory care for their loved ones. I would tell others to know that fees do increase every January by about 10%, so keep that in mind when looking.

Our experience here was so much better than the last facility my loved one was in. The staff here are much better trained on how to deal with Dementia residents.

My husband had been in two other memory care facilities and Arden Ct. was far more exceptional in the care you gave to him. . Everyone was so caring not only to my husband but to our entire family. I would never hesitate to put your loved one in Arden Court. The food was very good too!

When we were initially looking for a place, Promedica was the first one to come out and evaluation my mom, and they were right on top of that. The staff are friendly and helpful. They do get back to you if you need to get ahold of them. They're very attentive, and we have no complaints with the care. Their meals are good, although they need to improve their gluten free diet. Compared to other places, it's a good value. It's not the newest facility, but we're very happy with the care. I've already recommended them to other families and continue to do so.

I think they do a good job. There are four pods/hallways, each with about 10 rooms. The unit my loved one is is well managed. They take really good care of everybody. They’re very patient and good with their residents. The food is good. They make their own food right there and have their own chef. Although sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of the staff, the people I’ve met are friendly and open. They’re very patient and willing to answer any questions. They have a lot of activities - I see a lot going on when I come to visit. And they try to get my loved one involved. The cost is high, but they're able to handle my loved one with dementia behaviors. They have a psychiatrist and a physician on duty. The nurses are good, and if something needs to be changed, they work with me to do that. If anything goes wrong, they call me right away. And I appreciate their diligence in keeping me up to date with what is going on with him The director is very pleasant, cordial, and accessible. There is a nice ¼ mile enclosed walking area that is well planned and pretty, with sidewalks and not dirt to walk on. There is also a courtyard with tables and gazebos. If you feel like you can afford it, your loved one will get good care here.

Plenty of staff. Video made ahead of time to introduce staff to incoming patients/residents. Four small areas with maybe 12-14 residents. Each area has own staff, own dining room, own TV relaxation room, own laundry ( they discreetly label all clothing and do each residents laundry as often as needed and only their clothes- no mixing I. e. No loss. Staff takes care of their needs without being asked- turns down bed, lays out p.j's , gets them different food even after meal has been served if there is a problem. Nursing staff on top of most everything all the time. Procedures for disease prevention enforced routinely and with consistency. [name removed] who works with prospective resident's family is very, very knowledgeable and helpful. So much empathy everywhere but starts with [name removed]. You provide Depends/diapers and wipes if needed. Nothing else. Once through buzzers and in lobby and then through next buzzer into facility you and/ or residents can go anywhere inside or out. Outside measured in acres and I guess patrolled every 15 minutes (could be off on that). Programs in shared community center on and off through out the day and early evening. Residents seem to really like the food and it sure smells good. Delivered by kitchen staff in a hot steam table. Our dog comes to visit everyone at least twice a week. I am usually there five days a week for relative short visits as my family member has limited attention span (also doesn't want to miss some activities or meals). Obviously I am happy with Arden Court of Palm Harbor where memory care residents are not second class citizens and that is all they do- memory care. Only concern is when money runs out eventually and she is on Medicaid, she will have to leave and I don't know the kind of facility she will end up in. That is a huge worry. For now she is happy.

I looked around at a few place and this was definitely the closest to us and also just seemed like a perfect fit especially for the price, you couldn't beat it. Everyone was really wonderful and seemed to care and take an interest in my mother. I was very pleased and we had major peace of mind while we were out of town. She was always very busy and could participate in any activity that she wanted to, they had a lot offered. The value for the money is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Lely Palms to other families looking for respite care. It had a great set up and was exactly what we needed.

Arden Courts is amazing. It has been a wonderful experience. My mother is much happier here than where she was previously. It has been the best choice for our family - she's so happy. She's always smiling when I come to visit. She's made friends and is always chatting with people. The aides always know her by name and chit chat with her. That interaction has been so important for her. And things are going well!

Our family had an in person tour I liked the staff a lot .The doctor was super impressive. Building itself was older but overall good

Staff friendly, down to earth, and kind. Families are included in multiple planned activities, as well as any going on when we visited. Our family member is always clean and her room, too. Caregivers are top-notch here! I guess we could always wish for a less expensive option, but I think Arden Courts has kept a reasonable price for the exceptional services it provides
