Arden Court is a very homey and cozy place. They have several “houses” within the complex so not a huge amount of residents sitting and eating in the same area. The residents can also walk throughout the complex and sit in various “porches”. All the residents have an opportunity to be together for activities. The outdoor walk path is enclosed so residents can walk safely on their own. There is a beauty salon on-site and nurses and doctors. Our father lived at Arden Court until he passed and we have since picked Arden Courts for our lovely aunt. I highly recommend Arden Court.

My husband is getting great care. Those caring for him are kind and compassionate. It's as close to perfect as one can reasonably expect. I chose because of the strong recommendation from my contact at APFM, an extremely wonderful man, based on my needs and my husband's.

Staff seems to go above and beyond to keep mom happy and safe at Linden Village. Communication with the family is great. I ate Thanksgiving dinner with my mom and I thought it was very good. One minor complaint....mom's room floor could use dry mopping a little more often. Overall, I would recommend Linden Village to anyone who needed their services.

I could not have picked a better memory care facility than Arden Court. Caring staff, immaculate building, continuous activities and the knowledge that your loved ones are safe and well taken care of. Its small size makes for a homey atmosphere.

My husband had to be accommodated in memory care with 1 day’s notice. The staff at Arden worked with me to secure him a place quickly. He has settled in and made some friends. The activity staff bends over backward to make the residents happy by doing the things they like. The rooms are all private and just big enough. The exterior grounds are well kept and have areas to sit as well as a walking path. Inside there is no way to get lost. The wings go off a central square and you can always find someone to assist you. The care staff, nurses, administrative staff, and housekeeping are all caring and helpful to both resident and families. I would recommend this facility very highly.

We chose Arden Court for our father last Feb after touring at least 10 local options. The staff at Arden Court make eye contact and warmly greet each other & visitors. They interact with their clients and each other with patience & kindness. I visit multiple times a week and this is a consistent truth. Arden Court in Farmington is a community that reflects respect and compassion in all facets: stars include caregivers [names removed], too many to name them all. We know our father is treated as a respected member of the Arden community and are grateful every day for the care he receives.

Have the pleasure of caring for a love one who resides at this community. The dietary director worked closely with us to ensure he has everything he needs . The love and care the staff have for the residents is evident when you walk the building. From how patient they are with the residents, to the smiles the have on their faces . I will reform this community to anyone looking for a memory care community for their love one .

Staff has incredible level of care and keeps patience needs always in their sights. I will have my loved one sent to this community. Great level of care , activities , staff , and the most caring individuals.

One of the friendliest staffs and clean environment, I have ever experienced. They really enjoy taking care of their residents as evident in the amount of activities, they schedule for their residents. The environment of the building makes it feel like home, you wouldn't regret your love ones leaving here.

Great community. From the warm welcome upon entry and the knowledge you receive from the marketing director during the inquiry process is top notch. I will recommend this community to anyone looking for a memory care community for their loved one. They offer a unique experience.

They get 5's for all areas. I was so pleased with them and wrote a referral and review for both Arden Courts and A Place For Mom. I appreciate the professionalism and how my assistant took the time to understand what Mom needed and treated the challenge of finding a good match as a priority.

I would put Arden Courts Silver Spring as the memory care facility in Maryland. My experience was and still spectacular the building from the outside is amazing up on entering the building the front desk staff is so warm and welcoming, the smell and cleanliness of that building along with the caregivers was smiling and making me feel like I was one of them. I am happy with the care of my love one, I will also keep putting your name out the to others. Thank again for all you do Silver Spring.

My husband was asked to leave a West Shore dementia care facility due to behavior. I came to Arden and explained at the time he could present issues. As I explained I was told we are not worried that’s dementia. The compassionate care that was given to him was the complete opposite of the previous facility. I called the caretakers and nurses my angels. The employees there seem to stay there and thus have lots of experience with dementia. My husband had the same caretakers so they got to know him and how to get him to do things like bathing. Arden gave me peace and I knew he was getting loving care. During my husbands last minutes the caretakers and nurse stayed with us as he drew his last breath. Helped my daughter and I in many ways.

The staff at Arden Courts in Livonia was extremely friendly and showed great care towards my father's needs. The housekeeping staff kept the facility very clean and if an incident happened where their assistance was needed for a clean up, they came to service dad right away and always with a smile. The staff was very open and honest in all situations when communicating with our family. The move in process was easy and assistance from staff was graciously provided. The meals were great and provided a balanced diet. I certainly recommend Arden Courts in Livonia to others.

For the most part, this has been a good fit for my husband. Only one staff member has given me the cold shoulder. All the other staff are great & the place is clean & smells clean. Showers are occasionally not done. Right now there is Covid there so the activities are limited. This seems to really be affecting my husband. He seems to all of a sudden be having anxiety attacks. All in all I would recommend Arden Courts in Monroeville

In such a difficult time looking for placement for a parent especially over the holidays I was so thrilled to have met [name removed]. She listened so patiently. She was able to assist us in deciding the correct placement for my dad. I feel especially comfortable knowing that when we do Place dad with her he will be taken care of. It is because of her we chose Arden courts and I know we did the right thing

The team at Arden Courts has given me an ease of mind that I had forgotten existed! Here are just a few contributions to that ease of mind: - Everyone from Caregivers to the Director always takes time to say hello and have a discussion with me about what is going on with Mom. - It has been a huge pleasure to see Mom engaging in activities. I have seen that no matter what level of ability a resident has, the staff puts forth effort to engage each person. - Her transition has not been without challenges. It has shown me that she is surrounded by caring and capable professionals who sincerely want to resolve problems. The resolutions are both quick and with a desire to prevent additional challenges. I want to send a huge thank you to the Arden team who made it possible for my husband and I to have a mini vacation without a call to resolve some issue with Mom. It has been years since we have had that luxury. Thank you!

My biggest concern is the price. Not just Arden Courts as they are all expensive. Hard to sustain the needed funding for years. The staff at Arden Courts are the best, friendly, capable and consistent. If we could give the friendliness of the staff team a 5+ we would.

It's been almost one and 1/2 years since my wife came to Arden Courts in Whippany. I was very pleased with it then and more than happy to say it was the right choice for her now. She faced a horrible disease and the staff at Arden Courts did everything to make her comfortable and give her a sense of belonging. The staff was very kind thoughtful and caring. Arden courts does an exceptional job of choosing the right people who understands those patients in need of Memory Care. For anyone who is thinking about a " Home away from home" for their loved one, I would recommend that look into Arden Courts. The staff would welcome you and treat your loved one with respect and dignity. Thankyou Arden Courts for making a terrible situation a little easier.

Arden Courts is the perfect medium amongst area communities. Large enough to fit a variety of needs and small enough for individualized care. The staff are kind and compassionate and value feedback from families. They are also active within the communities they serve. I have no doubts about the abilities to care for my loved ones.
