The staff members at Arden Courts A ProMedica Community are just above and beyond helpful and loving towards the residents. This can be a difficult decision for families but they are so equipped to provide clean, loving care and dignity to those in need! On social media alone I have recommended at least 6 people looking for a memory care facility for a loved one!

What we really like about Arden Courts a ProMedica Memory Care community, and my sister is fitting in very well there and everyone feels like family. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Overall, The Auberge is a wonderful facility. The entire staff, from top to bottom, is dementia trained, and their interactions with patients are encouraging. My Mom was a very "difficult" case of Alzheimer's. The Auberge was very patient with Mom, was always looking for ways to improve her comfort level and helped facilitate one-on-one care when we reached that point. I know The Auberge is probably on the more expensive side, but I think it really is worth it if one has the means. They were so fantastic to my Mom, and I will always be grateful.

The staff is very attentive and friendly at Arden Courts in Winter Springs. They are well trained in dealing with Alzheimer's behaviors. The housekeeping was great and always responsive to unscheduled needs. Excellent communication with the family. Nurses would often seek me out to give updates when I visited. The Director is personally involved in day-to-day operations and sets a positive tone for everyone. The food was excellent and menu was adjusted to individual needs. The activities staff was amazing and always put a smile on my wife's face. Well run facility. Perfect layout for Memory Care.

My parent has lived at Auberge for many years now and has really done well there. The staff seem to legitimately care about his health and well-being, and our family thinks the world of them. Highly recommend!

They are so caring and loving to their residents. The staff from the executive director to the chef are always smiling and so welcoming to their visitors. Most of the staff has been there for many years. To me that shows that they love what they do..

My loved one lives at Arden Courts in Susquehanna. The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is great. The administrative staff are very good at reporting to and communicating with families. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Overall The Auberge at Cedar Park has been a great experience and the staff members there are wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I moved my father to Arden Courts from another facility. I absolutely love the people there- they are like family. The activities are just superb. The staff makes sure they keep the residents minds and bodies as active as they can individually be . They offer religious classes to all beliefs. Each holiday is celebrated to the fullest. Everyone is treated with respect and love. I truly feel like I found a gem for my dad.

They are small and homey and that allows the staff to personalize how they care for each resident. Every department keeps in touch and updates families regularly. They have support groups & community events, too. Impressive!

If we could give Arden Courts 10 stars, we absolutely would. They have enough staffing there who actually genuinely care for the residents. Every time we go to visit our loved one they know exactly who we are, and who we belong to. They are always complimenting our loved one. She is always clean, well dressed and they comb her hair and fix her up. If something happens to our loved one - big or small, they immediately call us which we really appreciate. Anytime we call them with questions or concerns they never seemed to be bothered, and they always connect us with the correct person. We have nothing but compliments for the staff team. The community is super clean, it is very bright, cheery and family orientated. The residents aren't sleeping around in their chairs, they are up and engaging with one another. This is the right place for our loved one, she constantly has a smile on her face. She is thriving right now. There are really nice activities as well.

My wife has been @ this facility for over two years. The staff, starting with the Director are all very caring & kind to the residents. This is NOT just a job for these people. [name removed] the Director of Activities is outstanding. She is a real "sparkplug" & her staff are also very good with the residents. I have attended activities sessions & observed the joy of the residents.

We had to find a place for my Mom last April. It was a very difficult time for our family. [name removed] was such a big help in making the transition as smooth as possible. I can’t say it was an easy process emotionally but I know we made the right decision. [name removed] is the activities coordinator. She has been a blessing to our family and helped my Mom get settled by keeping her involved with all of the activities she coordinates for the residents. Highly recommend

This place gets an A+ from me. The activities that they do includes everyone. My client did not want to do anything but stay in his room. Within 2 days she had him out and participating. [name removed] puts her heart into everything she does. Keep up the amazing work.

Arden Court Activities is awesome. My wife has been there for 3 years now and she still participates to the best of her ability in all of the fun things to do. [name removed] and her staff do a "great" job 7 days a week. My wife likes to dance and they always make sure that she is able to do so. It's a great place. Thanks

The head nurse, [name removed], is extremely competent. The staff is very caring. The two Activity Coordinators are very responsive to the residents. The food is excellent. The rooms are very clean. Administration has an office at the entrance and is always available. I highly recommend Arden Courts for Memory Care. It's a wonderful facility.

I loved the staff at Arden Courts dearly. They were warm and sweet, caring and friendly, and they took such good care of my mom. I only wish I'd moved her there sooner! I would give them a total and complete recommendation to anybody who asked. It was a breath of fresh air, after being in Assisted Living for 4 years prior, to finally find a place that really understood the support and resources she needed without me having to beg, borrow, plead and argue with them (and having to hire 24/7 private care for a while in AL because their resident to staff ratio wasn't sufficient for somebody going towards needing memory care.) In contrast, my mom was just so clearly happy and supported at Arden Courts.

The friendliness of the staff members get 5+ stars and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Auberge of Vintage Lake to other families. Our loved one has not been eating for weeks but has always said the food was very good and what I was able to sample was great. We also like the access to shakes, water, snacks, etc. Our loved one does not participate in the activities but from what I observe there is a lot and there are a lot of happy residents and caregivers. We are happy with the cost. Mom is now on hospice but it was a terrific value for us when they managed her insulin!

They address all of my concerns. It's full memory care. Everything is new and different, and they just remodeled the community. I would like to see more activities in the Evening. I wanted a place, where my loved one would be safe. I would recommend for those who need a full memory care facility.

The meals seem very boring and they seem to be the same from week to week. They need more variety. Value of Cost-everything is high and I have never had a parent in care to compare to. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. They are very caring and [name removed] in the office was a great support assisting me in getting my mom moved from her previous location.
