Be respectful and praise the staff, I could never do the job they do. But also if you see something that bothers you don't be shy about asking about it. I would recommend Arden Courts and have already to others.

I have had a few different experiences with Arden Courts of Bath and each time I am more and more impressed with the care that the entire team provides. The second you walk through the doors you're greeted by kind, smiling faces. Every single person is thoughtful and helpful. They are dog friendly, and even have a couple 4 legged mascots whom the residents love and cherish. Arden Courts of Bath truly feels like home . The staff are eager to help you understand dementia and I never feel like I am a bother when I ask questions to anyone. I couldn't recommend this community more.

Wow! The dementia program this facility has are the best around. [name removed] the programming director has the best ideas on how to engage all people with dementia with dignity! I look forward to going in and volunteering when visiting my grandmother. [name removed] the director always has time to talk to me about dementia resources. She is the most compassionate and informed leader. [name removed] and [name removed] are the friendliest and kindest people when you walk into the community. I'm so excited they added kittens to the facility. We love watching them play. I love all the places to explore at the facility when spending time with my grandmother!

1. It was fine, always considerate 2. Very clean 3. Very friendly 4. Very caring staff 5. Terrible, once in a while it was okay? 6. Mom never participated 7. All nursing homes are very expensive! Go see your loved one often, get to know the staff well! They are seriously interested in knowing the little things about your loved one! It matters...mom was in a different facility in the beginning of this journey and the staff was nothing like Auberges staff!

Initially this was a wonderful place. A breath of fresh air after looking at many care facilities. I found assisted living homes treated their memory care wings as an afterthought. Pun intended. Arden Courts was only memory care and just a better place. It was a better attendant to patient ration and more personable. Also, they went the extra step of lightening the burden of the decision to place your family member in the facility. Furniture provided, straight forward cost.

We literally were scrambling for a spot and you guys found them for us and [name removed] the sales rep helped w everything from papers to renting a hospital bed and all of them stayed late to receive us.We picked them because they were able to provide more round the clock supervision as Mom declined and needed it. They offer more medical supervision, and there is an actual RN on site 24/7. Absolutely top of the top.

Great facility

My father stayed at the Arden Courts location in St Charles from [date removed]. While he was there he received excellent care in a very warm and welcoming environment. When it came time to make a decision regarding the care of my mother, Arden Courts was an easy and familiar choice.

My Dad, who had done so much good in the world, became very difficult to care for as his Dementia progressed. I thought there wasn't a place that could handle his wandering and agitation. But thru attention and care and DNA gene-site testing to get him on the best medication, he is doing AMAZINGLY well. That is all thanks to Arden Courts. They have really nurtured him into a far better place than I could at home. He is happy again. He is happy to see me. He is not in a constant panic anymore. He joins group activities and interacts with people all day. I cannot say enough good things about Arden Courts and the staff there. They are loving and feisty which is such a great combination. The residents are up and around every time I go in. And that is because the staff really reach out and engage with people. Arden Courts has given Dad and I both a new chapter of life which is far more harmonious than the last year has been. For that I am eternally grateful.

Recently moved to Arden Court, could not be more pleased! The staff are very attentive to residence & communicate wonderfully to the family I’m updated regularly & have even been offered personal phone numbers if I have any questions Mom’s transitioned well into the community & I enjoy great peace of mind knowing she’s getting good care, oversight & warm embrace from all the staff! The meals are fantastic! Yummy better than my cooking!

Because the staff was friendly and helpful and the building was nice. Cleanliness was never an issue at Auberge. From nurses and aids to front office staff and maintenance people, they were all friendly. Care was usually very good, though turnover at a key staff position caused some communication issues. The dining rooms are nice and mom enjoyed the social time. Food was never an issue for mom. Staff came to get mom for social activities like morning meeting, Bingo and movies. Good variety of singing and games too. We compared Auberge with 3 other similar care centers and felt it was better than some more expensive options. A Place for Mom was very helpful when we wanted to tour the facilities.

I am very pleased with the care and attention my mother is receiving at Arden Courts in Elk Grove. I would recommend this facility to others.

Arden Courts is total memory care facility. The activities are geared toward memory care. The staff is very hands on and watchful of the residents. The staff is very friendly. I felt that it was a much better fit for my mother.

My mom has been a resident at Arden Courts for over 5 years. Since admission, her dementia has progressed, and she's presently on hospice. [name removed], the Activities Director, has been phenomenal in helping my mom and the other residents. She truly cares and understands each resident and their strengths, abilities and interests. She constantly has activities planned, and geared towards the interests and abilities of the residents. She involves them in the planning, and designs activities to stimulate and engage all residents. I really appreciate the efforts of [name removed] and her staff. [name removed], one of the nursing aides, is also a phenomenal employee. She also shows interest, understanding and care for each resident. With residents that are continuing to decline because of dementia, this kind of care and compassion is greatly appreciated. My only complaint for this facility is in housekeeping. Rooms are often not adequately cleaned, and I've noticed the urine odor often.

We chose "AC" Farmington after touring 4 facilities with excellent ratings for memory care in the greater Hartford area because: 1) They have great ratings, reviews and specialize in Memory care. 2)The facility's family-oriented & resident accessibility, happy faces and socialization by residents & staff alike, design, size, private rooms/ensuite baths, highly trained & caring staff, comprehensive activities, well maintained building & extensive grounds really stood out. 3) parent company Promedica resources and non-profit focus upon residents not profits. From her first day, the well conceived assimilation process through 5+ months of caring professional staff, medical supervision, excellent food, great activities, excellent maintenance/cleanliness and extensive social engagement have lifted our loved one's spirits and rebuilt declining skills and self esteem. We are welcomed by name every week and encouraged to participate in daily activities. Very pleased and thankful.

My great-aunt lived here for several years. It was always clean and smelled nice. The staff was warm and caring and quick to respond to questions and they really understand dementia. I recommend this place to anyone that needs memory care.

My aunt lived at Arden Courts of Sterling Heights for 4 years and the staff was wonderful. They were very attentive to her individual needs and they allowed family to visit anytime and still be involved with her care. The activities department engaged her and helped keep her active throughout her stay. I would recommend this community for those seeking dignified memory care.

After settling in, Dad has really started thriving at Arden courts. He is socializing, eating, walking around, doing puzzles, and being active with the community. They provide his with structure, care, connection, staff is friendly and supportive.

I researched & visited six senior care communities trying to figure out which would be best for my mother. It was a hard decision because I was putting her care into the hands of someone else. My sibling & I wanted a place that specialized in memory care. The criteria we looked for were: longevity in the staff, the activities that had, the cleanliness of the facility, the ratio of staff to resident, & the knowledge of the staff running the facility. We chose Arden Courts at Yardley & couldn’t be happier with our decision. The staff there has been wonderful & the care my mother has received is meritorious. They always have time to answer our questions & keep us informed of her care. When we first moved her there one of us was with her every waking hour, but we let the staff lead in her care. After a few weeks we could see could see how well she was cared for & felt good about our decision. Today we visit several hours a day & the staff continues to perform beyond our expectations.

I work in the industry and have the privilege of caring for clients in this community . The team really cares about the residents at the community . On every visit here I see the executive director in the community cleaning , and caring for the residents . I will not hesitate to bring my love one to this community . The staff, and coordinators really do care about the residents and it is very clear from the way they talk , engage , and care for the people here . I will definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for memory care placement for their love one . Amazing community with an amazing team .
