I recently toured Arden Courts of Fair Oaks for my mom who will soon be needing a memory care community. I was so impressed by the how pleasant and engaging the staff were with the residents. The residents all looked well put together and happy. You could tell the staff was loving and really cared for the residents. This is definitely where I will be moving my mom when the time is right.

I would recommend this facility to others, under the circumstances. This is not an ideal situation to have to be facing. It is AWFULLY expensive, but we feel that our mother is being well cared for.

If you want your loved one to be cared for with passionate and loving individuals, this is your place. My brother gets all the care he gets and it is not easy dealing with dementia at all but they make it seem easy !

Whenever I have made a request, the staff follows through to make it happen. They are reassuring and competent. The caregivers treat my husband with respect and use humor in their interactions with him. I am impressed with how kind they are.They meet the residents where they are, and do not force anyone to fit the schedule. The home is clean and tidy.

Level of professionalism, caring employees, concern for families as well as residents, extensive and appropriate programming, physical aspects of the building and its outdoor areas. If I have to cite a negative, I'd say that I wish the decor could be freshened up. In addition to being impressed by the staff, I really liked the physical layout of the space—completely different from other places I had visited—and the walled-in, well-designed, easily visible outdoor space that surrounds it. Plus the all-day, every-day activities that engage the residents. And the active comings-and-goings of staff and visitors that make the indoor atmosphere feel alive.

Took a tour of Arden Courts of Bath last month and was impressed by the caring and loving environment. Everyone was so nice and took their time with every person to make them feel special. Programming was going and everyone was interacting.

The aides are very courteous and provide general updates when I visit. The other staff(nursing and director) will give information regarding my loved one upon request. The activities person who was very enthusiastic recently left. It would be helpful if someone was hired to promote activities like chair yoga and walking groups to encourage mobility for the residents who are able. I try to walk with my husband when I visit. 3 hot meals a day is a plus. Need better attention in cleaning the dining room after dinner. (Spills and food in the floor)

My loved one was a resident at Arden Courts and the experience was great. I would recommend this facility to others.

Arden Courts is a great facility and very safe. The room sizes in memory care are good, they are private rooms. I would recommend this facility to others. You need a lot of money to keep living there, it is expensive. The kindness and care really shows.

love the food service. I love the quality and care of the staff. I love knowing that my mother-in-law is safe and well taken care of. I think if they had another person to help with activities and even maybe move one on one between the more impaired patients/ residents that would be good. People who can't really participate in a group activity need more one-on-one. Obviously one person can't be one-on-one with everybody at once, but if they had even one more person devoted to activities to do that that would be wonderful. And probably one thing I've noticed that could be better is that they have activities listed on their calendars, but when we come in, those aren't the activities being done. But I don't know that that really is important as long as something is happening.

I like the separate living space with the ability for them to roam freely. I don't like the turnover.

My father is a new resident. He is 97 and suffers from dementia. I have.been his sole care giver in this situation for 4 years. It’s been extremely difficult on both of us. He suffered a fall and it became clear I could not care for him properly and professional care was required. With the help and kindness from [name removed] and [name removed] I was able to move him into Arden Courts immediately. What a godsend. My stress level has been reduced dramatically as well as my dad’s. The entire staff has been so welcoming and compassionate it’s hard to articulate my gratitude. My thanks and love go out to everyone at this remarkable community!!

Lely has a very comfortable atmosphere about . Everyone is friendly when you first arrive. They all make you welcome...from the maintenance men to the housekeepers to the wait staff to the bus drivers to the management...EVERYONE! The food is great...lots of variety...you may not like everything, but you can always find something. There are plenty of activities to choose from and participate in if you like.

My Mother moved to Naples in September of 2021 and moved into Lely Palms Retirement Community at the recommendation of A Place for Mom.She and my family have been extremely happy with the professionalism of the entire staff and how well maintained the facilities are. They also provide an array of activities which helps to keep Mom active and happy.

I feel that Arden Courts was great. I was very comfortable that my loved one was in such a good and caring place.

Patient care is amazing, nurse staff was amazing! Nurses onto much that I can negative. If we had issues they were addressed immediately. What stood about about this place was the cleanliness, memory care security, staff ratio to patients. Helpfulness from front office staff getting Mom transferred from where she was originally at.

After consulting with A Place for Mom, I decided on Arden Courts. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew that we had come to the right place. Everyone is so loving and kind from the office staff to the caregivers who are taking care of the residents. They treat my brother with respect and dignity. There are activities planned for every day of the month. The residents are free to roam around in the beautiful courtyard and they have a monthly support group for the family. [name removed] the Executive Director makes herself available by email or phone for any questions or even just emotional support. Thank you "A place for Mom" for suggesting Arden Courts.

I would recommend this facility to everyone. The staff was very helpful from the move in process to the move out process. They kept us informed on everything our loved one was experiencing.

The housekeeping is very good, no complaints. As for the staff-In the year since I moved my sister to Arden there has been only one instance when I had a problem with a staff member and it turned out she was just a temporary and they dismissed her. The regular staff are so warm and welcoming to my sister. They show love to her and that goes from the top to the maintenance person. Every 6 months we, her family, are invited to a meeting with the director and all department heads to discuss her progress, questions we may have, and changes in medications. This is so helpful. The variety of food is very good and delicious. My sister goes right for the dessert every time. In her case she is a walker and walks non-stop and sometimes won't stop to eat so they (the dietary) makes her a grilled cheese or PBJ sandwiches so she can eat and walk. Whenever my sister falls or runs into something and bruises herself, I get a phone call assuring me she is okay. I would never hesitate to move another loved one to Arden Courts.

Staff is very friendly...call residents and visitors by name. Very kind to residents and go along with what they are saying. Nurse has been able to adjust my mom's medication and reevaluate constantly. Lots of activities. Residents have the freedom to move all around the building. It is a great place for memory care.
