My mom needed a short-term placement following a hospitalization before she went back home with my dad and we were not entirely sure if she could come home. We decided to do a 39 day trial. The staff at Arden Courts are very friendly, warm and accommodating. It was a good experience from intake to discharge. My mom did not need much care and she was able to come home earlier than expected.

My mom was living with my wife and I for the past two years. After a fall (we knew this could happen), and a hip replacement we knew she could not longer stay with us. He physical and mental decline was to great. With the help form "A Place For Mom" we found Arden Courts. What a wonderful facility with a caring and helpful staff. I know my mom is in a good place. It is an excellent place for people with memory issues. They keep my mom engaged with daily activities and constant interaction. Mom can move around easily and even go outside to sit and watch the animals. If you are looking for help with a loved one and they have memory issues take a look at Arden Courts, I think you will like it.

The team there is great. [name removed] was helpful with me getting my mom placed there. My mom especially loved the care she received from the caregivers [name removed] and [name removed].

I think I gave all 5's previously. I really don't have negative comments. He was there for respite care. I had hoped they could do what I could not-find something that would interest him. Unfortunately, he's probably beyond that, and I don't think he participated in anything. I sense from nursing that he wouldn't be a good fit there due to his large size and potential fall risk. He did fall outside a day or two after arriving and they had trouble getting him up. They do not utilize lifts. They did honor my request for routine Tylenol after that and they were always courteous when I called to check on him. I found the admission assessment helpful and informative. Kind of clarifying and/or confirming where I thought we were in this journey.

My mother-in-law is living here. She is happy, enjoys the freedom she has while still being cares for. The meals are great. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We are extremely pleased with the Auberge!

My mother was only there for 2 months and then passed away but they were very caring and we would definitely recommend them to other families. I liked that it was small.

Administrative staff does return calls, are hard to get in touch with and does not keep families informed. Reception, nurses, care workers, cleaners and kitchen staff are all incredible, hard working, kind and caring towards all residents, the only real reason we are staying with Arden. The price was raised to almost [fee removed] a month which is higher than we can afford and might have to make other arraignments.

Love working with the staff at arden ! This is the place for memory care .[name removed] in the business office is a gem, I always see the same caregivers so turnover is low. The courtyard space allows residents to frey walm outside and enjoy the weather

The intake process was easy. They took great care of my mother-in-law for her short respite care stay. She was happy to be around others throughout the day. She spoke well of her stay when she returned home.

Mom is doing much better at Arden court. She has the option of attending daily events. I also like that they pay attention to her food likes and dislikes and are willing to adjust her foods accordingly.

After an accident on her scooter left my Step-mother with a broken hip and what had previously been manageable dementia behaviors, now raging uncontrollably, my father and I had to find the best place for her to both recover physically and get the care she needed for her worsening dementia. With the assistance of A Place for Mom, we started the months long journey of hospitals, rehabs, set backs, and temporary care. As we were narrowing our search through several centers with focus on Memory Care, I found Arden Court in Bath. It was everything we had hoped for, warm, caring, friendly, and patient staff. The facility itself is inviting and her room looks like she is visiting a Spa. After some adjustments, she has settled in and has made friends and enjoys the group activities. We couldn't have hoped for better, it has been such a relief for my Dad and I.

The staff is great at Arden courts The building was beautiful and clean. Grandmother loved her stay there with her personal room and community area. We will return in the near future for a stay.

I couldn’t be happier with Arden. My father has been about 2-1/2 months. The staff is amazing. They have various activities throughout the day. They treat my father and the other residents with such respect and kindness. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. I visit nearly every day and I am in awe of how hard they work to understand each resident’s individual personalities. Management is very hands on and communicates well. We are so happy with the facility. Thank you!!!

[name remove] at Arden Courts is the best Activities Director in the area. As a Hospice Chaplain I visit many faculties. But at Arden Courts there is always on activity that engages people. Today I visited at lunch and [name removed] socialized and helped helped people eat. Her heart is in this work.

Arden Court Palos Heights ranks 10 out of 10. Clean, great staff, great management, excellent marketer very knowledgeable and compassionate. Approachable Staff. I love coming here.

If I had to choose one word to describe Arden Courts, it would be "home". When I was visiting memory care facilities, I would have never imagined I would have found a place so similar to a home environment. The layout includes 4 separate houses, each with their own dining room, living room and kitchen and they are connected into one building which has a community room and a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with patio, gazebo and walking paths. I recently moved my Mom into the Garden House and I am impressed with the quality of the care my Mom receives. I have never met such friendly and kind people who are dedicated to their jobs. I feel so good my mom is part of this community.

Care givers and nurse are amazing. Mom gets exceptional care and she loves them all. She can be difficult but everyone handle here with care and compassion. I was very upset when we had to place mom in a facility. But we made the best choice. Everyone even office staff are amazing. I would recommend Arden Courts Anderson to everyone. I just want to thank you all for everything and giving our family peace of mind.

Arden Courts is a real blessing. The staff is very kind to my family member, who can be difficult at times. The staff individualizes services based on the persons needs. There is a family home setting feel to Arden Courts. The staff knows not just the residents on their cottage but all of the other residents. I feel very confident in the care my family member receives.

The atmosphere of Arden Courts is very welcoming. The management team has worked with me to provide the up most care for my husband.

What a great facility. The staff is excellent and they truly care. The place is impeccably clean and all the residents are happy.
