Both of my parents reside at Arden Court. It has been a blessing being able to keep them safe and together. Our family toured several facilities in the search for help when keeping them at home was no longer feasible. Arden court was welcoming and beautiful with plenty of space for them to walk around and be active without worrying about their safety. The staff and caregivers are attentive and kind and treat my parents like family.

My mom lived at Arden Courts for 9 years. She was always well cared for and we felt welcomed and at home there.

Arden Courts of Annandale is the best place for my Mom. I would recommend Arden Courts Annandale to anyone looking for a memory care facility for their loved one(s). They meet the residents where they are. Staff is hands on and cares about the residents. Knows everyone by name. My Mom is not a morning person and they don't force her to get up to have breakfast at 8 but when she gets up they make sure she gets something to eat. Staff also listens to what family members have to say or what's on their minds. I am very happy with the care my Mom is getting. I've seen the care the other residents are getting and they seem to be happy.

Best community I have toured. Clean and happy residents and staff. Can tell they care about the people there and have dementia experience and knowledge. If you are looking for a memory care community - you need to tour this one.

Our loved one is currently a resident at Arden Courts in Sterling Heights and the experience has been great for him so far. The staff is great. The cleanliness is great and the meals are great. We love Arden Courts, it is a very great place for our loved one!

I recently toured Arden Courts in Whippany. I was amazed at the high level of care, the attentiveness of the aids, and the cleanliness of the building. The staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend Arden Courts of Whippany for any family that is caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or any other forms of dementia. I give them a 5-star rating.

What has made our experience so great at Arden Courts is the communication. The communication was amazing and the staff members there was always informative. Base on the experience with Arden Courts, we have already recommended them to others and will continue to recommend them.

It’s always clean when I visit. They have a lot of activities for the residents and the employees are engaged. The courtyard is very pretty. They are specialists and can manage all levels of dementia.

The staff was so welcoming and I had an amaxing tour. All of the residents were engaged in activities. I would highly recommend this community to a loved one. Barbara and Sam new the residents by name and you could feel the warmth.

It is always clean and there is never that foul smell that is often associated with care facilities. The staff is super friendly, always helpful and have become like family. My dad who is not the easiest resident seems to trust and like them! Dad is always in clean clothes. He sees a doctor or nurse whenever needed. He has regular haircuts. The meals are amazing! As are the desserts and snacks which are dispensed often. The chocolate chip cookies are awesome. Dietary restrictions are, of course, monitored. However, posted on the inside of the kitchen cabinet are non-medical preferences like [name removed] doesn't like fish, [name removed] likes mustard on his burger rather than ketchup, etc. There is respect for the individual. There are activities in the morning and the afternoon. They range from balloon volleyball to [name removed] playing the piano to an Elvis Presley movie. There were also religious events for those who participate. if you don't want to go to an activity, you don't have to. Again, respect for the individual. I believe it is a good value for the money. Dad is very well taken care of and we take comfort that he is in good hands. Visitors can come anytime, they don't have visiting hours. We love how much freedom the residents have. You can get up in the morning whenever you want and they will give you breakfast. There are four different wings, each with a different theme and decor. There are only 15 residents in each wing, so the care is very personal. Each wing has its own living room and its own dining room, and is very homey.

Initial transition to their care went smoother than expected. The outside garden is great. When my husband's mobility was better it was awesome. Now his mobility is a challenge and hospice on board to help with his care. He may require more attention and long term not sure if he will stay there. They have been very accommodating and he is falling more with hospital stays. Not their fault just progression of his Parkinson's disease.

The facility is kept very clean inside and out. The staff is very organized and caring. There are always activities going on if residents want to join in. They staff ha also been very good at communicating with our family. They respond to emails and calls within a reasonable time.

Putting him in a long-term care facility was probably the most difficult decision I have ever had to make. I had no idea how much time he might have left, but what I did know was that I wanted it to be as good as possible, and so picking the right place for him was important. I visited a number of facilities, but when I came to Arden Courts at Kensington I knew I had found the the right place. It was attractive, it was spacious, it looked and felt like home. There was a variety of activities all day and into the evening, and he was free to wander about inside and out. In warm weather there was a gazebo and picnic tables where he and I sometimes had had lunch, and when the director learned he had been an active gardener she welcomed him to start one there. He soon had a circle of friends, most retired professionals as he was, and they enjoyed spending time together. But maybe even more important was a staff that knew how to care for Alzheimer's patients with warmth and grace and managed to know the names of every resident at Arden Courts and the members of their families. Once, after he had been there a month or so he took me for a particular walk he liked to take. "Isn't this a lovely place," he said excitedly, "and the people here are so nice." I knew then I had made the right choice.

We are extremely happy with how Arden Courts in Wayne is taking care of our mom. The staff is fantastic and very friendly. I tell them that they're going straight to heaven. Communication with the family is very good, I always know what's happening. My mom loves the food. It's simple, which is what she likes. I would definitely strongly recommend Arden Courts in Wayne to others.

Good experience. Good place for assisted living

We like the experience of Arden Courts that the staff has. We also really like that there are no stairs whatsoever in the place. It's great that he can get around and go outside in the courtyard during the spring and summer. Although Arden Courts doesn't have all the bells and whistles per se , what's the point of having a fancy place if the people aren't experienced and caring?

This is a very active memory care community. It's not brand new, but it's very clean. They have a huge courtyard - walking trails, nice landscape, a gazebo, tons of trees, even a play area for children. The managers and staff are very friendly. Residents look well cared for and engaged. You can feel the love when you walking in. Tons of activities every day. They go on trips 1-2 times per week. The fire department is next door. Catholic services across the street, other churches close by. This is a great place and a must see if your loved one has dementia!
