They have been very accommodating, flexible, helpful and patient. They could improve on the cleanliness by adding additional cleaning in my aunts room. Sweep and mop more. But the facility itself is clean.

My Mom is happy and thriving there. The price compared to other we visited was very good and we would recommend Arden Courts community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I am constantly impressed with the activities that are available for residents everyday. My mom has participated in things like crafts and sing-a-longs and bowling to name a few. I am so happy to see her involvement. Afterwards. she benefits from a good nap after getting worn out. Thank you for all your efforts!

All of my experience at Arden Courts Anderson has been good. I did have one issue and I talked with [names removed] RSC about my concern and it was addressed immediately to my satisfaction. I really enjoy programing. Each day they provide everyone with great things to do.

It is very good, staff addresses issues quickly and do their best to accommodate. Hard job and most caregivers do great. I like the hominess.

Arden gives are peace of mind. I know my mother is cared for with new friends, wonderful grounds to walk and the best folks around to care for her.

They were able to accommodate my need for respite care for my loved one while I had surgery. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was hoping my loved one would engage in activities, etc., but they were unable to accomplish that in the short time he was there. They were responsive to my daily phone inquiries.

My brother who is at the facility is being very well taken care of! They are very professional! Very clean and well established.

Went to the community for their 25th anniversary celebration. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The ED [name removed] is absolutely amazing with not only the staff but especially with the residents. Would recommend a loved one. I would also recommend to family members of patients at the facility I work at if they are looking for a memory care assisted living facility.

This community is compassionate, with a caring Executive Director and associates in a small-town setting. They specialize in an adaptive, individualized care, specifically tailored to fit each resident.

I toured Arden Cts. A very well run and N.C community. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend for a love one.

My loved one has only been at Arden Courts for a short period of time. I placed him there because you can tell how much they care. They have passion for what they do. When touring other places and interacting with them, you did not get that, but at Arden Courts you do. It doesn't matter what position they hold. Each person there cares.

I love Arden Court!! Perfect place for my mom. I would give every category at 5 except for 8. I would give 8- value for money a 4. I feel it is a lot of money for my mom who doesn't require as much care as other residents. Also my mom doesn't join in with the activities, so we do not get that value. I feel like the facility is warm and homey. The staff is diligent about creating a family environment amongst everyone . Very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy going there.

Arden Courts was such a gift to our family. My father who recently passed away was a resident there for over three years and we are so grateful for his time there. The staff, caregivers and nurses genuinely cared for him. Everyone took the time to develop a relationship with him and spent time investing in him. They treated him with dignity. If we ever had a question, they were easy to get in touch with and helped us in navigating through the difficulties of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s. The facility itself is light and airy with lots of natural sunlight. It’s very clean and the food is delicious. There is also a beautiful garden so residents can enjoy the outside. The programming provides many fun activities for residents to participate in. There are also many activities for families to join in as well. While it is such a heartbreaking decision to place a loved one in memory care, it has given us given us great comfort to know that my father was truly loved and cared for.

They have been very good to my sister. When she got there she was very difficult. But they got her to settle down.

The area is safe, secure, and conveniently located. The facility is clean and well maintained. It is like an upscale resort with all the amenities like fine dining, social activities, and other personalized services. The staff is very friendly and professional. They constantly keep me informed about my relative's social activities and medical condition. Highly recommended.

If we could give the meals and dining services a 5+++ we would. The food is outstanding. My husband has gained weight because he eats everything. The food is very good. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families

I am always amazed that the staff is so very kind, professional and competent. The nurses and staff are taking very good care of all the residents. The meals are good There are good activities and a good variety. The cost is high, but if it wasn't for Arden Courts I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. He is very well cared for by a wonderful staff.

The Arden Courts management and staff go beyond the call of duty there treatment of residents is the best kindness possible. Absolutely the best I've seen.
