We chose The Auberge at Lake Zurich because of the location of the facility, the fact that they offered respite care for short stays, and the overall amenities and staff. I would tell others just to make sure and mark clothing with your loved ones name beforehand.

Very nice staff, good activities , good food and my mom seems happier.

I was looking for my aunt and realty liked this facility it was clean and I loved the outdoor area it looked like a beautiful park. My aunt since passed away but I would have chosen this facility for my aunt. Great tour answered all my questions.

Every time I was there I saw the staff working with patients. They make a happy environment. The staff were pleasant, positive, and friendly. I couldn't have found a better more suitable place for my sister and her needs. They seemed to address them. Even the lady at the entrance was so pleasant. The place was always clean. Arden Court has a more home feeling than a nursing home facility. My loved one had some major issues and they handled them well. I appreciate all They did for my sister. Thank you very much.

My wife has been a resident with Alzheimer's for about three(3) years and her care has been excellent. All of the personal at every level are excellent.

We use Arden court on a regular basis for respite care. They provide EXELLCENT care for my mother! All of the staff are patient and vert knowledgeable. They offer a variety of stimulating programs and activities for residents. Very clean and tidy as well.

My mother is a resident and everything I come to visit the staff is very welcoming and warm. The nurses take very good care of my mom are very patient with her.

Promedica Arden Courts has been a Godsend for my Mom. She has been here for 3 months and the staff is all amazing. Everyone made us feel welcomed and loved the residents as if they were their own family members. There were a few bumps at first which is to be expected but with communication and the excellent staff members all bumps were fixed to ensure a smooth transition. My Mom is ALWAYS clean, dressed nicely and engaged ( some days more than others) in the activities. Everyone makes her feel cared for and will be patient with her. I highly recommend this facility and am so happy to have found the right fit.

I am very impressed and happy with Arden Courts. My wife of 51 years suffers with Parkinson's Disease and severe dementia, and this is the perfect place for her. The "home-like" setting there is very comforting to her, and the staff is not only friendly, but very caring and loving. After so many years together, I at first had trouble leaving my wife at a facility, but the great work by the aides, nurses and social staff has given me confidence I made the right decision. I highly recommend Arden Courts!!

The staff at Arden Courts of Farmington is excellent. They show so much care and concern for their residents. I would recommend this community for someone who has dementia and needs 24/7 assistance because they have dementia.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The day I brought [name removed] there was very emotional for both of us. When I was leaving the facility, a facility person, [name removed], sensed that I was upset and talked with me for a half hour assuring me that this was normal and that all would be well in a couple of days. Our conversation calmed me down and made me feel better about my decision. The price is $[removed]/month now. It was $[removed] a year ago when she entered the facility and it was similar to the fees at other places I interviewed. However, it is a memory care only facility which sets it apart from all the other places I visited. I consider that an important factor. I suspect that the other places have probably raised prices in the last year due to inflation.

Very friendly, great staff and love the ducks, birds and other activities. Love the courtyard. Nurses are friendly and maintenance man was very friendly and helpful with residents and staff. Very good food

The staff at Arden Courts should be teaching all other facilities' staff how to care for residents appropriately, lovingly, and with the best care. I cannot say enough about the beautiful people who work at AC. From the top down, this facility is top notch. My mother's Alzheimers makes her very agitated at times, but at AC they know how to combat it with care and grace, and she perks up much more quickly than ever before. Their activities keep the residents active and their minds and bodies busy in productive and fun ways. The activities team is SPECTACULAR, and their caring shines through in everything they do. All in all, I feel blessed to have found Arden Courts and their wonderful care for my mom.

We brought our mom from another area facility to Arden Courts Glen Ellyn. Such a difference. The care,food, atmosphere and staff is AMAZING.Great activities, homelike feeling, outside is completely enclosed and safe for residents and families to go outside.Food Is good nice dinning room area to eat in. The rooms are very very nice. One person per room. Our mom is more verbal, eats better, is treated with dignity and respect and just seems content.

Arden Courts is one mile from out house and I can visit daily if I choose. I have found the staff caring and quick to meet my mother's needs. It gives us great peach of mind that my mother is in such a great community.

They're by far the best. Especially based on my experience with other similar situated places. I am very thankful to you guys for recommending them. The facility is amazing in the details it provides for memory care residents, but it is always the training and dedication of staff that makes the difference. I have talked to staff as they are going through the continual education about all aspects of dementia and care. The staff bond with the residents, and make them feel heard and special. Also, they put an emphasis on education for the families, so we are better prepared for the journey.

5 for all! I have never known my aunt to be so happy. It is an incredible place. The therapy dog visits are a great highlight, and the universal kindness and good humor of all the staff. We can't believe our luck and are grateful that your org guided us to them. A perfect fit! It is entirely focused on memory care. Built for it, and it works so well. They always finesse confusion and alarm. My aunt loves to comfort others in the hallway and her depression, anxiety and loneliness have disappeared.

We would wholeheartedly give Arden Court our highest recommendation. . We are thankful that mom is in such a great place.
