I toured Arden Cts. A very well run and N.C community. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend for a love one.

My loved one has only been at Arden Courts for a short period of time. I placed him there because you can tell how much they care. They have passion for what they do. When touring other places and interacting with them, you did not get that, but at Arden Courts you do. It doesn't matter what position they hold. Each person there cares.

My aunt is so happy Arden Courts. Staff is very friendly and attentive to residents need.

I love Arden Court!! Perfect place for my mom. I would give every category at 5 except for 8. I would give 8- value for money a 4. I feel it is a lot of money for my mom who doesn't require as much care as other residents. Also my mom doesn't join in with the activities, so we do not get that value. I feel like the facility is warm and homey. The staff is diligent about creating a family environment amongst everyone . Very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy going there.

Arden Courts was such a gift to our family. My father who recently passed away was a resident there for over three years and we are so grateful for his time there. The staff, caregivers and nurses genuinely cared for him. Everyone took the time to develop a relationship with him and spent time investing in him. They treated him with dignity. If we ever had a question, they were easy to get in touch with and helped us in navigating through the difficulties of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s. The facility itself is light and airy with lots of natural sunlight. It’s very clean and the food is delicious. There is also a beautiful garden so residents can enjoy the outside. The programming provides many fun activities for residents to participate in. There are also many activities for families to join in as well. While it is such a heartbreaking decision to place a loved one in memory care, it has given us given us great comfort to know that my father was truly loved and cared for.

They have been very good to my sister. When she got there she was very difficult. But they got her to settle down.

The area is safe, secure, and conveniently located. The facility is clean and well maintained. It is like an upscale resort with all the amenities like fine dining, social activities, and other personalized services. The staff is very friendly and professional. They constantly keep me informed about my relative's social activities and medical condition. Highly recommended.

If we could give the meals and dining services a 5+++ we would. The food is outstanding. My husband has gained weight because he eats everything. The food is very good. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families

I am always amazed that the staff is so very kind, professional and competent. The nurses and staff are taking very good care of all the residents. The meals are good There are good activities and a good variety. The cost is high, but if it wasn't for Arden Courts I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. He is very well cared for by a wonderful staff.

The Arden Courts management and staff go beyond the call of duty there treatment of residents is the best kindness possible. Absolutely the best I've seen.

I moved him from another facility. Are courts is much more reasonable in cost and more hands on. I liked Working with [name removed] to get me a tour of the facility. Good value. Lots of personal attention to the residents. Reasonable entry fee. Rooms are on the small size. But fine. Residents get up and out of their rooms early and are encouraged to be active during the day.

After experiencing the death of my wife, having my sister need the same care for memory loss, my sister has the luck of being in a place offering respect and dignity.

Everyone at Arden Courts is wonderful. When first brought cousin in the transition was smooth. They make sure she is included in activities and talked to even though she's non verbal. When I visit she is always clean and properly dressed the place is kept really clean bed is always made, bathroom clean nurse are and take time to the resident.

Arden Courts seemed to understand my father's unique circumstances and have stood by those commitments. The caretakers seem genuinely interested in helping dad with the difficulties he has.

The woman who works with families that are interested to send their loved one to Arden is very good. The executive director, who is the face of Arden to families with loved ones staying there is more of a bean counter. Seems a decent fellow, but low on warmth and pro-active communications. It isn't the fanciest, but it feels like home and my Mom is doing better than I could have hoped for there I would absolutely recommend Arden Courts.

Incredible staff great safe layout and definitely has the ability and the experience to deal with difficult patients.

My mother has been in Arden Courts for several years. I truly believe that her being there has given her a better quality of life. She always seems happy, well taken care of and has the freedom to go outside into a nice and safe environment. There are also many activities to keep the residents busy and to socialize. They also have private rooms which I think is really good for the residents. The staff is very attentive and are always checking up on the residents. I would highly recommend Arden Courts.
