From the moment we interviewed to three months living with Lely every encounter with all departments of staff have been exceptional. Amazing, caring, patient, efficient and most of all you are safe at home with Lely.

My husband loved the staff at Arden Court and it was evident that they loved him. He was always greeted by his name, the staff were pleasant and friendly. The activities they provided him with were meaningful and fun. Nice live music on Fridays which we both looked forward to. Getting pet therapy and going outside to enjoy our coffee together made our time much like home thank you so much.

It went well from beginning to end. Staff was kind and management was very helpful.

Arden Court is always very clean the staff is extremely friendly. This place is a hidden Gem. The marketing Gal is so informative and funny. I love delivering to this community.

The Executive Director spent an hour on the phone with me helping me process my young husbands dementia condition and the need for him to be placed in memory care. Arden Court has an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They are supportive of new patients, as well as family members during the transition period to Arden Court. The nursing staff and the caregivers have been extremely understanding and patient.

I absolutely love arden in chagrin falls. The residents are truly engaged in activities and interacting with staff and each other. The courtyard is beautiful and fenced in so residents can walk freely. The building looks and smells clean. The residents are so well taken care of. And the food is delicious. The administrators make everything so easy. I love this building and everyone in it.

Arden was great for my mom, I always recommend them. Staff was friendly and gracious from day one. The whole place inside and out was always clean, including my mom's room. Staff was exceptional and always engaging all residents to make their days enjoyable. Staff were genuine and great with all residents. My mom was well taken care of. The dining experience was great, small and intimate setting so it was like sitting with family. Everything was clean and the food was delicious. So many activities and exceptional staff keeping every one engaged. The cookouts were fun, I was able to grill and bring treats or pizza for the group! Favorite time of day for many. My mom was always looked after, staff were always friendly and really treat each resident like family. My mom was always clean, dressed well and ready for her day. As a family were we're comforted knowing she was on the best place for her at that time. So appreciate all the time and attention by staff and administrative staff. I recommend Arden Courts to everyone. It was a fabulous community with great communication. A great value for the cost.

We greatly appreciated the helpful administration and staff at Arden Courts in Winter Springs. While ours was a temporary stay during the Hurricane, we were treated as one of the family and quickly felt at home there.

Arden Court is the perfect place for my husband. The staff is kind and everyone of them knows his name and enjoys talking with him. The activities keep him involved. The food is great. The nurses and staff are great with his medicines and I know when I’m not there that he is well taken care of, you could not ask for a better place to put a love one. You will love the beautiful walking path on nice days. It’s bright and cheery inside also and you can even bring your dog to visit.

Everything has been fantastic with them at Spring House I tell them that all the time. My grandmother herself was quite the opposite but she is finally deciding that she would like to stay there . it was a hard transition for her personally, but Springhouse was amazing and helped astronomically to convince her living on her own wasn't the safest option. Communication about nannys needs and thoughts on how to improve her transition throughout the process has been extremely helpful

My mom needed a short-term placement following a hospitalization before she went back home with my dad and we were not entirely sure if she could come home. We decided to do a 39 day trial. The staff at Arden Courts are very friendly, warm and accommodating. It was a good experience from intake to discharge. My mom did not need much care and she was able to come home earlier than expected.

My mom was living with my wife and I for the past two years. After a fall (we knew this could happen), and a hip replacement we knew she could not longer stay with us. He physical and mental decline was to great. With the help form "A Place For Mom" we found Arden Courts. What a wonderful facility with a caring and helpful staff. I know my mom is in a good place. It is an excellent place for people with memory issues. They keep my mom engaged with daily activities and constant interaction. Mom can move around easily and even go outside to sit and watch the animals. If you are looking for help with a loved one and they have memory issues take a look at Arden Courts, I think you will like it.

The team there is great. [name removed] was helpful with me getting my mom placed there. My mom especially loved the care she received from the caregivers [name removed] and [name removed].

I think I gave all 5's previously. I really don't have negative comments. He was there for respite care. I had hoped they could do what I could not-find something that would interest him. Unfortunately, he's probably beyond that, and I don't think he participated in anything. I sense from nursing that he wouldn't be a good fit there due to his large size and potential fall risk. He did fall outside a day or two after arriving and they had trouble getting him up. They do not utilize lifts. They did honor my request for routine Tylenol after that and they were always courteous when I called to check on him. I found the admission assessment helpful and informative. Kind of clarifying and/or confirming where I thought we were in this journey.

My mother-in-law is living here. She is happy, enjoys the freedom she has while still being cares for. The meals are great. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We are extremely pleased with the Auberge!

My mother was only there for 2 months and then passed away but they were very caring and we would definitely recommend them to other families. I liked that it was small.

Administrative staff does return calls, are hard to get in touch with and does not keep families informed. Reception, nurses, care workers, cleaners and kitchen staff are all incredible, hard working, kind and caring towards all residents, the only real reason we are staying with Arden. The price was raised to almost [fee removed] a month which is higher than we can afford and might have to make other arraignments.

Love working with the staff at arden ! This is the place for memory care .[name removed] in the business office is a gem, I always see the same caregivers so turnover is low. The courtyard space allows residents to frey walm outside and enjoy the weather

The intake process was easy. They took great care of my mother-in-law for her short respite care stay. She was happy to be around others throughout the day. She spoke well of her stay when she returned home.
