After bringing my mother up from a different state, we tried several different communities and found that Arden courts of Kensington was the best fit for my mother and our family. The staff is exceptional, activities are exceptional, and all over area, courtyard, and rooms are well careful and groomed I wouldn’t hesitate to let anybody know that this is a perfect place for their family.

My sister and I don't have a single bad thing to say about Arden Courts and the care that our mother received there. Their memory care knowledge and care provided to their residents is second-to-none in our opinion. They are true memory care experts there......not just a personal care facility with a memory care unit. This makes them top notch at what they do and they know exactly how to properly treat/handle even the most difficult residents. Their knowledge during the initial meeting was very apparent. Our mother was transferred to Arden from another facility that couldn't handle her. After the initial meeting with [name removed] at Arden, it was truly a night and day difference in knowledge from Arden to the previous memory care facility.

I have my loved one at the facility. We have been attending the monthly VCU brain health series being held at Arden Courts for caregivers and have learned so much about dementia. I have been thoroughly impressed at the layout, cleanliness and care I have witnessed at the facility. The staff truly care.

Fair Oaks has been an absolute blessing for our mom and our family. Since her admission, we've been able to sleep at night knowing she is in the best hands. The team at Fair Oaks has consistently kept us updated on her progress and adjustment, showing a genuine care for her well-being. When we visited, we were amazed at the transformation in our mom. She was happy, engaged, and excited to show us around. It was a heartwarming experience to see her thriving in such a supportive environment. We are incredibly thankful for the Fair Oaks team and the exceptional care they provide. They have truly made a difference in our mom's life and in ours.

I recently toured Arden Courts of Whippany. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the building and the friendliness of the staff and the caregivers . I will definitely consider placing my mother in this facility in the near future.

They really provided great care. Just overall care was good. Every time popped in caregivers were always caring and handled situations professionally.

While we were not residents of Arden Court, my husband and I have been loyal participants of their Memory Cafes. These events bring together people living with dementia and their caregivers with others to socialize in a fun, participatory and safe environment. During the pandemic we met monthly on zoom. We had lively conversation relating to a theme and concluded the session with a hands on crafting project. Believe me these sessions were greatly anticipated and a welcome break from the isolation of those times. Since then we have enjoyed social gatherings for coffee, for a picnic, to paint pots and then use them to plant colorful flowers, and even for an exotic animal parade (petting allowed!) The care and detailed preparation always made these occasions delightful. Most of all, the obvious joy the Arden Court staff displayed at being with us was a true lift to each of us. Thank you, Arden Court for hosting these and so many other creative occasions. You are bringing happiness!

Very positive experience & would recommend anyone looking for a place for a loved one who cannot continue to stay home.

Kudos goes to Arden Courts. My sister currently resides there and gets the utmost of care. The office staff is always quick to respond to my business needs while the resident staff takes good care of my sister's needs. The nursing staff has told me she goes around smiling a lot and always seems content. They offer many activities for the residents as well as ones that family and guests can participate it. Thank you Arden Courts for the fine care that you are providing for your residents.

While it’s true that “there’s no place like home” it’s also true that Mom required care that we could no longer provide. We thank God for Arden Courts and all of its amazing Caregivers for being there for Mom and us as we journey through her challenges with Alzheimers.

The front office helped me when I quickly realized I needed to move my dad. They made it so easy. They take great care of him. There activity director is so good sends me pictures of my dad. Thank you!

My father has been at Arden Courts for about 6 months. My family thoroughly enjoys the giant walking courtyard, birdfeeder outside the window, the food, and the attention. Thank you for all you do!!!!

I would highly recommend Arden Courts for their loved one. They are attentive and caring and offer exceptional care.

The overall experience has been great- friendly staff and always available and quick to respond. It is clean and inviting and everyone is very open and friendly. We have no complaints from the resident. Meds are provided accurately and timely. The resident reports that he does not like the meals. However, staff have provided alternative meal options Are we unsure about the activities, [name removed] has not provided any information on this. He may value his privacy. The cost is acceptable for the services provided

As a hospice nurse in this building I would like to say that the staff and management is excellent. [names removed] are all welcoming and supportive to always update and lend a hand!!

I appreciate everything that has been done at Arden Courts for my family member. They are kind, loving and courteous. I know that my loved one is safe and well taken care of there. My loved one has done very well at this community.

There are not enough good words to describe this facility. The compassion, kindness, and caring were amazing.

Although the expenence of needing to make this transition was not ideal, my experience w/ Arden easier than anticipated. Every single person I Interacted w/ was pleasent and I truly feel my great aunt is getting the best care possible. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS.

Every staff member I have ever dealt with has been very friendly and know my name. Anything that has been going on with my aunt the staff fills me in on. Wonderful place.
