[name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were our 1st point of contact and have been steady support throughout moving my Dad to Arden Courts of Avon. All support staff has been great and very personable. We appreciate that my father’s Dr can still care for him here via house calls and that hopefully McLean PT will be set up for him at Arden Courts. (McLean is like family to us and they referred AC to us as you’re a better fit for my dad & closer for my mom to visit.) Thank you.

My wife has been a resident at Arden Courts of Parma for 2-1/2 years. The people who work here are the most patient, caring, and compassionate people I've ever known. This place is very clean with a cheerful atmosphere. The entire facility is one level without any dangerous steps or confusing elevators. Residents have full access to the entire facility and they aren't locked inside any areas or behind any doors. 12 residents live in each of 4 distinct neighborhoods with each resident having a private furnished room with bathroom, closet, dresser, and nightstand. Each neighborhood has its own living room with tv, intimate dining area, and residential style kitchen with good food. Residents have access to the outdoor, paved, landscaped 1/3 mile walking path that has gazebo, patio, benches, chairs, and tables with umbrellas. There's also a large community room where everyone gathers for various activities and live entertainment. This is the best facility I toured for my wife of 56 years.

We recently moved our dad into AC. We (the kids and our mom) were very nervous about the transition not only for our dad but also for our mom. The team have answered all of our questions in person and over the phone with care and compassion. A special shout out to the executive director [name removed], director of marketing [name removed], and two nurses [name removed] and [name removed] (The guidelines say I can’t use names!) for their above and beyond care they’ve shown our family. (There are others, too, but these are the folks I’ve met in person.) For example, when we first brought dad, I was very upset and [named removed] scooped me into his office to chat about the transition but also connect with me on a personal level. This was so calming and reassuring for me. Most importantly, our dad is safe, getting the care he needs, and the team is helping him transition to a new environment and routine. Thank you so much to Arden Courts.

I went here with my friend who's dad needs memory care soon. I was surprised by this place - I expected to see people in wheelchairs, not doing very much, merely existing. Was I wrong! This place was bright, cheery, and homey. Some residents were playing games inside and some were sitting out in the beautiful patio and seemed genuinely happy. We were stopped by a family member who told us how highly she recommends this place and that she saw 6 other facilities before deciding on Arden Courts. We chatted a minute or two and heard all about her experience with her husband who lives there. .. ALL GOOD. It was a pleasant experience and we both left feeling better about what to expect when it's time. Between all the places we saw that weekend, Arden Courts was the best experience from start to finish.

I toured this place with a friend of mine who's looking for his dad. From the minute we pulled up, I thought the grounds were beautiful. We were greeted with a personalized sign - nice touch. [name removed] was our tour guide and was welcoming, friendly and answered all our questions and then some! I did not expect the facility to be as nice as it was. It was clean, no funny odors, people were smiling and having fun. They were playing a balloon game and music was in the air and they were serving cake and ice cream too. It was a good experience for me to see and now I know where I will come when it is my family's time to look into memory care. Arden Court is a place I'd recommend you go and see now!

This place reminds me a little of my grandma's house. It's small, very homey and easy to get around. It's not complicated -the layout is straight forward and the outside yard is huge and fenced in for safety. They have their own little apartment but the staff is there 24/7. This is the kind of place I hope I find when it's my time. Very nice and friendly people!

I'm not sure what I expected when I toured this memory care facility but I must say, I was impressed at what I saw. The people were doing activities, the families seemed happy and they even had pet therapy while we visited! The residents loved petting the dogs and being outside in the courtyard. It was a cheerful place and it felt good being there visiting. I have already recommend Arden Court to my friend's husband to tour. Great place!

This place is great for seniors with memory care issues! The residents were smiling and talkative and they had two different games going on at the same time when we arrived. It was nice to see people doing activities. It was clean and the staff were friendly. In would recommend this place for your loved one. FIVE STAR.

My father has been at Arden Courts for over a year now and we are very pleased. The staff are very kind and really get to know the residents. They are patient and seem to really understand how to work with people with dementia.

My mom has been residing at Arden Courts in Delray Beach for the past year. This is a memory care facility and that is all they do! Her care providers provide a loving environment for my mom and treat her with respect and warmth. My family and I are grateful for all of her caregivers. My mom goes to the Activities Center where she sings songs, taps her feet, and tries to engage in activities. The activity director is amazing and she engages each and every resident by calling out their names. This entire community is like one big family with staff knowing everyone who lives there. The care providers take pride in keeping the residents clean and dry and work hard every day to ensure everyone's wellbeing. When I visit, I always observe my mom to be wearing clean clothes and looking good. The Executive Director is available for any concerns my family and I have had. We remain happy with the care my mom is receiving at Arden Courts and recommend it to anyone needing Memory Care!

We chose Arden Courts because [name removed] and [name removed] (admins) made us (wife and I) feel like we could trust them with my mother's life. The observations and interactions with the staff were always positive. They always show care and compassion when interacting with other residents. [name removed] went out of her way and took the time to ensure we had a good education on what we were facing. All of the staff there are respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and caring.

The community is bright, happy, clean and stimulating for the residents. The Auberge at Onion Creek has been a true blessing for our family.

I often think that many in the area could hear my huge sigh of relief when we at last found Arden Courts to serve my mother, whose Alzheimer's disease was rapidly progressing. The community is kind, caring, and professional. They offer many stimulating and fun activities. My mother engaged with her caretakers. She had a beautiful room to experience nature as part of her world. She appreciated everything about her room and the independence she had that could be safely afforded to her. I would highly recommend Arden Courts to anyone who knows they must either take or prepare to take the next step in helping a loved one deal with this cruel disease.

I work with Arden Courts of Pikesville on a frequent basis and am always grateful for the amazing care they provide older adults with dementia. I love the facility, the freedom older adults get to experience living there, like their gated outdoor space. Their staff is very loving and patient.

The staff was very caring snd highly efficient. They took a personal interest in my father in law. Great food with meals varied and tasty. The facility was very clean. Overall experience was excellent

After choosing this community I fell 4 times over the summer and unfortunately had to cancel my lease and enter an assisted living facility. I love the personnel there, especially <names removed>.

My father was at this Arden Courts for about 4 months. I am so glad we had him here. The caring was so deep that I will always be grateful. My father can be a difficult guy. He had been baker acted many times and previously kicked out of another memory care. [name removed] told us in the intake, "We [this Arden Courts] specializes in difficult cases. We gave him one. They delivered on their claim. There is an inherent uncertainty when making this type of decision. What I can tell you in retrospect is that I am very grateful for the Staff, from the highest admin to the caregivers, of Arden Courts. I spent many hours at AC. The level of caring was sincere, positive, and encouraging... for every resident that we saw. It's a hard decision in a difficult situation. If I were to have need of a memory care, I would want to be here. Special thanks to [name removed] for his guidance, availability, and sincere understanding. The team here truly made this difficult transition easier for us and out our minds at ease about this next step in moms life. Everyone went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and welcome. Communication has been excellent and we have been well informed about the process and what to expect for moms care.

Arden Courts has been a wonderful place for our sister who has Alzheimer's dementia. She is happy and well-cared for, the facility is clean, the food is great. They keep the residents busy with games, movies and crafts, and there's a lovely courtyard for fresh air walks.
