Arden Courts in San Antonio, TX has been a lifesaver! My mother has been living with my husband and I for one year. Being a caregiver to a person with Dementia has been the most challenging task I have ever faced. I met the activity director at Arden Courts of Dementia friendly events around town. Knowing someone before placing my mother at location for care has made the transition so much easier. I am blessed to have found a place I know my mother will be cared for. Arden Courts has helped tremendously in a time of need.

We are putting my mother in law in here and thought this place was terrific! We can't say enough great things about this place. I have been through this with both my parents and I have got to say that this place is more wonderful then other places! We are very excited for her to join this community! The staff knows everyone by name and they were very eager to help us and her. We know she will have a long happy life here!

I have been very impressed by the high level of excellence of the Arden Courts facility. A few years back, I had a family member in a different memory care facility that I found quite satisfactory. However, I discovered a whole new level of quality with the Arden Courts facility and staff. In my opinion, the facility is well-conceived, beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for my loved one. More importantly, however, is the level and types of care--very attentive staff, skilled nursing onsite 24/7, the expertise and resources available to provide focused dementia care. Most importantly for me, though, is the truly compassionate care I witness consistently. This is very important to me and I feel makes a big difference for my loved one. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants their loved one in the capable hands of the best facility in the business!

The search for memory care for mom was overwhelming until I got a recommendation from a friend whose husband was in memory care at Arden Courts of silver spring. I scheduled a tour and was very impressed. I found a very well maintained place with the right level of care and attention for my mom. She was a resident there for over 2 years and was very content and comfortable. I spend a lot of time there with mom and found the staff very attentive to all residents. They knew the independent needs each resident and treated all with compassion and excellent care. I Don’t have a negative word to say about the AC TEAM. A Special thanks to RN [name removed] for her continued caring support for mom . She knew each resident personally, their needs, and their character and handled them all with amazing patience, love and care. Also standing out with great compassion and attention to each resident was [name removed] who handled all community activities and engaged everyone in games and activities daily.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Charlotte Stephenson Manor. The staff were very friendly and introduced themselves. The menu looked great and residents were engaged in a serious bingo game! This is where I would like to go, when my husband and I are ready.

My grandmothers best friend stayed at Charlotte Stephenson. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and neat, always decorated for the holidays. Activity staff is always doing some fun activity. Residents all seem happy.

My aunt just moved in the staff and management. I am impressed with the exceptional community my aunt has joined. Thanks to the professional welcoming and knowledgeable staff and staff and management. As a memory care community Arden Court excels. Kudos to the entire staff. Ingrid expertise was instrumental in the decision to choose Arden and court and easy one.

I have lived at Lely Palms for three months in a one bedroom apartment. I am very happy with everything from the size of my apartment to the public rooms and the staff who are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and offers a great menu with many choices daily. Many activities are also offered daily. I especially want to mention my sales representative [name removed] who made my transition go smoothly. She has a dynamic personality and. Continues to check on me from time to time. I feel that I am part of a village community! Patricia Noon and my dog Luvy ten stars from me????????????????????

As a new resident, I appreciate the extra time and effort the staff have given me to help me feel comfortable. They’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. The food and activities are nice, as well!

All the people that I met that worked there. The price and that the price was fixed for duration. I would highly recommend it. Everyone that works there is very kind people.

They were the only place that accepted him so we had no choice. That said, we are happy with his care. It was a good experience.

Promedica at Arden Courts was a godsend for our family. They treated my sister with early onset Alzheimer’s like a queen. They worked with her where she was in her mind. They allowed her all the freedom they could. My sister was not easy. She crawled around, slept and ate on the floor. And that is what she wanted to do and that respected her wish’s and mine. I can’t say enough about the love and respect they showed my sister.

I would tell a friend I'm happy with Dad's experience. I didn't have to worry about him and they communicate with me in a timely fashion day and night about issues that arise.

I would like to thank all who are involved in helping me and my wife enjoy the different programs at Arden Courts. They are so nice to attend, and I enjoy seeing my wife enjoying her favorite things again. It's been so long. These events will last in my memory forever! I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee with my wife early in the morning while she looked out the window pointing at the beautiful scenery. I would like to again thank all of the staff for the great times I can have with her while she is in their care.

I'd give them all 5's. Mom seems happy there. Management keeps you informed of activities and invites family to participate in some of the social events. Myself, fighting cancer, I am limited on visits I can make and they help me feel at ease by providing regular updates on Mom's health and challenges. I do make unannounced visits and am pleased with her room's cleanliness and Mom's appearance. The residents village pods always have an associate present and they are attentive and friendly.

My family member was the happiest he had been in years after we moved him in. The have a very large military men population which is great. They have programs just for them which is very refreshing.as most places don't have many men related activities.

My son-in-law works at Arden Courts of Sarasota. I have toured the community and must say it is cozy, warm and inviting. I told him that if a community is ever needed to provide care for me, I would not mind living at Arden Courts. It just felt right.

Love Arden Courts. Excellent care and communication for residents/family. Arden Courts is specifically designed for dementia residents. The nursing care is excellent. The entire team is wonderful when working with residents.

My Mom has lived at Arden Courts Bingham Farms for over a year. The compassionate care staff really knows and love my Mom. Mom has the freedom of movement throughout the community and courtyard. The socialization and activities contribute to overall well-being. The team at this community is like family and they truly understand the unique needs of those on the Dementia journey. Staff gets to know the residents and their individual needs are taken into consideration to provide the very best in care. Staff is also very supportive of the families and provides an onsite support group and other educational resources for resident families and the general public. Staff also educates the civil service teams in the area through onsite trainings. Arden Courts provides a full coordination for care including 24/7 onsite nursing. I am so grateful for the access to leadership anytime of day as well as the 24/7 access to the community. I highly recommend Arden Courts Bingham Farms for your loved one.
