My siblings and I are pleased with the care our mom receives. The environment is homey, which helps residents feel more at home. It's a plus to be able to go outside and walk in a secure environment. No elevators are needed, as everything is on ground level. The activities are well planned. Particular, consistent attention to hygiene and routine fosters a feeling of well-being. Long-term staff is also a plus for experienced caregiving.

We needed to find a place for my mother as she was no longer able to live by herself. From doing research and several tours, we decided on Arden Courts. It’s nerve wrecking to leave a loved one in someone else’s hands but our experience so far has been reassuring that we made the right decision. The staff are welcoming and the place feels secure. Several activities are offered daily and are opened for families to join. It’s been comforting to see my mother enjoying herself.

5 for all. The staff is is hands on. Especially impressed with the in-house medical staff. They do an excellent job with all medical needs.

The layout and design of the facility are fantastic for people with memory issues. I can tell that my mom is well taken care of physically and the caregivers are all very patient with all of the residence. I am at ease knowing that my mom is being well taken care of.

I would definitely recommend to others! We picked them because of the friendliness of the staff and caregivers.

They have a really nice facility. Large spaces for walking and gathering outside and inside. They are very well trained with memory care and dementia issues.

My friend has lived at Charlotte Stephenson for the last year and a half, since her husband passed away. Every time I visit her, she's busy socializing or doing an activity. It's much better than seeing her at home alone and sad. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Very nice place.

There’s also a lovely outdoor area where residents can safely enjoy some fresh air. Every team member I encountered was kind, attentive, and patient. They genuinely care about the residents, treating them with respect and dignity. It’s evident they’re not just doing a job but are passing about what they do. Overall I recommend checking this facility out!

Having to find a memory care place for our father was an emotional experience. I went to see a few places and found that Arden Courts had the best staff and the best layout. I loved their outdoor gardens and walking path. The guy we met with, [name removed], was very reassuring and the rest of the staff we met during our tour were very kind. I have a friend who lives at Arden Courts in chagrin falls. She was moved there from a nearby facility. I can honestly say that Arden has set the bar so high it can't be beat. Amazing people, feels like home, great care. So many performers and things to do in activities. I love it here and would highly recommend this community for loved ones in need of memory care.

My visit with [name removed] at Arden Courts was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly. The community was clean, nicely lit and decorated, and the residents were engaged. I was impressed by the layout of the space and the outdoor recreation area.

I would give a five on all the above one through seven. The staff really take an interest in the clients and I'm very pleased with a place. My brother seems content too.

My parents need a level of supervision that I wasn’t confident that they would receive at other facilities. The staff is consistent and kind. Everybody knows everybody. It feels like home to them, and to me.

Arden Courts does an amazing job. They care about the people that are in their communities and are willing to work with you if there are concerns. They have been around for a long time and I have seen both their Livonia and Sterling Heights communities.

Reasons we chose The Auberge at Cedar Park: Open and cheery. Cleanliness. Willing to accommodate Mom's needs as to a special room. 95% of the staff were very attentive. The other 5% didn't last long. I have bragged about this facility to all of my friends.

I have a family member at Charlotte Stephenson and they are thriving! Without going into detail, I’ll just say that since living at Charlotte Stephenson, my family member has put on weight and is healthier and happier than they were at home! Don’t wait, the benefits of healthy meals, socialization and great care are waiting!

I’d work here if I could…I recently toured autumn court in silver spring….this place is clean and friendly atmosphere…I was impressed with this facility…I would recommend this facility to anyone and it smells good in there…
