Everyone I was contacted with was absolutely amazing. From the moment I entered the facility, everyone was so nice. It was very clean. The customer service was amazing. They were nice to each and every one of the seniors.

Arden Courts is truly remarkable memory care facility. Every staff member deeply cares about each resident & their family. You feel the same positive caring vibe from everyone who is employed there. The staff quickly got to know us & would always show concern about the wellbeing of our loved one. The caregivers continually went above & beyond to provide for our loved one. As things progressed along our loved one’s journey they were always there for her & therefore for us. Keeping us informed about the care that would be provided. Arden Court caring staff continually made a commitment everyday to provide a better day for all their residents & therefore their family members. We could not have chosen a better home away from home for our loved one.

Arden Courts was designed to have many places for family to sit with their loved one. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. So glad Marianne spent her last days there. So sweet of them to have a snack box in the room for the family when the end was near.

I have never met a group of people more dedicated to maintain a respectful quality of life for the elderly. They are amazing.

we are three volunteers from The Academy of the Holy Cross. Our experience has been very wonderful.We've had interactions with the residents through socializing,games and artwork.The staff has been nothing but kind and receptive.We strongly advise others to come and volunteer to have the same great experience that we are having!

I found the community to be lovely. I enjoyed seeing the residents engaged and having fun doing activities.

Arden explained everything and walked me and my family thru each step of the way. They don’t forget about you once your loved one is in the facility’s either. They are hands on and keeps them activity during the day

My sister lived at Arden Court in Palos Heights for about 1 1/2 years. I visited often during her stay. I really admired the staff. They did their best to assure my sister was as happy as possible, safe, clean & comfortable. Everyone was friendly, the office staff, the nursing staff, housekeeping and the food service personnel. I was happy with the care she received and I thought the facility was beautiful.

My sister received good care. Her needs were taken care of. The rooms were clean and the food appropriate. The outside grounds gave a nice change of pace to residents. My sister particularly enjoyed bing outside.

My sister lived at Arden Court for 15 months. During that time, she had excellent care. The caregivers were always pleasant and knew how to handle little difficulties smoothly. The dining situation was good and so was the food. I love that residents can enjoy the safe outdoor space! There were plenty of activities and even when she was not capable of them, they set her up with a magazine to look at or tv. The special programs were frequent and the residents were involved and enjoyed them.

[name removed] has been made to feel a sense of the community and seems quite content with his room surroundings and staff. He particularly enjoys the music sessions, of which there are many. I particularly appreciate being called when [name removed] has a rash or any other concerns. Sounds down with COVID. Communication is excellent.

I have cared for my older sister for 11 years and was determined to NOT put her in a home. Then someone referred me to Arden Courts Kensington and the minute I met the staff I knew this was the perfect place. Everyone is so loving and kind. My sister has a place where she is engaged and happy. This is NOT your average assisted living home!! and the food is a solid 10!! This is her home away from home .Highly Recommend!

Very clean and feel nurses and staff care about the patient and their families.

When it came time to get assistance with my parents we were so worried about finding the right place, where our parents could be together. Arden courts has turned out to be the perfect place. They were happy and so well cared for. When my father became ill, the staff did an incredible job assisting my mom and our entire family with his final days. I can't think of any more that we could have asked for to make this easier.

The facility has a comfortable feel about it. It's clean and open including sensory area that residents can explore. I love walking along the park like trail with my friend. He can access that area safety anytime. Staff is friendly and caring. Nursing has called me unprompted just to let me know my friend was doing better after being ill. Moving him here was a tough decision, but I feel this place is even better than home.

Well maintained facility, staff is always well organized patient courteous and good vibes.

Everyone is friendly and offering help all the time. We are so happy with the community. Top notch!

Arden Court is so much better than the last community my family was in. I would rate them at %150, wonderful staff. My family members are very happy.
