Arden Courts was recommended to my family by a professional assisted living placement service as the premier Memory Care Facility in the Harrisburg area. After our initial visit with Arden ([name removed]), we KNEW that this was the place for my mother. Mom has been at Arden for 6 weeks now. With the level of care, interactive mental and physical activities, pet therapy!, morning and afternoon programs, nutritious meals, and constant engagement from/with the Staff, my Mother is not only safe, content, and happy...she is THRIVING. I could not provide any stronger recommendation than I do for Arden. This Facility - and the wonderful people who care for Mom - have been a true Godsend for my Mother and my family. It was a very hard decision to move forward with "placing" my Mother. My only wish now is that we had moved her to Arden sooner. Thank you Arden Courts.

In my profession, I enjoy working with the team here at Arden Courts. I believe working together makes the experience for the resident and their family so much better. lf you are considering Arden Courts as a place to send your loved one, please do so. Your loved one will be properly cared for and the experience will be an enjoyable one. The team has a lot of fun with their residents and their goal is to keep them as engaged as possible.

My son and I have been volunteering at Arden Courts Memory Care for the past few months, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with kindness and warmth—not only by the staff, but by the residents as well. What truly stands out is the exceptional care the staff provide. They treat each resident with genuine respect, compassion, and dignity, creating a safe and nurturing environment that feels like home. It's clear that this is more than just a job for them—it's a calling, and it shows in every interaction. The facility itself is clean, thoughtfully laid out, and designed with the unique needs of memory care residents in mind. There’s a true sense of community here, and the activities and engagement offered are meaningful and enriching. Volunteering at Arden Courts has been an incredibly rewarding experience for both me and my son, and we’re so grateful to be part of such a caring and dedicated environment

They were very caring. Room was always clean. Room size was perfect. I know it can't be easy dealing with DEMENTIA patients but some how they managed with a smile and good attitude. My sister couldn't have been an easy one to take care of. She would become violent...I was thankful every day they took such good care of her. Counted my blessings.

What a beautiful well thought out community. It’s designed with the memory impaired in mind. From the layout to the colors it’s all purposefully chosen to help the residents and make everyday life easier. [name removed] is amazing and will help you through the entire process. Stop by and see for yourself!

The staff is very caring and personable. They reach out whenever there's an issue they observe and are open to discussing.

My dad needed a memory care facility and I was recommended by my neighbor who had her mom there for a while. I toured and it was much better than I expected. It was smaller than the other places I saw but I liked it better because of it's size. It's not too big and confusing like other places. Its one level and has a beautiful outdoor area that you can go in and out easily and enjoy the weather. It is clean and I like the programs they offer. This is a very good place, you should go see it if you are looking in the Glen Ellyn area.

I visited my uncle here a couple of times from Wisconsin and both times my uncle was happy and seemed well taken care of. I wish I could see him more often but they take good care of him and I don't have to worry even though I am far away. Thank you Arden staff for what you do!

Although my mom recently passed away, she lives here for almost two years and she loved the friends she made and she the outside courtyard the most. The nurse and aids treated my mom kindly and took good care of her after I could no longer handle mom at my home. I am grateful my mom had happy times and made friends while she lived at Arden. I recommend highly!

My loved one was recovering from surgery when I moved her to Arden Court. Since the beginning of her stay, she has been taken very good care of. I appreciate the kind and caring of the care givers. Thank you.

The caregivers appear to be very compassionate and the nursing staff have responded to any concerns that we have had. Also, the activity director is extremely enthusiastic about the programs she provides and is extremely involved with the residents

What we like the most about Arden Courts is the friendliness of the administrative staff and the staff who work with the individuals. The freedom that each individual has - Not confined to their rooms. The all around care given to each person

We had a terrible experience at a previous memory care facility and felt like management didn't really care that we were unhappy, so we decided to search again. Thank God we found out about Arden Courts. [name removed] and her team were amazing and so understanding. The place is perfect for our mom, and the location is perfect for our family.

I was very impressed with Arden Courts Jefferson Hills. I met with [name removed], the Advisor of Arden Courts. She understood my situation & was very reassuring about taking care of my Mother. The facility is fabulous. You have to see it for yourself. They also have a beautiful outdoor space. I met all of the staff. I felt the warmth & caring from them. Without saying anymore, I knew it was the BEST place for my Mom. You need to meet the staff & tour the facility. You will fall in love with the staff, residents & the facility. Just go see it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't. I am very thankful for Arden Courts! You will be too!

The nurses were great, they really seem to care, they would always call me with any questions or concerns, the activities were great, they were constantly engaging him in things through out the day

5 for all, administrative staff I would say 4 because of one of the aides. I like that they can go anywhere inside or outside if they want to. They have a bunch activities that they do with the residents. Yes, we would recommend Arden Courts to other families based on the experience we have had.

This community is better at dealing with higher functioning dementia patients.
