I am so grateful to Arden courts. They were our third facility for mom with alzheimer's dementia. Her medication adjustments and Dr [name removed]care were perfect. Their communication was always compassionate and kind. They were caring compassionate and professional with me mother and our family. I am truly grateful for their care. Mom's passing was handled with compassion and dignity. Dad is with them now, receiving the same amazing kind compassionate care. I have recommended a few friends and colleagues to Arden courts and their experience has been the same. My experience with Arden Courts has been very positive. The staff are very helpful and very caring to all the residents. My husband seems content there especially as he is free to come and go around the grounds when he wishes as he loves being outside. The grounds are very welcoming with many places to walk and to sit and enjoy the view. I am grateful to have found a place so well equipped to handle memory issues.

I cannot say enough good things. The staff cares knows everyone by name. My dad went to the hospital and the Director called to see what hospital went to visit him. I'm struggling with my dad's health and everybody there know asks about him and truly cares

Arden Courts was phenomenal and so helpful when we were struggling to find the right location for my aunt. When I needed a place for my aunt, the sales director (her name is escaping me) spent time explaining everything. She went to the hospital to evaluate my aunt who was having dementia related behavioral issues. She assured me Arden could help. She help us get my aunt moved quickly and get settled. Unfortunately my aunt didn't live long after moving to Arden but they were so compassionate when she passed...calling me and sending flowers. So thoughtful! I live in Texas so had to manage all this over the phone.

My husband has been a resident of the Yardley location for about 18 months. Care is exceptional and the Activities staff and programming is top notch. [name removed] and her staff go above and beyond for every resident and family members.

Everyone is very helpful and extremely friendly. They treat the residents with very respectfully. They want everyone to feel comfortable in their surroundings. Residents can safely walk around the path. Highly recommend!

When it came to the time where we needed to find a place for my mom, we toured many places. Arden Courts met all our needs. The caregivers are wonderful, the activity staff couldn’t be more attentive and everyone else is just great. It feels like one big family. I am glad we chose Arden.

The rooms were of a decent size and had a warm and accommodating look to them. The overall appearance of the facility was warm and inviting. My mom was there until she passed away but I wanted to write a review and say that she did like living there even though she had little memory left. Its a good facility and they took good care of her while she lived there. I recommend it highly.

Tell your friends about this place if you are looking at memory care. Staff is great, it's clean and my aunt has made friends. She loves the outside patio and likes to watch the people who live there. I like that bit is smaller in size. Good place!

5 all around. My sister and I were blown away by the quality of care at Arden. Staff in every department is exceptional. These are people who are truly passionate about providing love and care to their residents. As a family, we also felt loved and supported by the Arden staff. The facility is clean and attractive. It's easy to navigate; has safe access to outside areas. There are many activities and, if a resident is unable to attend group activities, the activities team will visit the resident in his/her room. Totally, 100% happy.

Working at Arden Courts of Silver Spring has been a rewarding experience. The staff truly cares about the residents. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping does a great job keeping everything sanitary and welcoming. The staff is caring, hardworking, and supportive, creating a team atmosphere that makes a the job feel meaningful.

They were very friendly, accommodating, and very attentive to my Dad. He was in Memory Care so, they kept him busy with activities, etc... The location was great and close to my home. I will use them again!

Arden Courts has been so wonderful in so many ways, from the very beginning to now. The experience has been very smooth. All of our mothers need are being met.
