I am a professional that visits the community. I have visited often over the last 2 years. The staff are always kind and polite. The grounds are amazing with outside walking paths for residents. On one occasion I saw 2 deer! Residents appear happy and in good spirits. [name removed] in programming keeps them busy.

I visited a friend's grandmother here and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were so kind and welcoming! We ate dinner with her grandmother and the meals were warm and looked delicious. Enjoyed my visit.

I volunteered with Arden Courts through Suncoast Hospice. While volunteering during their Oktoberfest event, the staff I interacted with were welcoming and friendly, the property was gorgeous, and I could sense the genuine compassion they held. Loved it!

I volunteered here with my local church and I cannot express how great of an experience it was! Staff were positive and helpful, community was clean, property was gorgeous. I enjoyed my experience there and would recommend for family in need of a memory care community!

As a guest visiting this assisted living community, I’ve been thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention given to each resident. As someone who works alongside healthcare professionals, I can confidently say that the staff here truly go above and beyond in providing individualized care. Every interaction I observed was marked by kindness and respect, with caregivers tailoring their approach to meet the unique needs of each person. The community itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the high standards upheld by the management. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, truly fostering a family-like environment. It’s clear that the staff not only care about the physical well-being of the residents but also their emotional and social needs.

When it was becoming evident that my mom needed memory care, we reached out to a few friends who had their moms in memory care in the northern suburbs of Chicago. We visited all 3 places and instantly fell in love with Arden Courts. It’s homey, the staff is attentive, it’s really clean, the food is delicious, and did I mention how great the staff is? My mom went from sitting in an apartment by herself to doing activities daily! We wanted that for her ever since we moved her into independent living four years ago but she never participated until now. So clearly we should have moved her to Arden Courts long ago but I’m glad we found it now. Another beautiful thing is that it’s small enough that everybody knows each other. When I walk in, I’m greeted by name. The reception area has a calm vibe and there’s cookies, coffee and water w fruit it! The same Caretakers care for my mom every day so they’ve gotten to know her and her preferences and they are SO kind to her. It’s been a godsend!

It is a wonderful place to work. Everyone work well together for residents. Management is good and support all the employees. There are lots of tenured employees here which shows how excellent is the facility.

My father had early onset dementia for a few years. Unfortunately this past summer he suffered a stroke and other medical emergencies caused him to go downhill very fast and we had to make a hard decision to place him at Linden Village where he could be under 24 hour watch. He unfortunately passed away from the dementia and other medical issues. He was at Linden Village for the last 3 months of his life. My mother, brother and I were very impressed by the care my father received. It is very hard to leave a parent or spouse in the care of others but the staff made us feel at ease and we knew he was being taken care of. The staff were always kind to the residents and made sure they were receiving the care that they needed. I highly recommend Linden Village!

My mother was a resident at Linden Village and received excellent care. The staff were all kind and caring. The nurse's kept us informed and updated of all her needs. The office staff were all wonderful to work with. I highly recommended Linden Village!

Every time we come to Arden courts we are greeted with the same familiar faces. The staff is very supportive to the resident and visiting family. The cleanliness is exceptional. The staff is friendly. Meals and Dining are exceptional. Activities are exceptional. Care services are above and beyond. The value for the cost is also exceptional.

I am new to Naples, Florida and found making immediate personal and professional connections so comfortable with the staff and their community. Arden Courts truly cares about their families they serve as well as collaborating with community partners to better assist residence with resources. They truly do care.??

My mother-in-law has always been one of my most inspirational people in my life. When she started getting dementia it was difficult on the grandchildren and my husband. Since bringing her to Arden Court in Sterling Heights, she once again is enjoying life. The activities that they have seven days a week after each meal has been giving her the purpose and socialization that she thrives on. The care team and the staff are wonderful! They care for her from morning until night. We can come and visit anytime. The community has a very nice neighborhood feel where everybody is looking out for one another. I would highly recommend Arden Court Sterling Heights for anybody who is looking for a community for a loved one that has dementia and wants to be assured their loved one is being cared for 100%.

Mom has been in Arden Court for 3 years this coming February 2026. The care she has received from the staff and management has made this difficult transition easier. This is her new safe & caring home.

We have been very pleased with our Mothers care here at Arden Courts. The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional. There are a wide variety of activities and places to walk about. Arden Courts is a very safe community.

My Grandma is in this amazing facility and staff is very helpful, always willing the help and answer any question. Food, and cleanliness on point i could not ask for more. I will recommend this facility with my eyes close. I will like to thank all the staff that works here. I really appretiate for everything you guys do every day. Thank you!

We have been to other places for respite care and Arden Courts is the best. I observe how hard the staff works, and I commend them for it! I tell everyone how grateful I am for Arden Courts of Parma!

The admission team is always responsive and helpful. They are very kind to families and connect them to other resources if they are not appropriate for Arden. Their community is always beautifully decorated for the holidays.

My uncle was a resident of Arden Courts of Parma and we were so impressed with the way that they personalized activities for him. He was a wonderful musician, and they would always allow him to join alongside the live entertainers with his harmonica. He loved the outdoors as well and always enjoyed the beautiful courtyards and walking path. Arden Courts helped to give him purpose in the final chapter of his life, and we are forever grateful for that!

I toured with a friend and was happy with seeing all the residents in activities. It was a great place to visits.
