Arden Courts is very clean, everyone is friendly, the caregivers are helpful the staff helpful, sometimes the people will ask if they can have those to eat, and the caregivers will say they have no more, the activities are great, but there are days when there isn't an activities person, they are short staffed. Value for cost is very good.

Such a great community that has really bent over backwards for my mother to ensure her comfort as this is our third community in 2 years and the clinical team has been nothing but amazing to work with. When you walk into the community you feel welcomed and they truly take the time to listen and follow-up-quickly. No one is perfoect, however this is by far the best team and community as I wish we found them the first time. We did use a senior advisor as I would definetly research yourself with having so many memory care communities in the area as we should have toured here the first time around. Better late than never!

When my mother entered Arden courts, her first reaction was " how lovely!” The facility is cheerful, tastefully decorated and immaculate. The nurses and aids are skillful and kind in dealing with patients with different difficult needs. They make each resident feel special and cared for. The members of the staff are very accessible, kind, professional and compassionate. I believe it was the best place my mother could have spent her last days on earth.

My mother entered Arden at 100 years old and spent her last days in their care. The and administrative staff and all the aides were wonderful - Kind, attentive, and full of good humor and joy. The physical surroundings are welcoming and home- like, and the outside gardens and landscaping are lovely my mother was happiest in the sunshine near the begonias.

We had a very nice visit. All of the employee at Arden Courts are professional and kind. I feel like my dad is in great hands.

Staff at front desk is always quick and efficient. When welcoming us in for a visit. Attentiveness of staff to residents is apparent. Lunch staff takes great care of residents making sure they have what they need to enjoy the meals. Lunch staff was quick to clean up and went above and beyond to offer us chips or desserts during our visits.

I only came by twice. Very friendly and seem to genuinely care about residents.

I feel truly blessed to have my grammy here at Arden Courts. Arden Courts is the whole package and beyond. Everyone is truly loving and sincere. I know they take care of my grammy like their own grandma.

Arden Courts Richmond has dementia experts on their staff. [name removed] is their memory care advisor and admissions coordinator and she is so easy to work with. she helped us get our loved one in an assessment and move in the next day. Everyone from the cook to programming to nurses have been so nice. We are so grateful to know our loved one is being cared for daily by the amazing staff.

My mother likes her room and her meals. She always cleans her plate. She enjoys the activities. The staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is nice both inside and outside. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of care.

Good facilities. Rooms are clean. Staff is present and attentive. Medical care is effective and timely. The facility staff is responsive. At times the after hours and weekend front door staff can be leed aware but the weekday staff is very capable. Food quality is good.

[name removed] is truly a Sensational representative of Lely. The staff was compassionate and caring The activities were on going and kept the residents engaged and entertained. The price was a great selling point.

We have only been there 3 weeks. My husband fell and broke his hip no fault of Arden Court. So far everything has been good. He is currently in rehab and we are hoping to return their soon. Staff and everyone was very helpful.

Amazing caregivers, the residents are very well taken care of. The building is clean and kept up. I loved how nice everyone is and pleasant the place is as well. The caregivers are very attentive and caring.

From the application to the training process was so smooth, welcoming and professional. My client has been very successful at his job due to the director, his supervisor and the staff. This is a great place to work. They are caring and understanding.

I recently toured this community and found it to be the perfect fit for my dad. The staff members were welcoming and well informed. I found the community design to be cheerful and comfortable and I especially liked the outside patio area.

One of the best place I’ve worked, I love the connection between the staff and residents. The staffing here does their best to make each resident and family member feel at home. I would recommend this place!

I was warmly greeted and was shown the facility. Impressed with the home like environment. The staff was friendly and attentive. Wonderful outdoor space. At the time of my visit. There was a musical performer. The residents were engaged and very happy. Overall very impressed.

Arden Court is a great find! My father is very well attended to and the place really works hard to ensure their residents don’t stay cooped up in their rooms all day. Lots of thoughtful activities. And it’s clean! So many places for the elderly aren’t - Arden Court works hard to keep things really nice. And I love the whole layout there. It’s not some massive, rambling place. It’s easy to navigate. Overall I’m very impressed.

It’s nice place to work I love all my residents here all the staff is very nice they always have activities for them to do I love how they can go outside when it’s warm in enjoy the fresh air their meals be great and hot and the housekeeping keeps it very clean
