Never visited a facility before. This place was great on all levels. Keep up the great work. Came for [name removed] 87th birthday and it was pleasant to see how all the residents came and enjoyed the birthday party.

We visited a loved one today. This facility was clean, staff was friendly and genuinely cared for their residents. I was very impressed, and would certainly consider services here for family in the future, as needed. Thank you for all that you do!

When my father experienced a severe decline in health we needed to find a facility once he was through rehab. He was not very mobile, near blind and had trouble toileting. I toured nursing homes and they were very depressing places. And the cost at [fee removed] was out of his budget. [name removed] reached out to me and we worked out an affordable plan. His room was nice, they made him get out of bed for meals and activities and made him toilet as well as he could. He was at 98 pretty fragile and was only there a month but I was very happy with the care he received.

I am pleased the only objective here is memory care. The residents have quite a bit of freedom to participate in planned activities or go outside whenever they wish depending on weather and residents abilities.

My wife was a resident for several months in [date removed]. I only moved her to be closer to home. The layout of the facility is great. There are four individual wings that have their own kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a central area that has an activity room (full daily schedule), health room, salon, etc. The staff is friendly and the care is excellent. Activities are scheduled throughout the day. Families are invited to holiday celebrations. A very "home-like" atmosphere. Absolutely no complaints.

I toured Arden Courts in Warminster after seeing three other memory care communities and was so surprised at the difference between them and the other places I toured. Arden Courts is very homey and comfortable. While the other places were nice, I think the design and ease of getting around here is best for someone with dementia. The entire staff was so nice and the place just left me with a warm feeling. Our family all agreed that Arden Courts felt like the right fit for our mom.

Arden Courts Memory Care is a nice facility dedicated to providing specialized care for my Dad who has dementia. The staff is well-trained, patient, and genuinely care about his well-being. They create a warm, homelike environment where he feels safe and comfortable One of the most impressive aspects of Arden Courts is its thoughtfully designed layout, which allows his independence while ensuring his security. The emphasis on dignity and respect makes a significant difference in the quality of life for my Dad and we have peace of mind knowing he is in a nurturing and supportive environment. Overall, Arden Courts Memory Care has been an excellent choice for the specialized memory care services that we needed.

Arden Court is a very nice place with a friendly staff who care for the residents. The facility is well kept, they are in the process of renovating and updating the rooms and common areas. The office staff greets you by name and is easily accommodating to talk to you about the well being of your loved one. They keep you informed of any behavior or medication changes in a timely manner. The activities for the residents are great and keep them in gaged and provides them with mental stimulation. The activity staff is wonderful, always checking to see how the residents are doing if they can’t attend the group activity. The dining provides a nice meal. They fix the meals to each residents needs. The food tastes good and is well liked. If your loved one needs a different meal the staff is there to fix an alternative snack or sandwich. While visiting I have never felt the residents were neglected, the staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming.

When it comes to the value for cost, I don't know how to answer this. I have nothing to compare it to. But I feel my sister is safe there. They are responsive but wish she had more attention from doctor earlier. Yes, we would definitely recommend Arden Courts to other families

Their help in making my sister feeling comfortable and welcome was out of this world. Their assisting my sister pick out clothes, pictures and other necessities was a big help. The place just glows warmth. Staff always ready to help and the place very nice and clean. I’m glad we picked Arden Court Kensington. Oh the activities are well designed. You can’t go wrong picking this place.

I toured here for my mom and I was really impressed with how the community is set up for people with dementia care. I like that it has a large court yard for when the weather is nice that has a fence. Staff has been there for a long time too so that's also important to us.

Residents receive individual attention and continuity of care from the caregivers. The caregivers know the residents routines, likes and dislikes etc. I like the layout of the facility. Everything is on one floor allowing residents to move about without the need for elevators etc.

This place was beautiful. Very clean and staff were professional and very nice……this place also smelled clean …they were were also personable made me feel comfortable to leave my mom or dad….they also have have a chef and the menu was up…the kitchen was stainless steel see yourself in the mirror clean…..wow… such a beautiful place… We are very particular what we eat and to be fair I wouldn’t worry at this establishment because they were top notch

Toured and you can tell residents are taken care of and the place was extremely clean/ smelled wonderful. The place doesn’t feel sterile, lots of colors and staff is very welcoming. Even visited the kitchen which was sparkling clean. Very impressive.

When I toured this community it really stood out to me from the others. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and I love that they have little kitchenettes, dining rooms and living rooms. It was a huge plus to us that they have only private rooms for dementia residents. I would not want my mom to have to share with anyone. Mom eventually moved in a week or so later. My favorite part was watching her liven up with her friends in the events they have each day.

A place for Mom recommended Arden Courts of Richmond to take a tour. I had never heard of this facility, but was very familiar with memory care places. Unfortunately, I had done this two other times with my family. I decided to take a tour of Arden Courts and loved everything about it. I did not need a place at that time, just checking out options for I knew I needed a back up plan. A month later would become that time. Arden Courts was the best decision for Mom to live the most productive, active, happy life she could. Our family is truly happy that a Place for Mom introduced us to a memory care that our loved one can thrive and live happily everyday. THANK you, A Place for Mom for making us aware of such a great place. This past year at Arden Court our Mom has had the best life possible.
