I am very happy with the facility as a whole and would highly recommend families to Arden Courts. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and readily to assist any time.

I appreciate so much the kindness and care y husband received at Arden Court. The staff is especially patient and understanding under difficult circumstances.

I am just now starting to look for my dad and am looking at this place plus one more but I wanted to send a review to say how comfortable I was made to feel upon touring this facility. People were smiling and happy to be there. They even have pet therapy and you can bring your dog in to visit which is important to my dad. The head nurse introduced herself and and said she would answer any questions I had after the tour if I needed. I left feeling impressed with my first visit. My dad is not quite ready for this memory setting but I know he will be at some point and I will be back to tour again when he's ready.

If my grandma was still here with us she would have loved this place. It's colorful, cheery and bright. In love the doggie park and the comfy cozy corners and the garden area. I like that the rooms are already furnished - BIG plus for families looking to move easily. 5 stars for me!

I have toured here before with my friend for her aunt. I like the grounds very mature trees and landscape right from the drive up the drive way. Well kept outside. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They had a fun game going and the people were enjoying playing with the balloons and were laughing it up. Nice to see such a lovely homelike facility. I recommend it to anyone looking for a loved one with memory issues.

I live out of state but my uncle is there at Arden and he likes it. He has some friends and says he likes living there. He likes activities and the outside area. I visit him when I can - this is a good place for him to live. I am happy he is safe and thriving.

I love that they have an outdoor area that my mom can walk around when the weather is nice. She can go in and out when she wants but is still checked on every 15 minutes. That's peace of mind! Other places I looked did not have the outdoor space and that is important to my mom.

The friendliness of the staff is beyond and above what I would expect. The common areas are adorable with a movie theater, a "bar", and a general store. One of the biggest selling points for our family was that the residents have unrestricted access to the outdoor courtyard during the day; they can access it without a staff member since it is safely enclosed.

This place was very nice during my pre- employment process! Everyone was nice, and entered me with a warm welcome! Even when I was given a tour, the residents looked at me as a sweet soul, that they wouldn’t mind seeing daily— especially since this is their home! Great place to work, great staff. 10/10 would recommend!

So happy to hear about this local center that can provide memory care for our elderly patients. As an advanced practice provider, I see countless of patients of elderly patients struggling at home, or their family members trying to care for them. This seems like a great facility with great opportunities. The ladies we met that represented Arden Courts were very kind and informative.

The staff was terrific. Room is smaller than other places we visited. My dad didn't do the activities but they had plenty to offer if you wished too participate. The level of care you got was amazing. They treated you with respect and dignity.

Very informative and educational. I’m very happy I was able to attend. It was very well put thank you to all the people that were here and gave information. I’m very happy I was able to make this event.

I wish they had a beautician come in weekly instead of monthly. Location, staff friendliness, price.

I had the pleasure of volunteering this summer at Arden Courts. It’s amazing to see the creativity, care and compassion their team puts into the events and activities for their residents. I especially enjoyed being a part of their All Creatures Great and Small event. I had so much fun spending time talking with the residents and seeing them have a great time. Arden Courts is an amazing community!

I know there are a lot of choices for memory care, hands down Arden Courts Kensington is the Best! From the moment we walked in and met with [name removed] we knew. She introduced us to several staff members.They were all smiling and had been there for many years. Low staff turnover really makes a difference. Kensington is truly the “Goat”

My Mother is very well cared for, all of the staff know her name. Chef prepared a special soup for her when she had a stroke a few months ago. Food is prepared on site by talented chef. She participants in activities daily that keep her mind sharp. She is still able to answer trivia question and most of the answers on Family Feud with Steve Harvey.

I am pass due in complementing the staff & care that my wife has experienced over the past 1 1/2 years of their superior service in all responses from me! I requested a room & that their staff have my wife dressed, changed, & escorted to her birthday party last Monday. My request was fullfilled with superior service & consideration. I moved both of my parents to Arden Courts in 2020 from another memory care facility. It has been night and day difference. My dad passed away in 2020, and my mother still lives at Arden Courts. The staff there treat her with care and love. I have been visiting regularly for five years. The same staff members have been caring for Mom that whole time. They know her and know me. They also know the other residents and interact with them respectively even when the residents are difficult. They treat the residents like you would want your Mom to be treated. They laugh with them and celebrate milestones with them.

As a Nurse Geriatric Care Manager it is vital that the referrals I make for my clients are to the best communities in my area. I’ve referred several clients to Arden Courts and they have all thrived in the care of the compassionate and professional staff. Everyone, from the Executive Director and Marketing Specialist to the nurses and aides in the community, has treated my clients with warmth and respect. I highly recommend this community!
