We’ve had consistently great experiences with this memory care community. The staff is welcoming, the environment is clean and uplifting, and the residents are clearly well cared for and engaged. The management team brings a warm, positive energy that truly sets the tone for the entire community.

My father moved into Arden Courts upon referral of a friend. He was dumped from his prior facility without notice. The staff at Arden Courts made ensured his transition into his new home was done with care and consideration ensuring a smooth transfer. He has had some ups and downs with his health since he has arrived, and the facility has worked with him with patience and kindness while keeping his health a priority. The level of care he receives exceeds our expectations. We can finally relax knowing he is in good hands.

My mother has been with Arden Court of Warminster for over 3 years. She has been treated with dignity and warmth. Our entire family is grateful to the staff. Although my mom is in the end stages of her life, she appears to be peaceful and comfortable in the loving care of Arden Court. My favorite AC visits are when [name removed] is entertaining and interacting with the residents. Her fun and joyful approach is amazing.

We moved my mama here after an absolutely neglectful and horrible 2 month experience at a different facility in NJ. Everyone here is wonderful- mama loves them- and she is happy and clean and fed and loved and mentally stimulates. In fact we’ve seen her regain some of the abilities she had lost at the other place due to neglect and lack of care. Here at Arden Court I am also treated like family and I finally sleep night knowing she is getting the care she deserves. We love the team at Arden Courts Warminster!

My mother in law has been at Arden Courts in Warminster for about 2 months now. After a very trying year trying to keep her happy and most of all safe after a few falls, we knew a change had to be made. Having mom at Arden Courts gives us peace of mind! The staff is amazing and they have a real interest in the well being of your loved one! They honestly have welcomed all of our questions and concerns and we have been kept updated on all aspects of moms care. Mom has adjusted VERY well ...... much better than we would have ever thought!!! The facility is bright and clean and there are activities going on all day long. We want to thank ALL of the staff for all of your hard work and concern for our mom!!

We were very undecided as to where to put my husbands mother as her dementia was progressing. I called and talked to [name removed] and made an appointment to speak with her. She was amazing, and explained all aspects of the community and took me on a tour. I was very impressed. The facility is clean and rooms are perfect. The residents are encouraged to participate in all activities and the activity director is amazing. All the staff is friendly and ready to help in every way. My mother in law moved in Arden court in September and she seems to be adapting and is very relaxed with the atmosphere. I give five To Arden Court.

I just want to say how thankful I am for the care my dad received at Arden Courts. From the first visit, we noticed how clean and organized everything was. I would highly recommend Arden Courts to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place for their loved ones. They took great care of my husband when he was there and I will be forever grateful to them.

We'd actually give them a 10. They were awesome- loved the staff there. Staff make you feel like family-everyone greets you, updates you on your family member, offers beverages etc. Never see staff on cell phones- they are always interacting with the residents or families . We never felt like we were bothering staff. They really made effort to get to know residents and their families. From top to bottom-it was positive attitude and eagerness to help. Place was beautiful and clean but it was the staff we will never forget

From the moment I entered Arden Court for the initial tour, I felt an immediate sense of warmth. Choosing a memory care home for a loved one is deeply emotional, and the reality of the situation hits hard. They recognized that in me right away and responded with genuine compassion, even offering a comforting hug when I needed it. At that time, my family wasn't ready to make the move, but they continued to follow my dad's journey over the next few months. They checked in, offered advice, and guided me through a very difficult period that included hospital stays and a challenging rehab experience. When we finally brought my dad to Arden, I felt such relief. Even though his stay was brief, I am so grateful he spent that time in a place where he was treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. They truly went above and beyond their duty, caring for my dad.

A beautiful community with lovely walking grounds, 4 acres to be exact. So many things to appreciate with loved ones living with dementia... *Compy rooms perfect size for keeping loved ones engaged. *Pricing is competitive and all inclusive, no extra hidden fees. *They're are flexible for families with different schedules and can visit their loved ones with 24 hour access to see them. *Safety is in mind with secured memory care community.

It has a four acre beautiful courtyard. An extremely friendly staff providing great care to the residents by meeting them at their cognitive level. Open access to families to visit their loved one at any time.

Very pleasant experience visiting Arden Courts of Livonia. Our meeting room was very accommodating. All the staff was extremely friendly and provided a great breakfast, a space for our meeting and great coffee.

Veterans Resource Network of Southeast Michigan: Great facility with very kind staff. Clean and beautiful complex. All areras of the complex were clean. Very Secure and open spaces. I appreciate the kind staff and their professionalism towards their business. I would recommend this Arden Courts.

Absolutely a 5 PLUS for all 8. My husband was in there a year with a two trips to the er. The caregivers in his area could not have been more caring and supportive of him and our whole family. They became family to us. They were like that to everyone. The atmosphere was bright with a lot of activity going on. Can not say enough wonderful things about Arden from the administration to those who kept the place spotless. Highly recommend it.

I felt like they were very kind to my mother. When I visited it was very clean and there were lots of aides. My mother was there only a couple of months as she died last August.

Arden Courts on Buckingham in Dallas was my Mother's home for 10 years. Her dementia was finally treated properly after a bad experience at a different facility. My Mom had her own room with some things around her that were hers and she was used to seeing. She loved the activities especially the music. The Staff is phenomenal. They all treat the residents with respect and have an upbeat demeanor. I loved that the staff would greet my Mom by name and give some encouraging word or a compliment. Her medications were managed so well and she was comfortable in her surroundings and wasn't perpetually upset or confused. I am so grateful she was content and well taken care of. Thank you Arden Courts for being so kind and professional!
