The staff from the top down know the residents including their peculiarities. They have a support group for families monthly which is very helpful.

My mom recently transitioned from living at home with my dad to Arden Courts. I could immediately tell how much she was enjoying all the activities and making new friends. The staff is incredibly patient and caring; the know exactly what to do during chaotic forgetful moments. I'm happy to see they specialize working with those effetely by dementia and Alzheimer's.

Everyday, I find my wife enjoying activities like ring toss, cornhole, pin bowling, and chair volleyball. I always come across laughter and happiness in the community center and art studio. I never had so much fun with a table full of 6 ladies playing bingo.

My husband has dementia and aphasia so finding words is hard for him. I have experienced love and patience from the care gives as he tries to communicate. On many occasions numerous care givers have told me they love him. The facility is colorfully decorated for many occasions. They also have parties to include family on Valentine’s Day, Fair Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Home has code-necessary entries to the building and main structure so I can enter whenever i want and stay as long as i want. I feel truly blessed to have my precious husband in such a loving environment.

We had an excellent experience with Arden and would recommend them to anyone. In fact we already have.

My mother has been a resident for a brief time, but has settles in very well due to the help of the great staff. She participates in the many activities. When I visit all staff are very friendly and caring.

Extremely nice and clean love the different areas for the residents and the activities they have,the staff is great Residents rooms are decorated beautifully and the facilities are immaculately kept. Entertainment and activities are great! A wonderful place for your love ones!

Everyone is kind, attentive and sincere! It's close to home so I can visit multiple times a week! I feel that they are thoughtful to my dad's needs! He's able to see outside from his window and would like to be outside as much as possible!

I really like the layout of the facility. And the same times every day that the residents can go to the community room and the coffee room for various activities. The memory boxes, different colors of the four living areas and a dining room in each area for all the meals where they sit in the same place. It’s a very good memory care unit. Staff so friendly, smiling and attentive to assist as needed.

Arden Court keeps me informed of everything, he is kept clean and fed. He is very contented. The staff is great and very friendly. The activities are great and they include families in different functions.

The receptionist always knew your name after the first visit. The staff on the wing was always around, and they took excellent care of my Mom. The staff called us if my Mom fell or was not feeling well. They made the staff leave their rooms and took them to the activities room, where there was always a person watching the residents. It was nice that there was a monthly calendar of events. If we needed to take my Mom out for a few hours, we were able to sign her out. We really liked that we had the codes to the doors and we could come and go at any time. This was very helpful, when we received called at 11:30 pm that she fell out of bed. During her final days, they arranged for Hospice to come in and provide services. They also allowed the family to spend the night with her, so a family member was with her when she finally passed. In her final days, the RN came every 2 hours during the day and night to check on her and give her any medication to make her comfortable. Mom was only there for 4 months, but we had an excellent experience with Arden Courts and would recommend them to other family going through a loved one that has memory problems.

Unfortunately, my aunt never moved in as she was placed on hospice in rehab and has since passed away but I toured many assisted livings in the Jackson and Adrian area and Charlotte Stevenson stood out. It has a very homey atmosphere and it impressed me that many of the staff had been there 20+ years. It was also impressive that some of the staff actually had family members living there. The process was very easy and I would have felt very comfortable having my aunt there.

I have called her multiple times as we are adjusting to mom living at Arden Courts each time she takes her time to hear my concerns and answer my questions. In talking with the other staff you hear their love for the residents I’m grateful
