My wife has been a resident of Arden Courts Fair Oaks for a little over a year. My family and think we hit the jackpot because we are so happy with our overall experience at Arden. This experience started when we arrived for our first visit before signing up for the care. Although it was a Saturday, we were given a thorough tour of the facility and were able to talk to the nurse on duty about my wife, as well as other family members visiting their loved ones and a few interactions with residents. Arden is very clean and bright and is laid out in resident friendly way. The outside area is very pretty and is well taken care of. We had visited around 15 other facilities and when we walked out of Arden, we knew we had found the place for my wife. Soon thereafter, she became a resident and we have been overwhelmed with the high level of care she has received. The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to greet my wife by name whenever they see her. It is not just a friendly staff, it is a very caring compassionate group who work ceaselessly to treat each resident as an individual and to tend to their particular needs. The care givers always amaze how much they go about their day with compassion and love. When my family and I visit my wife we feel we a part of a family, all doing our best for our loved ones. We have made friends with other family members and we tend to look out for each other and work with the staff in helping with the care. All my interactions with the administrative staff have been very positive. They are constantly solicitous if I have any problems or concerns of which there have been none since we have been there. I am often at Arden during meal times and the food is excellent. My wife has gained over 10 pounds since she has been there. There is a wide variety of healthful meals and snacks for the residents. My wife particularly likes the deserts! There is a constant variety of activities for the residents. The Activities coordinator does a tremendous job in finding musical performers of all sorts, along with many other things the residents enjoy. On nice days, the residents sit outside and do things such as going over information about that day in history or maybe trivia. residents enjoy drawing, painting and doing jigsaw puzzles. Some of the residents have been on outings away from Arden in visits to a pumpkin farm and bowling. In the Spring residents helped plant flowers and vegetables which have flourished all summer. Every time my wife and I go to her she room she looks out her window as says isn't this so pretty. She has always enjoyed bird watching as she has a bird feeder just outside her window. The feeders are usually filled by the residents as an activity! Arden definitely is an excellent value for the money. The value comes in knowing that the entire staff is concerned for the well being of my wife as well as all the residents.

The staff stayed late into the evening with us to help with a rushed placement for my grandmother. All the staff know my grandmother by name and the nurses regularly communicate with me about her care. The price is a set rate that does not increase as her level of care increases, which I like.

I was only using the services for respite care so it was only for two weeks. But I was happy with everything for that respite care service.

They are very communicative, everyone is knowledgeable. They are approachable. It is family friendly. I love that they have a support group for care takers.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the Auberge. My mother-in-law is very happy and comfortable living there. The staff is very friendly. The food looks very good. We see them cleaning the facility and delivering laundry to the residents frequently. We visit every week. We sleep well at night knowing our loved one is living at the Auberge in Sugar Land.

My wife is Arden Court which we are very happy with. Arden Court so far as nothing to improve on!!

The staff is attentive to the residents. They communicate well with families. They coached me in how to talk someone with dementia in a way that keeps them calm. Also the staff seem to like their jobs

The facility is always kept clean and the staff is very friendly as well as responsive to needs of the resident. Also, communicate with the family of any issues that may arise

The admitting process was easy for the family. The facility is very clean, the residents are well cared for. Lots of activities, a great place.

Staff is awesome and always available for questions or concerns. Community is lovely, clean, and safe. Staff checked in with us for a month while we convinced dad it was time for mom to be placed. Once she was there they continued checking in to make sure we were ok as well as assuring us mom was ok. Their care and commitment to not only their residents but the whole family is wonderful.

They worked quickly to intake my dad; the staff is very friendly, caring and responsive; the facility and environment is nice and clean.

We were skeptical at first about putting our cousin in a senior facility. However, we knew we had to do something when she kept having memory problems, falling, felt lonely and just having an aid at home didn’t really work. Arden Courts has solved that problem. They treat her like family and keep her engaged with the community. I haven’t seen her looking this healthy, both physically and mentally in a long time. I would highly recommend this facility for people with memory disabilities.

My wife has been at Auberge at Vintage Lake for 1 year. As her Alzheimer's has progressed the aides and staff have been very active and supportive of her increasing needs. The faculty is clean and set up to ensure resident comfort and safety. The food is varied and well made. They accommodate residents individual needs and desires for food and feel confident that my wife is being well cared for when I am not here.

My husband has been a resident of Arden Courts in Yardley PA for almost a year. This transition was very difficult and emotional, but [name removed] and her staff have been there for us every step of the way. She has vast experience in memory care and is just the most kind and loving person. I am very pleased overall with Arden Courts, but [name removed] and her staff are truly the heart and soul of the facility.

Arden Courts is a beautiful, clean facility with incredible staff. The nursing staff is amazing, [name removed] and [name removed] have excellent communication and provide unmatched care. [name removed], life enrichment coordinator goes above and beyond hosting tons of events and activities for the residents. I always feel welcomed and at home when entering the building

From the moment you walk in the facility, you are greeted by smiling faces. Arden courts is very clean and a great atmosphere to be in. Special loving care from all the staff, but especially [name removed]& [name removed], [name removed]& [name removed]. Thank you for all you ladies do for your residents.

I can’t say enough about the loving care that was provided for my mother-in-law at Arden Courts in Yardley, PA. Not only did they engage her in activities that stimulated her mind, they cared for her when her body began to fail, fed her when she could no longer feed herself, and cared for her with compassion to her last day. They took care of her, and they cared for her husband, as he struggled with her dementia. I will forever be grateful for every member of the Arden Courts family. I cannot recommend this community enough.

We looked at several facilities in our area and finally decided on Arden Courts in Yardley PA.. During our visit to Arden Courts we were given a pretty transparent look at the staff and the facility. The rooms were of a decent size and had a warm and accommodating look to them. The overall appearance of the facility was warm and inviting. As we continued on our tour we came to the activities area where we met the activities director [name removed]. As we observed her interacting with the residents, it was clear that here was a person of great dedication, patience, understanding and a clear love and respect for the residents. It was observing [name removed] and her assistant [name removed] that ultimately convinced us that Arden Courts would be the best and caring place for my wife. It was clear from my wife’s first days that we had made the right decision.Since initially writing this review, my wife has passed away . I remain steadfast in my feelings with regard to the outstanding care she received.

I visit the facility very often and find [name removed] to be amazing along with all the hard working staff. Great place, clean and zero odor. Patients are well taken care off. very happy with our families choice on location.

Beautiful community for the memory care. The whole staff is friendly and fantastic. I highly recommend this facilty.
