I visited my uncle here a couple of times from Wisconsin and both times my uncle was happy and seemed well taken care of. I wish I could see him more often but they take good care of him and I don't have to worry even though I am far away. Thank you Arden staff for what you do!

Although my mom recently passed away, she lives here for almost two years and she loved the friends she made and she the outside courtyard the most. The nurse and aids treated my mom kindly and took good care of her after I could no longer handle mom at my home. I am grateful my mom had happy times and made friends while she lived at Arden. I recommend highly!

My loved one was recovering from surgery when I moved her to Arden Court. Since the beginning of her stay, she has been taken very good care of. I appreciate the kind and caring of the care givers. Thank you.

The caregivers appear to be very compassionate and the nursing staff have responded to any concerns that we have had. Also, the activity director is extremely enthusiastic about the programs she provides and is extremely involved with the residents

What we like the most about Arden Courts is the friendliness of the administrative staff and the staff who work with the individuals. The freedom that each individual has - Not confined to their rooms. The all around care given to each person

We had a terrible experience at a previous memory care facility and felt like management didn't really care that we were unhappy, so we decided to search again. Thank God we found out about Arden Courts. [name removed] and her team were amazing and so understanding. The place is perfect for our mom, and the location is perfect for our family.

I was very impressed with Arden Courts Jefferson Hills. I met with [name removed], the Advisor of Arden Courts. She understood my situation & was very reassuring about taking care of my Mother. The facility is fabulous. You have to see it for yourself. They also have a beautiful outdoor space. I met all of the staff. I felt the warmth & caring from them. Without saying anymore, I knew it was the BEST place for my Mom. You need to meet the staff & tour the facility. You will fall in love with the staff, residents & the facility. Just go see it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't. I am very thankful for Arden Courts! You will be too!

The nurses were great, they really seem to care, they would always call me with any questions or concerns, the activities were great, they were constantly engaging him in things through out the day

5 for all, administrative staff I would say 4 because of one of the aides. I like that they can go anywhere inside or outside if they want to. They have a bunch activities that they do with the residents. Yes, we would recommend Arden Courts to other families based on the experience we have had.

This community is better at dealing with higher functioning dementia patients.

My loved one has thrilled at Arden courts. They really understand dementia and go to great care to have residents have the freedom to wander and not get lost or have to wear ankle bracelets that make alarms sound if they go through a door they should not., My loved one was in a place like that which relied on technology and she was so scared and unhappy all the time. Be ware of places that say they offer "memory care" and avoid those that rely on the bracelets and alarms. Arden courts has beautiful paths and gardens Arden courts also offers various levels of engagement therapy so that residents feel valued and are happy to be doing fun things. My loved one has been at Arden Courts since 2022 and as her disease has progressed so has the engagement so she is not left sitting alone in her room, scared and angry, but is with a community daily and really engaged and smiles a lot. They also have amazing great food like fresh spinach salad and chicken and pay close attention to allergies.

What we like the most about Arden Courts is their caring of the workers, especially the activity coordinators [name removed] & [name removed]...and also the PT & OT staff. The woman who washes and cuts hair is also so sweet with my sister. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I can't tell you how thankful I am for Arden courts. The staff has been amazing. The activities are second to none and there is always someone to interact with. The court yard is beautiful and I rest easy know it's a safe and secure community. You can feel how much everyone cares when you walk in the door. The administration, especially the Director has been, by far the most available, attentive and responsive Director I have encountered in the 3 facilities I have dealt with. However, he is leaving this week so I can't speak about the new Director. Overall, the people in authority have been helpful and friendly. The Med Techs and nurses have been great. My dad has been happiest at the Auberge. He is well cared for and safe. My stress level went down drastically when he moved to the Auberge at Vintage Lake. Overall, the residents are happy and have social interaction to the degree they desire to.

Staff was well educated and responsive to our questions and inquiries. [name removed] addressed our individual concerns and was very friendly. We had a bad experience at another facility before so this was a pleasant turn of events.

I give you a five in every category, having had experience with other facilities in the area. Yours is by far the best. if memory care is the service you are seeking you can do no better than the staff at Arden Court. The layout of the facility the care you receive from the staff is above and beyond any facility we've had to deal with with our mother over the past five years.

We placed my step-father “[name removed]” in this facility as respite care, while waiting for our opportunity at another facility. [name removed] is in advanced Alzheimer’s and could no longer be cared for at home. In less than a month, he went from being able to still do basic ambulatory tasks, to being in a wheelchair and needing 24 hr care. His time ran out in rehab, so we placed him at Arden Courts Anderson, in interim. From day one, the staff at this facility has been top-notch. They are attentive to [name removed] needs, addressing his individual personality, medical needs, dietary likes/dislikes, and treat him as if he were family. Every staff member at this facility takes a personal responsibility for [name removed] care. When I say every staff member, I mean from the Director, Marketing Director, Assistant Directors, Nurses, Rehabilitation Therapist, Aides, and even the Maintenance Staff! [name removed] is currently walking with a walker, due to the care at this facility. This is now his home. Thank you Arden Courts!
