I visit often and I see staff interacting with residents. Very positive demeanor has been observed all the times I have been there. They are very open and welcoming. Meals are really pretty decent.

The staff at Arden Courts are kind and thoughtful.

My mom moved into Arden Courts 5 months ago. It was a difficult and heart wrenching decision to leave her in the care of strangers. Best decision ever! I can not express how lovely the staff is- from the top down! My mom literally looks 10 years younger than when she entered!! She is so happy there and it is due to the quality of the care she receives, feeling a sense of belonging to a like minded group, the daily activities and the overall care and dedication from this incredible staff! Two weeks ago we held a 90th birthday celebration for my mom in the center. [name removed], the Exec Director and [name removed] helped make the party possible with such positivity! The entire staff was awesome! During each of my visits, I am always in awe of the kindness and patience the staff shows each resident! I walked in one day and an aid was dancing with a resident - amazing! [names removed] stand out from my visit as special care givers and I smile as I walk out knowing my mom is in good hands!

[name removed] has been there 6 moths. Staff goes out of way to help [name removed]. I am particularly impression with the executive director. [name removed] and her executive staff. They are continually engaged and helpful with residents. At all times. They go out of their way to help resident know their condition and provide direct care giving whenever necessary.

I went to 3 different assisted living facilities to find care for my mother. I found this one to be hands down the best. The caregivers The layout of the facility The cleanliness The amenities The ease of getting around This staff provides a friendly caregiving environment. I would recommend it.

The quality of care was excellent. Every staff member I interacted with, including the administrative staff, was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff who cared for our loved one was especially kind. I never witnessed any resident being mistreated, disrespected, or treated anyway other than with dignity and respect. There were regularly scheduled daily activities for the residents, as well as special occasion family events. Entertainers also came in and gave live performances. I especially loved the physical layout of the facility. There was plenty of room for residents to safely wander, including a very large secured courtyard. As long as the weather permitted, It remained open for residents to come in and out as they pleased. I highly recommend Arden Court of Allentown!

The staff are very friendly and the care provided to my Father is extremely good, which is comforting to us especially since we are an hour away. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Arden Courts to other families.

Arden Courts is a one of a kind I can’t say enough about how patient and professional and knowledgeable the staff is! I would highly recommend this place for a loved one they are all about care and compassion for the residents there are so many activities and entertainment it’s always clean and safe, and the staff is so friendly. My father recently passed and the staff was so supportive and accommodating they had a snack cart set up for us and frequently checked on us they loved our dad and when he died they covered him in a special prayer blanket and walked him out with us then rang a bell to say God Bless and show him the dignity he deserved. I was so overwhelmed by their kindness.

What we like the most about this community is that my mom felt right at home living at The Auberge. From the bright and open facility to the great meals that were served. Also the staff was very warm and cheerful!

The care givers are all kind and thoughtful. The management is present and proactive. Very clean. Food is good, very tasty and good quality. My mom is happy and has found a little group of people who have become her friends. My mom is very happy with the roommate the staff chose for her. She enjoys the activities and appreciates that she is able to decline participation when she wants.

I am very happy with my husbands care! He is always clean, fed and engaged (as best as he can be). His laundry is always done and his bedding is always clean. The food is delicious and there are always several options. The caretakers are all so caring and compassionate, as well as the med techs. The management is AWESOME! I am very pleased with everything there! I would truly recommend this facility to anyone who needs memory care.

Our loved one is staying at this facility. He has been there for almost 2 months. It is very clean and well taken care of. The caregivers are all wonderful. Or biggest challenge has been them getting to know him and what he requires on a daily basis. He is a level 1 and I pray he stays that way a long time. I know he is taken care of and I practice “don’t sweat the small stuff” every day.

When my dear wife had her worst episode, and I had to have her admitted to the local hospital, I knew that after being her sole caregiver for seven years, I was no longer effective. She needed specialized, 24/7 dementia care. "A Place For Mom" suggested Arden Courts in Annandale, 10 minutes from my house, and other places. But only Arden Courts advisor Ana Copeland promised, without being paid a dollar or even the guarantee of a contract, to persuade the hospital to hold my wife for a couple of days so Arden Courts could prepare a room for her. And we worked everything out to transfer my wife there. For 50 days, Arden Courts has demonstrated again and again that they care about my wife's care with sound nursing care, regular nutritious meals, and the right medication to reduce her anxiety. They've communicated with me and the family, maintained a joyful and professional demeanor, and exceeded my expectations. It's the right place for my wife and for your loved ones.

Since the first day my mother in-law moved in Arden Courts the staff and been very helpful, understanding and caring. They've kept my wife and I up to date on how things have been going, when we're not able to visit. I highly recommend Arden Courts and consider it a very caring and supportive memory care facility and staff.

My mom was only there for three weeks before she passed but I'd give them 5 stars across the board. They were awesome! They were compassionate and knowledgeable focused care for ONLY those that need memory care Clean and welcoming environment that is safe for the residents. Reasonably priced

This is a beautiful, recently renovated facility at a very affordable price. The rooms are specious. The common areas are beautiful, recently renovated with stylish furniture. The staff have been very nice and responsive to my questions, needs, and concerns.

After having my father have issues at a couple other memory care places, not keeping him clean and having behavioral issues that were not handled well, we are so pleased with Arden Courts in North Hills. His hygiene is well taken care of and he is clean, shaven and is dressed every time we have popped in to visit. Additionally, they ensure he is up and has access to food if he is hungry. The staff is very caring and friendly.

I brought my mother to Arden Courts in an emergency. She was no longer safe at the assisted living and was invited to leave. Ardent Courts received her quickly and has provided a safe loving environment for her to thrive in her remaining years. Every concern I have raised has been well received. I am very thankful for Arden Courts.
