The staff and administration have been very kind to me, and the residents and families are Fantastic! The design of arden Courts makes you feel like you are at home.The community of residents treat me like a granddaughter,family members who treat me with love and staff who treat me with respect is wonderful. I keep coming back to help out!

It has been several months since my mother moved into Arden courts and it has been a great decision and experience. Everyone including management, staff, kitchen, activities , nursing, and support staff shows care, comfort, and competency to all of their residents and families. Our family highly recommends you visit Arden Courts to appreciate their unique layout and philosophy for providing safety and encouraging independence and dignity.

Needed to move my dad from Denver to San Antonio, having a room already furnished made the transition so much better. When we arrived, the staff was for waiting for us and immediately took steps to start integrating him to his new living space. The staff is very friendly and caring. Highly recommend Arden Courts

My dad has lived at Arden Courts now for 3 months and my family and I couldn’t be happier with the wonderful care he is receiving. Everyone who works there genuinely cares for the residents and it shows! They have lots of activities every day and really work at keeping their residents active and engaged, and have beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. Plus, the food always smells so good, and my dad says it tastes great too. ?? We are thankful for Arden Courts and all the wonderful staff who make it a warm, caring, and inviting home for Dad.

There were a lot of activities, but as a man, my dad sometimes felt like they were really only for the women. Staff would encourage him to participate--about half the time he would leave early. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families (and I did, and her husband has been there a couple of months!)

Wonderful staff, very caring environment Facility is very friendly and welcoming. Excellent nursing care! A Place for Mom was very helpful in getting us started with the process and giving us recommendations of places for us to visit.

The Auberge staff is very warm and caring. They ensure the safety and comfort of each resident and their family. It's been a great two months... can't wait to see what the summer months will bring. [name removed](the administrator) is great and has a great team.

It is hard to pick out anyone thing that we like most about the community. I just feel that my loved one is safe there and she is being well taken care of. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Arden Courts to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Arden Court is the finest memory care facility in the city. We tried 2 other facilities and were very disappointed with the care. Arden Court is completely different. They have a full range of activities all day that keep the residents happy and engaged. The caregivers are fabulous! The staff remains the same so they have the same caregivers every day which helps the residents feel more comfortable.

I've been worrying with I client for a few days and noticed. All the staff is very nice and they attend to all the patient needs. They also work as a team here and feed everyone very good! It's a very good environment here and they make everyone feel welcomed here.

I've worked in many facilities so I feel I can make fair comparisons between those who love what they do, are well trained and knowledgeable vs. burned out staff members whose hearts just aren't in it anymore. Arden Courts staff is amazing. The nurse has reached out to me unprompted to let me know my friend is doing well. Everyone has taken the time to get to know my friend and me, as well. It's easy to see they enjoy what they're doing and I feel at ease because of them!

Wonderful caring staff. Warm smiles and compassionate care for their residents. The sales staff, Nurses, front desk, and the Administrator were so welcoming. I saw engagement with the residents. It has a very clam homelike feeling.

I would recommend. We were attracted to them because It was near my father's church and not far from his neighborhood.

While my mother-in-law unfortunately passed away after a short stay in Arden Courts, I have only good things to say about the treatment we received - the staff were all very caring and compassionate, and overall it seemed to be very well organized compared with other similar facilities we experienced.

Everyone at Arden Courts is very approachable. I like that! And they are taking good care of my loved one.

No one really understands the disease of Alzheimer's and dementia until you work in the facility of your residence and you see them from day to day and you wrote or love them like that if your own Grandma Papa it's just warms my heart to see him smile you know because the world's all upside down that's why I love my job.

My dad spent the last 15 months of his life at Arden Courts and it was the right place for him to be. He enjoyed the space, people, and care. The staff was so caring in his final weeks and the nursing team worked well coordinating hospice, etc. As a family member, I always felt welcomed there. The Executive Director, [name removed], is a great communicator and advocate. I always felt heard by the entire team.

We searched many places for my relative. This place is only memory care so it's not an afterthought. The space is large and inviting with lots of natural light. If you have a person in your family you are worried about wandering behaviors this place is perfect for them. Lots of open space to explore and they are locked away on a small unit.

I can't praise and thank them enough for all they did for us. Their pricing was clear and nothing else was added every time we turned around. The director met with me on short notice. Calmed my fears even let me cry. I had been given 48 hours by the rehab place to find a place for my Daddy. He couldn't go home until we had a bathroom accessible for him that wasn't up a flight of 16 stairs. I left Charlotte Stephenson that afternoon totally at peace that I was doing the best I could do for my Daddy. Highly recommend Charlotte Stephenson above any other place in the area.

Arden Courts Glen Ellyn came recommended to us by others. Very committed and professional staff. They worked hard to connect the residents with people they could relate to.
