Information provided for us was very helpful in our search for a facility for our parent. We were impressed on our visit to Arden Courts. All of the staff in every dept are always helpful and supportive. The facility welcomes family to join them in visit and activities.

Staff is great. Especially Rn [name removed]. Director [name removed]. Last [name removed] who took much time with our family to .Place my Dad in this memory care facility. Also courtyard is beautiful. Having dogs in facility is a big Plus. Our family was very pleased with the assistance to get our Father out of the system of hospitals, nursing home to this Memory care facility that fit his needs and our family having a PEACE of Mind that he was now in the correct place

Arden Courts has been a comforting choice for our family, providing compassionate, memory-focused care in a safe, welcoming environment. The staff genuinely cares for each resident, creating a sense of belonging and peace of mind for loved ones.

My grandfather passed away while in their facility. The caregivers were so kind. They brought in a care cart with food and drinks. They gave us privacy. They allowed us to bring my grandma and she got into the bed with him. It was so kind and I'm forever grateful that they got that moment together.

The entire culture of Arden court of Geneva is warm and welcoming from [name removed] and [name removed] at the desk ,[name removed] the director, [name removed] , patient admission, [name removed] nursing director, [name removed] finance, each staff member knows the names of their residents and are all kind,caring and supportive to both residents and families. [name removed] caregivers that are special to him are [names removed] but all are good. They've been thoughtful in designing a building that is stimulating to pt's senses and they devided it into 4 neighborhoods all color coded for ease in finding their way. They provide activities and music program's regularly. The he outdoor space is our favorite. It is beautifully landscaped and residents are free to go outside any door if weather permits.. plus dogs are welcome. It has been the ideal place for my husband who has declining memory and I'm grateful for their philosophy of they adjust to their residents needs not the other way around. the activity and the enrichment people who do such a good job. I highly recommend Arden Courts of Geneva

The facility and staff are spectacular. They are extremely professional and care for each resident as if it were their family member. They are highly trained to handle dementia patients. Each resident gets a personalized care plan that is tailored to their needs. The care plan is reviewed with the entire staff with family present every 6 months. They have a nurse on site 24/7 and a medical doctor on site two times a week. They have engaging programs and activities for the residents 7 days a week that includes live entertainment as well as church service on Sundays. We cannot say enough good things about this facility and their staff.

I visit a resident who shares my love of Art. I am impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful courtyards. It gives me piece of mind that my friend is safe and secure in such a wonderful place.

Do not look anywhere else! I am so happy with Arden Kensington. I was in town for the St Patrick’s day party and loved seeing so many happy families, and young volunteers. Everyone is so warm and friendly. I love always seeing the same staff when I am in town.

They never have the same aides. They use a temp service - how horrible when there's no familiarity for all of those in a memory care unit.

We looked all over and had experiences at many places over the years. Arden Courts is head and shoulders above the rest. All of the staff are caring and wonderful. The Activities staff is a game changer, keeping the residents engaged all day. The cleanliness and care staff are also outstanding. A true family. The only place I feel 100% confident and comfortable leaving my Mom.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. My family loves to sit outside and enjoy the courtyards. So glad we found Arden courts Kensington. Keep up the great work! It is appreciated more than you realize.

From the moment of admissions, Arden Court provided clarity and guidance as our family made the difficult decision to place my mother in memory care. The med-tech team, nursing staff, activities coordinators, maintenance and support staff, absolutely everyone, was professional & skilled and kind & compassionate. Daily, it was simple acts of kindness that seemed to touch our family the most ~ painting my mother’s fingernails, styling her hair or gently caressing her hand to offer comfort. It was witnessing maintenance workers escorting residents safely back to their living areas sharing words of reassurance along the way. Watching med tech’s chit-chat with residents in common areas as though they were neighborhood friends. And ultimately, it is knowing that all of this simple human kindness happened alongside the often-difficult tasks associated with the support of memory care patients. The memory of our mother will forever be linked with the kind spirit of Arden Court’s care.

My wife has adjusted and now seems happy enjoying the activities and loves the food being served. My life now has less stress, knowing she cared for and seems happy being with others. This place also has a nice outdoor area with seating in different locations around the rear of the building, with several access doors. This location is also near I95 which convenient for friends and family to be able to visit.

Lely Palms is an older not as fancy place as some but my mom loves it. They staff are always helpful and willing to help in any way. The food is good. They have constant activities and if you want to stay busy you will! The rooms are nice and they have a decent size patio. My mom is very picky I’m so glad she is happy.

I love Arden Cts. My experience has been great, and I really appreciate the friendly staff, the clean facility, and the quality of care. The only downside for me is the pricing. It feels a bit high for what’s included. The cost covers room, board, food, and personal care, but extras like auxiliary services and personal care products aren’t included, which adds up.

All staff take good care of the residents. A boy scout working for his eagle badge designed and buil raised vegetable and flower beds for residents. The plants were donated. Residents were there to see the end product. How wonderful.

WOW! A place that finally does memory care right. I toured 10 other places for my mom. I started with Arden Courts and ended with Arden Courts. There really is no other place out there that compares to the quality of care they provide. The first time I met with [name removed]and [name removed]I knew I was in the right place. They both really care for their residents, and it shows. All the employees there are so welcoming and helpful. You can really tell the difference. If you're looking for memory care for a loved one, save yourself time and look no further.

I usually volunteer at Arden Courts to do my service hours and every time I go I am well taken care of. I have a great time playing games with residents and connecting with them. Volunteering at Arden Courts of Kensington has been a deeply rewarding and enriching experience. The staff creates a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for every resident, and it’s clear that their care goes far beyond basic needs they treat each individual with compassion and dignity. The facility is thoughtfully designed for individuals with memory care needs, and it's evident how much attention has been paid to creating a safe, engaging, and comforting space. Whether I was helping with daily activities, engaging residents in conversation, or assisting during group programs, I always felt that my time was making a meaningful difference.
