I am very happy with my husbands care! He is always clean, fed and engaged (as best as he can be). His laundry is always done and his bedding is always clean. The food is delicious and there are always several options. The caretakers are all so caring and compassionate, as well as the med techs. The management is AWESOME! I am very pleased with everything there! I would truly recommend this facility to anyone who needs memory care.

Our loved one is staying at this facility. He has been there for almost 2 months. It is very clean and well taken care of. The caregivers are all wonderful. Or biggest challenge has been them getting to know him and what he requires on a daily basis. He is a level 1 and I pray he stays that way a long time. I know he is taken care of and I practice “don’t sweat the small stuff” every day.

When my dear wife had her worst episode, and I had to have her admitted to the local hospital, I knew that after being her sole caregiver for seven years, I was no longer effective. She needed specialized, 24/7 dementia care. "A Place For Mom" suggested Arden Courts in Annandale, 10 minutes from my house, and other places. But only Arden Courts advisor Ana Copeland promised, without being paid a dollar or even the guarantee of a contract, to persuade the hospital to hold my wife for a couple of days so Arden Courts could prepare a room for her. And we worked everything out to transfer my wife there. For 50 days, Arden Courts has demonstrated again and again that they care about my wife's care with sound nursing care, regular nutritious meals, and the right medication to reduce her anxiety. They've communicated with me and the family, maintained a joyful and professional demeanor, and exceeded my expectations. It's the right place for my wife and for your loved ones.

Since the first day my mother in-law moved in Arden Courts the staff and been very helpful, understanding and caring. They've kept my wife and I up to date on how things have been going, when we're not able to visit. I highly recommend Arden Courts and consider it a very caring and supportive memory care facility and staff.

My mom was only there for three weeks before she passed but I'd give them 5 stars across the board. They were awesome! They were compassionate and knowledgeable focused care for ONLY those that need memory care Clean and welcoming environment that is safe for the residents. Reasonably priced

This is a beautiful, recently renovated facility at a very affordable price. The rooms are specious. The common areas are beautiful, recently renovated with stylish furniture. The staff have been very nice and responsive to my questions, needs, and concerns.

After having my father have issues at a couple other memory care places, not keeping him clean and having behavioral issues that were not handled well, we are so pleased with Arden Courts in North Hills. His hygiene is well taken care of and he is clean, shaven and is dressed every time we have popped in to visit. Additionally, they ensure he is up and has access to food if he is hungry. The staff is very caring and friendly.

I brought my mother to Arden Courts in an emergency. She was no longer safe at the assisted living and was invited to leave. Ardent Courts received her quickly and has provided a safe loving environment for her to thrive in her remaining years. Every concern I have raised has been well received. I am very thankful for Arden Courts.

Staff is super helpful and very attentive to the residents. The mood is always upbeat and we love the fact that we can be confident that mom is well cared for in out our absence. The facility is bright and always clean. Mom's room is clean and made up first thing in the morning and the grounds are beautiful.

The Auberge at Naperville is a very accommodating facility. You can immediately see that the staff truly cares for the residents. It's 11 years old but they just did an extensive face lift so it feels new. I couldn't be happier with my selection.

All the staff I've dealt with were caring and considerate to the residents. Just that they were very helpful in finding my sister, a temporary place and then relocating her to the permanent facility in Wilmington, Delaware as far as I'm concerned, they went above and beyond to assist

This facility showed a high level of care from admission to daily life. The staff is pretty consistent so both my mom and I were able to form connections with them which helps with the transition to the facility. The facility was great at communicating with me about medical issues. I could call or text them at anytime. The rooms are small but I feel like anything larger would have posed an issue for my mom. Sadly my mom passed away in January at Arden Courts. The facilities kindness and support through hospice care gave me comfort that she was well cared for in her final days. I would recommend them to my friends if asked.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the caregiver, nurses and administration. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and you can see how much love and attention goes into the care.

There is nothing the administrators won't do to make your family member comfortable. They have done their best to cater to my mom's dietary needs, and the staff are helpful and loving.

I would give 5"s across the board. Both my cousin and I were very happy with the care my mom got. The only thing that would have made her stay better was a TV. We brought her one, but the home would not give us a Wifi code for her to watch. Yes I would recommend this community to other families!

I am pretty happy! Staff are totally sympathetic and understanding to the disease of Alzheimer's and dementia. Not convinced many places are.

Very professional and sensitive to the situation. Always attentive. Nursing care is first class. I would recommend it to anyone. They truly care for their patients. Clean all over. Small ratio of nurses to patients. Safe area outside for parking. Food was not great

The staff from the top down know the residents including their peculiarities. They have a support group for families monthly which is very helpful.

My mom recently transitioned from living at home with my dad to Arden Courts. I could immediately tell how much she was enjoying all the activities and making new friends. The staff is incredibly patient and caring; the know exactly what to do during chaotic forgetful moments. I'm happy to see they specialize working with those effetely by dementia and Alzheimer's.
