It’s a most difficult decision to move a family member out of their home, but at Arden Court, I never doubted that my father is in a safe environment as his condition progresses. Any staff I have interacted with has been lovely, personable and helpful, especially the Director, [name removed].

I had the pleasure of touring Arden Courts Pikesville last week in search of a memory care facility for a family member. Things were becoming too challenging at home and the time is quickly approaching. My impression of the operation is as follows: The building looked well kept. The staff seemed cheerful and attentive. There were no “unpleasant” odors anywhere in the building- as was experience at other facilities in the area. The residents looked happy, clean, well groomed and engaged. My tour guide- [name removed]. was knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. When the time comes, Arden Courts Pikesville will surely be on my list for consideration.

What we like the most about Arden Courts is the staff. The staff seem to work well together and seem to care about their residents. I am very comfortable leaving my mother at Arden Courts on Hamilton Ave

I met with the ProMedica memory care families to present my book, Diagnosis Dementia. The Senior Memory Care Advisor, [name removed], was gracious in inviting me to meet the families and to tour the inclusive community they foster at the ProMedica Pikesville location. The respect and camaraderie among the staff, the residents, and the families were clearly evident in the casual and comfortable interactions during the event adjacent to a beautiful courtyard. Empathetic attention at all levels is critical in eldercare communities. The emphasis on courtesy, comprehensive care, and companionship is present throughout the ProMedica Pikesville memory care community.

Every person we bumped into was friendly and smiling. It was clean too and didn’t smell like a nursing home which was impressive. The biggest thing for me was, the residents seemed truly happy in their environment. As we were walking a woman came in from outside and many other residents were walking around independently. However, we saw many staff walking around checking on them. This truly seems like a great place to bring a loved one.

Arden Courts is amazing. My mom has been there now a year and a half and the staff had become like friends. They take such good care of my mom and we are so glad we chose them. Arden Courts was not only the right choice based on our visits, but they were also opened to lock in the monthly rates. My mother is safe and secure and secure and loves the outdoor space. Again, we couldn’t have picked a better place.

I visit someone at Arden courts and find the staff so nice and welcoming. I feel we are so lucky to have Arden courts. They are truly a leader in dementia care. My friend lives to walk and we love the outdoor courtyards.

I visit a family member as often as I can. We always sit outside in the gazebo. I am very pleased with the level of care he receives. You feel like part of a larger family. The staff is always kind and attentive. He is happy and well cared for.

The entire staff at Arden courts has been very professional and caring for my mother. We had a very bad experience at a prior home and the difference is night and day. The level knowledge and experience is very evident in the staff. The communication with the staff is very good which gives me comfort in knowing that mom is being well care for. My mom was only there for a 2 week respite stay. Some of the questions, such as 5 and 6Given the advanced state of my mom's dementia, she was unable to give me a report on her stay. It was a beautiful facility and she seemed to enjoy her stay. The price was quite high.

This place smells good and CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!(Even the Kitchen.....) The staff is exceptionally sweet...Great place to send your loved one for short term care. This place has a positive energy flowing through it... They attended all my needs and any concerns...They left A POSITIVE IMPACT ON ME....

After our mom passed in January, my brother and I needed to put Dad somewhere where he could get the care that he needed. He was diagnosed with Lowy Body Dementia and it escalated after mom's passing. We looked at several places and felt that Arden Courts was the best place for him. I cannot say enough good things about ED and his Entire staff. They went above and beyond anything I was expecting. The direct introduced us to several nurses and staff . one of the nurses that handles all the medications if you have any. I also met the activities director and even the the Chef! Who makes everything from scratch. All of the staff have longevity and are very qualified to care for your loved one. The Home “feels” like home. It is easy to maneuver around, clean, safe and there is a great courtyard for them to walk in. Very secure all around the outside. They have a great activities calendar.

First of all, I needed to place my dad in a Memory Care home after his advance diagnosis, which is never easy for anyone. After interviewing multiple places and locations, I decided on Arden Courts. I cannot say enough good things about [name removed](the Director) and his Entire staff. They went above and beyond anything I was expecting. I was already very emotional and only wanted to do the very best for my dad. [name removed]introduced me to several nurses (Odessa) who has been there for over 20 years and knows all of her patients and families inside and out. I also met the activities director and even the Chef! Who makes everything from scratch. Let me repeat, all of these members have worked there for many, many years because they actually care about the people that they help take care of every day and the families. The Home “feels” like home. It is easy to maneuver around, clean, safe and there is a great walking path.

Arden Courts has been great for my mother with severe memory loss. Their staff are caring and supportive and their whole facility/family is set up to accommodate residents who need help getting around and those who are relatively mobile and need to move both indoors and outside safely. Memory Care transitions are not easy, but we’ve been happy with how the staff support each other and inclusively care for their residents.

My experience at Arden Courts was beautiful That place is clean and smells great… to be honest a lot of nursing homes odors are unfortunately not inviting… this place smells good and extremely clean… all facets of this place is exceptionally clean from the bathroom hallways front area and kitchen…. I was really impressed at the level of cleanliness this place has…

I recently toured Arden Courts of Austin and was very impressed. The facility is incredibly clean, with a well-organized and welcoming environment. The staff were all friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. They were also very knowledgeable, answering all my questions with confidence and demonstrating a clear commitment to the care of their residents. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the staff’s warmth and expertise really stood out.

I was at Arden Courts with my good friend. His mother is a resident there. I found the community to be very inviting. The building is older, but it is kept up nicely. The staff seemed very friendly. I would have no problem placing my mother there in time of need. Something about the place just seems right.

My mother has been a resident of Arden Courts of Parma for nearly two years. She has had great care during this time. The nursing staff is attentive to her needs, and the Care Partners assigned to her care are attentive and responsive. She is very happy at Arden Courts of Parma.

I have visited the community a number of times over the last few years. The smell is always amazing with the smell of freshly back cookies or popcorn. The staff is very welcoming and appreciate. I would definitely recommend.
