I would say 5 for all. It was a great experience and value! Very friendly, the community and staff, apartments more than adequate-events they schedule suit a variety of interests. The food was good. As well as the selection.

When needing a community for our aunt, the people at Arden were fantastic with getting assessments done and making us feel comfortable that we were making a good decision. She was well cared for and loved during her short time there. I would highly recommend Arden Courts for anyone looking for a community for their family member.

Outstanding service all around.. Very professional.. Where should I start? From the very first day, I was impressed. A welcome basket was presented to make everyone feel welcome. The caregivers, medical technicians and the nurses are top notch ...and I have no complaints. The ambiance of the facility is warm and professional...and also fun. Finding the Auberge at Bee Caves has been a real Blessing for our family.. and I truly appreciate how kind they are to my husband.

My aunt is well cared for and is happy whenever I visit. They keep their residents occupied during the day and you can tell they really love their jobs. I like to sit outside with her because they have a lot of outdoor space.

The staff at Arden Courts Winter Springs are very knowledgeable and friendly. My loved one's room is cleaned regularly. I would recommend the facility. The meals are a good quality. The move in process was as easy as it could be, it's never easy moving a senior. They always communicate with me through emails, phone calls or when I'm there.

Arden Courts is an amazing community with Staff that genuinely care about the residents. I like that the community is small enough that staff know each rosident's unique needs. My loved one enjoys all the daily activities and is very engaged. I feel very at ease knowing my loved one is in good hands every day at Arden Courts

Overall a very favordale view. Experience has been good. A few exceptions gener cal care, especially or Seems the caregivers could communicate betterww.in each other. Nursing and activity staff are great.

5/5 highly recommend and this was not her first placement. Overall experience was wonderful. Kind and caring place. Low staff turnover so you got to know the staff. Building is very clean and feels more like a home than care facility. Chef was very good would even bring in did that my mom would eat (watermelon and flavored milks). Scott had great family fun events there. Activities were very good but because is it a dementia facility not sure how much people could participate outside building. The cost was lower than many places we looked at. Very nice outdoor areas you can sit with you family member. Couldn't have asked for better care for my mom

Honestly, My experience with Auberge was so refreshing. The facilities were really inviting and invigorating. My mom had felt really cooped up in her previous memory care facility and complained constantly about not being able to go outside. The layout of Auberge allowed her to go in and out as much as she wanted which made a big difference for her. It was a great experience overall. The nursing staff was also very attentive and kind.

Tour was great and I was so impressed with the community. The staff seems very caring and involved with the residents. I could see my husband enjoying it here. I am planning on moving him in next month.

When the facility my sister-in-law was at told us they could no longer care for her, we were frantic! But with the help of A Place for Mom, we found Arden Courts in Allentown. Within a day, we met with staff, toured the facility, and made arrangements for her to move in. What I love about Arden Courts is it is a memory care facility ONLY. Staff is trained to care for residents with ALL types of dementia. They meet the residents where they are at in their individual dementia journey. It is a very open design which allows my SIL to roam freely and safely, all day long if she wants. And the staff to resident ratio is really good, too. We visit at varying times and days. Not once have I seem a staff member who does not appear to truly enjoy caring for their resident's. I highly recommend Arden Courts in Allentown.

The staff was kind and caring. They made my mother's last days happy. It is difficult being a caregiver. They helped relieve my stress.

We rate all of them a 5. The caregivers do their best and my mom was well cared for. She always said the people were nice and she enjoyed the food. They bought her "weighted silverware and cups" for her because she had Parkinson's disease. It was expensive but I feel that it was better than some other facilities because it was a flat fee. We would recommend Arden Court.

My mom was at Arden Courts for 3 years. Her caregivers were kind, attentive and very understanding of her needs. The community does a very good job of meeting the needs of people who cannot always express themselves. I recommend them to anyone looking for a memory care community.

All of the categories receive a 5. The Arden Courts facility is very well run and they really care about my mother, where are the [community name removed] all they cared about is finding ways to up the monthly bill.

Tour was the best I have had. Very impressed with the community and how nice the staff was as we toured. Very clean and I like that it is all private rooms there. I was pleased to see the amount of outdoor space there is as well.

As Medical Power's of Attorney for a good friend, when he had to move out of his home, we visited many places before picking this one "hands down". All other Memory Care facilities we visited were small, behind locked doors in a regular Assisted Living facility, and depressing. The Auberge at Onion Creek is a large, open, indoor and outdoor space that allows great freedom of movement and variety in experiences for the Residents because the whole facility is locked. The Staff is helpful, very friendly, and the Residents are clean and appear well cared for. The same Chef has been with the facility for sometime, and our friend obviously likes the food because he has gained some weight since moving there. There are on site Physical Therapy services by PTs that go above and beyond, and a Nurse Practitioner for a local Gerontological medical group visits twice a week to evaluate Residents. We receive a call whenever there is any concern about our friend's health or new daily needs. Though not familiar with all the activities, I do know the musical programs are excellent. The last one I attended was a local Country and Western singer who was terrific. Some of the residents were up and dancing. The base rate did go up this year, and a number of the Residents who were there since our friend arrived a year ago have left. We dearly hope that trend does not continue, because this really is a place that should be the model for all other Memory Care facilities.
