We noticed the atmosphere is uplighting and bright. Not drab colors. The courtyard is wonderful, different atmosphere perfect for individual conversations. Place is very nice and good value for the money.

Very well organized and sandwiches provided are delicious. Staff is awesome, kind, caring and the courtyard is beautiful. Wonderful community with loving people surrounding us. Greeting was very open and will recommend to others.

I don't remember names, but the woman who ran the place was great to work with. She knew this was hard for my Dad & I, but she made us comfortable & answered our questions & was patient. When she assessed my Mom, she understood the flaws of the place she was at and worked with us. One of the activity ladies really tried to get her involved.

The residents are treated with dignity. Yes, we would recommend Arden Courts community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We moved my father to Arden Courts of Fair Oaks, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. My father is very demanding and has been struggling with behavioral dementia, which made finding the right place extremely difficult. The team at Fair Oaks worked closely with my family, showing true person-centered care by taking the time to understand who he is and what works best for him. A week after his move-in, I visited expecting a hard day—but instead, I found him smiling, social, and proud to show me around. It felt like I got a part of my father back. He was calm, happy, and engaged in ways I hadn’t seen in a long time. The staff has been patient, responsive, and deeply caring. They continue to partner with us to find the right balance of support. I couldn’t ask for more. Arden Courts Fair Oaks has given us peace of mind and my father a new sense of dignity and joy.

The staff wonderful from the front desk to maintenance. The staff nurse is amazing. So caring and attentive.

Our neighbor told us about this great facility they toured for their mom. My brother and I went and can see why it was recommended. It has almost everything we are looking for except the rooms are smaller than we expected. Other than that the grounds are mature with lots of trees (dad loves trees and being outside) and there is a nice fenced in courtyard to enjoy. We liked the actives going on when we were there. The tour guide was good about pointing out what was important to us for dad. It has everything dad needs right now and we feel confident in our decision to move dad here when the time is right.

There's been a lot of turn over of managers at Ardens over the last two years but it looks like things are now moving in the right direction. I live up north and can't visit as often but I spoke to the new director Lynn about an issue with my husband's care and she resolved it that day to my satisfaction. The previous director did nothing with my concerns, so this has given me hope. The staff does a good job and I am generally happy with my husband's care. I do feel better since the new leadership and I do recommend Arden when asked. It is a good place for my husband now because I could not take care of him by myself anymore so I am grateful.

My sister and I have searched facilities for our mom for a couple months and finally found the best so far here at Arden Court! From the minute the tour was over we knew this was the place for mom and we could not be happier. My mom is happy and safe. We don't worry about mom being lonely anymore and she loves her BINGO. Mom is happy so we are happy!

Our mom lives this place! She moved about a month ago and already has friends and her own private room. The staff is friendly and treats her well we would recommend this facility if you are looking for memory care.

My dad is safe here, he likes his room and has friends. My dad doesn't know where he is anymore but he's happy and safe and that's the most important thing. The staff is nice and helpful too. Good find!

Facility size is important for me for my mom. Even though she can't really walk too far, I want her to feel that things are not so far away. Its got open space and goes in a circle so you cant really get lost. This place is good for my mom and its homey.

My husband and I drive by this place often and visited one day. My mother -in-law has memory issues and may need this in the future. Its nicer on the inside than you think driving up. The staff were nice and people looked happy. The patio space is beautiful my mother in law would love it! We'll be back when the time is right.

Visited my sister and she has improved by leap and bounds. I came from VA to visit and am impressed by the attentive care my sister us receiving. Thank you for all your efforts on her behalf. Forever grateful.

My Dad lived here for a little over a year. They did an amazing job getting the residents to engage in activities! My dad was well taken care of, and he adored the staff! The community feels like home. The outdoor courtyard is amazing to allow residents to still have the freedom to walk outside in a safe environment. We loved getting to visit the ducks and [name removed]. The staff genuinely cared about my dad and our family and it showed every day.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff is welcoming and caring. The facility feels like a home. Activities are lively and fun and yes, we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

My Aunt had lived at this community for over a year. She was well taken care of by the staff, everyone always had a smile on their face. It was very nice inside and clean. I truly appreciated the warmth and kindness she experienced in her care from the staff. I would strongly encourage other families to consider Arden Courts for a loved one living with dementia.

We had a bumpy start at another facility due my husband’s mother’s exit-seeking behavior, which led us to Arden Courts. And thank goodness it did, becauseArden turned out to be the very best fit for her!! She has thrived in its unique neighborhood atmosphere and has adjusted after only a few weeks. Due to the many activities encouraged each day, she believes she’s “in school” and loves learning new things … at nearly 92! We are so very grateful to know she’s being looked after with such attention and care. What a blessing the Arden Courts team and facility has been your family!
