I cannot express how impressed I was with this facility. I have worked in long term care as a 3rd party vendor in nursing and this facility is the most amazing I’ve ever seen. The personalized care they provide each resident is UNMATCHED. I’m am so proud to have them in our community.

My loved one has had a terrific experience at Arden Courts in Parma. The staff and leadership are wonderful and are great at communicating anything that I need to know regarding my loved one. The facility and experiences offered to my loved one are wonderful and we have loved being part of this community.

I moved her to Arden Courts in Chagrin Falls Ohio which has 24 hour nursing coverage & is close to our two sons' homes. I would travel to Ohio for about 3 weeks then back to NH for about 3 weeks! Excellent facility & exceeded all expectations!! Unfortunately my loved one passed March 13th but up to late April she had as good a quality of life & care as we could hope for.

Arden Courts of Parma truly stands out as a memory care community. From the moment we first visited, the staff greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of compassion. Throughout my grandmother’s time as a resident, we were consistently impressed by the attentive care she received and the respectful, personalized approach of the entire team. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to support those with memory challenges. It felt like a safe, welcoming environment where residents could thrive. My grandmother formed meaningful bonds here, and even during difficult times, the staff treated her with dignity, patience, and kindness. We’re deeply grateful for the peace of mind Arden Courts provided to our family. Knowing she was in such capable and caring hands allowed us to focus on simply being present with her. She created many beautiful memories in this place, and for that, we’ll always be thankful.

The care that Granny was given during these past months has been remarkable. Every staff member has been approachable, knowledgeable and patient. Not only has Granny been getting the care she deserves, but we feel comfortable knowing she is in good hands.

Don’t usually leave reviews but couldn’t help it! Great management team. Treated my grandparents with the utmost respect. Such a welcoming community, and made such a seamless introduction. Would recommend to the highest extent!

The tour was beautiful here! The staff was super welcoming and knowledgeable. The building and outdoor courtyards for the residents were gorgeous!

The team here is phenomenal!! The caregivers who have taken care of my grandma have been here for years and always address any of our needs immediately. There is an abundance of amazing activities happening throughout the week that really keep my grandma engaged, happy, and connected to others

All 5's very happy here. May not be as updated in terms of décor but do not let that detour you. Some of the newer " prettier" facilities do not offer the same level of care. There is very little turnover here in staff which makes for a consistent level of care which is an important factor especially for Memory Care . The activities are fantastic - provides a daily routine for the residents. Families are encouraged to be involved and participate . Wonderful special events planned and are always done to meet or exceed expectations. Staff will listen to you when there is a concern in care and work with you to improve any issues you may have. All staff across the board very kind, patient, and truly care about the residents. Facility is ALWAYS clean and never has an odor.

Great place for Grandma to live. We are pleased with everything and everyone there. Lots to do for residents and families. I love that several times a month they have families included in the program. Happy , Happy and Very Much Satisfied. I don't like I have to say this much to leave a review.

Arden Courts South Holland has been a blessing for my loved one. We were at the end of our rope when. We decided to call upon APFM We toured several places and [name removed] at Arden Courts took her time and assured us we would be leaving her in good hands. 2 months later I can’t complain.

5 for all. Lots of attention from the staff. Very caring. Lots of room indoors and outdoors for residents to walk around or exercise. Room is compact. Bed, dresser, closet bathroom and window. Really no need for the extra space. Good value for your dollar.

The entire was staff helpful even when they were busy when I interrupted them. The care that was given to my husband was exceptional even though he was often rude to them.

I cannot say enough about Arden Courts in Winter Springs. Sadly, my mom passed in March, but the staff and caregivers at Arden Courts are hands down the most incredible people, and they offer unmatched care. The activities are incredible, led by [name removed] , an angel of an activities director and her amazing staff. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, only the highest praise for this facility and it's entire staff. They are responsible for extending my mom's life and giving her the best possible existence even with her advanced Alzheimers. They are all angels to me.

Everyone was so welcoming, the staff was engaging with the residents and they seem to be very passionate. It was an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely refer anyone in need of memory care services for their loveones.

Arden Courts is an exceptionally clean facility, as well as beautiful and cheerful. There are plenty of outdoor spaces for the residents to enjoy and a full schedule of daily activities which often include truly talented singers and musicians. Nutritious meals are prepared on-site and are really delicious. Although my husband's stay at Arden Courts was only for a few months due to a planned move to another part of the country, it was a lifeline for me. The care that he received was compassionate and professional, and I was able to prepare for the move knowing that he was in good hands. My husband's behavior can be quite challenging, but the staff always treated him with dignity and respect. I will truly miss them and will never forget the many kindnesses they showed to both my husband and me.

Enjoyed my slider with lemonade that was provided as a pit stop. I sat in the 4 acre courtyard and enjoyed my lunch. All the staff I have met are very kind. I would highly recommend to others visiting Arden Courts for someone needing a Memory Care community. [name removed] & [name removed] are very nice people.

Clean outdoor area likes the 1/4 mile pathway. Enjoyed the sliders that were provided long with the cool lemonade. The staff that I did meet were very informative and friendly. Very glad I attended the Senior Poker Run from the Livonia Senior Center.

Just here for a short tour on a poker run. Friendly staff, greeting us. Nice courtyard. Had a good snack. Met a resident who said it was just like home. Loved the courtyard that was like a park, even a nice walking path!
