I really like the layout of the facility. And the same times every day that the residents can go to the community room and the coffee room for various activities. The memory boxes, different colors of the four living areas and a dining room in each area for all the meals where they sit in the same place. It’s a very good memory care unit. Staff so friendly, smiling and attentive to assist as needed.

Arden Court keeps me informed of everything, he is kept clean and fed. He is very contented. The staff is great and very friendly. The activities are great and they include families in different functions.

The receptionist always knew your name after the first visit. The staff on the wing was always around, and they took excellent care of my Mom. The staff called us if my Mom fell or was not feeling well. They made the staff leave their rooms and took them to the activities room, where there was always a person watching the residents. It was nice that there was a monthly calendar of events. If we needed to take my Mom out for a few hours, we were able to sign her out. We really liked that we had the codes to the doors and we could come and go at any time. This was very helpful, when we received called at 11:30 pm that she fell out of bed. During her final days, they arranged for Hospice to come in and provide services. They also allowed the family to spend the night with her, so a family member was with her when she finally passed. In her final days, the RN came every 2 hours during the day and night to check on her and give her any medication to make her comfortable. Mom was only there for 4 months, but we had an excellent experience with Arden Courts and would recommend them to other family going through a loved one that has memory problems.

Unfortunately, my aunt never moved in as she was placed on hospice in rehab and has since passed away but I toured many assisted livings in the Jackson and Adrian area and Charlotte Stevenson stood out. It has a very homey atmosphere and it impressed me that many of the staff had been there 20+ years. It was also impressive that some of the staff actually had family members living there. The process was very easy and I would have felt very comfortable having my aunt there.

I have called her multiple times as we are adjusting to mom living at Arden Courts each time she takes her time to hear my concerns and answer my questions. In talking with the other staff you hear their love for the residents I’m grateful

It’s a wonderful place to work. All the residents are well taking care of with utmost respect. I love to work. All the employees are well supported and the company offer the best benefit in the industry for the employees.

The decision to place your loved one in memory care is one of the most painstaking journeys a family can face. Luckily for us, after touring 9 other facilities in the Pittsburgh metro area (and feeling rather disillusioned), we found Arden Courts Jefferson Hills. From day one we were met with the utmost compassion from [names removed] who helped us plan my mother-in-law's move into what would become her forever home. It has been almost a year an a half that she has resided there and our fondness of the staff and the care that they provide only continues to grow! The site of a former drive-in theater, Arden Courts Jefferson Hills is nestled amongst gorgeous sprawling green hills. [name removed] & her staff provide a fantastic activities calendar jam-packed with programming that both stimulates and socializes the residents. Caretakers in each of the "houses" are respectful, gentle, and kind. We are so endlessly appreciative of all that they do to care for this very special population.

When this type of Alzheimer’s care is needed Arden Courts is the place to go. The Executive Director leads the team to care at all levels. It is at the forefront of the industry, incorporates family in events and always has a welcome door.

Arden Courts provide valuable, compassionate support to our family during an emergency situation. I don't know what we would have done without their guidance. Their medical director, the neuro-psychiatrist is exceptional.

Arden Court at Huebner staff provides an excellent atmosphere for the people they care for. The staff addresses any concerns in a timely manner. From the moment you walk through the front door and everywhere you go you can see the staff are friendly and care for the folks. They know how to care for the people living at their units.

My 102 year old mother in law is happy as a resident of this wonderful facility. From the day we moved her from her previous home of the last five years, that happiness was obvious. She has exceptional care and the staff is responsive to all our concerns and questions. Our family recommends Arden Courts and commends their administrators and caregivers.

Arden staff has gone out of their way to ensure my spouse is settled in and comfortable. They have are meeting all her needs as well as mine.
