From the moment I entered Arden Court for the initial tour, I felt an immediate sense of warmth. Choosing a memory care home for a loved one is deeply emotional, and the reality of the situation hits hard. They recognized that in me right away and responded with genuine compassion, even offering a comforting hug when I needed it. At that time, my family wasn't ready to make the move, but they continued to follow my dad's journey over the next few months. They checked in, offered advice, and guided me through a very difficult period that included hospital stays and a challenging rehab experience. When we finally brought my dad to Arden, I felt such relief. Even though his stay was brief, I am so grateful he spent that time in a place where he was treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. They truly went above and beyond their duty, caring for my dad.

A beautiful community with lovely walking grounds, 4 acres to be exact. So many things to appreciate with loved ones living with dementia... *Compy rooms perfect size for keeping loved ones engaged. *Pricing is competitive and all inclusive, no extra hidden fees. *They're are flexible for families with different schedules and can visit their loved ones with 24 hour access to see them. *Safety is in mind with secured memory care community.

It has a four acre beautiful courtyard. An extremely friendly staff providing great care to the residents by meeting them at their cognitive level. Open access to families to visit their loved one at any time.

Very pleasant experience visiting Arden Courts of Livonia. Our meeting room was very accommodating. All the staff was extremely friendly and provided a great breakfast, a space for our meeting and great coffee.

Absolutely a 5 PLUS for all 8. My husband was in there a year with a two trips to the er. The caregivers in his area could not have been more caring and supportive of him and our whole family. They became family to us. They were like that to everyone. The atmosphere was bright with a lot of activity going on. Can not say enough wonderful things about Arden from the administration to those who kept the place spotless. Highly recommend it.

I felt like they were very kind to my mother. When I visited it was very clean and there were lots of aides. My mother was there only a couple of months as she died last August.

Arden Courts on Buckingham in Dallas was my Mother's home for 10 years. Her dementia was finally treated properly after a bad experience at a different facility. My Mom had her own room with some things around her that were hers and she was used to seeing. She loved the activities especially the music. The Staff is phenomenal. They all treat the residents with respect and have an upbeat demeanor. I loved that the staff would greet my Mom by name and give some encouraging word or a compliment. Her medications were managed so well and she was comfortable in her surroundings and wasn't perpetually upset or confused. I am so grateful she was content and well taken care of. Thank you Arden Courts for being so kind and professional!

I visited this facility with my neighbor girlfriend recently. I had never been to a dementia facility place before but didn't expect to see what I saw. Its a cute place, very colorful and CLEAN! My dad's assisted living facility is not even as nice. Arden Court place looked well kept and no offensive odors. The patients looked clean and the people i talked to seemed happy. I'd bring my dad here but he does not need memory care. I left feeling good about this place and if my dad ever needs it I'm going to bring him here.

They have Caring and skilled staff, good food, great activities that engage the residents great administration.

Unbelievable caring facility for Alzheimer's/dementia patients. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs care for a loved one with Alzheimer's. It's safe, secure, clean, beautifully decorated, offers activities and everyone very attentive to patients needs. Make you feel like family.

The care my family member is receiving at Arden Courts is wonderful. The staff understands the needs of a person with dementia. The staff knows the residents and plans activities that they can be involved in based on their memory issues. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. I know my family member is safe and well taken care of when I leave.

My mother was at Arden Courts for the past 2 1/2 years before moving to a nursing home. Very caring staff, lots of activities, and excellent communication with my sister and myself. We appreciate all that they did for her to make her time there enjoyable. Highly recommend.
