My hubby was at Arden Courts for the last 6 months of our life together. I felt part of a community from the first day, when the receptionist, who had never met me nor my hubby, knew who I was and for whom I was preparing a room. Each resident has their own room and is given freedom the decorate and make it their own. I especially liked that my sweetheart was given freedom to roam inside and outside and the staff were careful to keep track of each resident. Even though he resided in one "house" of the facility, all the staff knew him and interacted with him. When the time came that he was on hospice, everyone there were caring and respectful of us. Is it perfect? No, but I'm thankful to have had my sweet love there.

I would recommend it. I picked it because of the people I met. Everyone that works there was great.

Go see. It gave me deep peace to move in. Everyone cares. Maintenance experienced and work everyday to insure your living is safe and comfortable. All the residents I know are really happy with our home.

Everyone from the executive director to the caretakers are very focused on creating a warm and welcoming living environment for the residents. I would recommend Arden Courts in Susquehanna to others.

My husband has been a resident for over a year. The staff is professional and caring. I feel welcome and informed.The entire staff looks out for the patients whether they are caretakers or from other departments such as food service or maintenance. I feel he is safe. So glad I made this choice. I highly recommend Arden Court of Potomac.

I had an amazing experience. I visited the facility for care of my husband. The charge nurse assisted me. She was very knowledgeable and caring. I did not feel like I was just a number. I felt as if I would give the care of my dear husband over to someone that I could actually trust, to have compassion for him, and to properly give him the care that he requires. She was very helpful in explaining the services and I would recommend this facility 10 times over.

When our family suffered a crisis when our sister-in-law passed away Arden Court of Elk Grove Village in Illinois was there for us. They consistently provided loving and competent care for our brother who suffers from dementia. When the time arrived for us to choose a home for him, we did not want him anywhere else but Arden Court. They take care of him with a well-trained staff, an educated medical team, and an always available administrative team. The deep sense of being “home” consoles my brother and all of us who care for him. Arden Court is a home away from home which we consider a true blessing.

This is a unique community. The care givers are top notch, friendly and caring. They actually learn from the residents and figure out the best care for the individual. My dad hadn't showered in 5 months when we brought him to Arden Cts and within 2 days he was showered, shaved and clean. They are constantly training their care givers and I feel so happy since we moved my dad in.

Amazing memory care community . Great team . Had the privilege of visiting a family friend who resides at this community . The team is amazing . It is evident they care about the residents . The Director of nursing [name removed] is nothing short of amazing . We are always greeted at the front end with great smiles and conversation . The marketer [name removed] is always so knowledgeable and does not hesitate to provide education or be a resource . The ED [name removed] truly cares about this community and the residents . The cooling demonstrations which is part of their programming is such a fun experience . I will recommend to community to anyone looking for memory care placement for their loved ones . They take pride in what they do .

Arden Court has been a great fit for dad. They were great helping him through the transition from home to their memory care facility. The staff is friendly, caring and helpful. The setup is very homey with individual rooms that allow their own sense of space. The group activities keep them active and occupied and foster a sense of community. So glad they are taking care of dad.

Love [name removed] so helpful, nice and kind! Always a smile on her face! She always knows what my grandma is thinking and is like a member of our family. We are so thankful and grateful to her for all she does!

I live in Florida and especially with the advent of Covid had not gotten to visit my mother who is a resident at the Arden Courts in Potomac. Luckily, I have family members nearby who see her regularly. I had the opportunity to visit her recently during the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff were so kind and courteous and helpful. I felt like there was more than enough staffing on-duty to provide care and attend to residents which was comforting. Some years in the past, this has not been the case. I had the opportunity to meet [name removed], the Executive Director who was lovely and attentive. I was impressed by the facility and staff and my impressions were only confirmed by family that regularly visits. I feel very comforted by the care my mother receives at Arden Courts and see in videos and pictures sent weekly by family how engaged and cared for she is by the staff. Look forward to visiting again soon.

My mother receives excellent care and enjoys the community at Arden Courts. The staff do a great job with activities and making residents feel safe and happy. Very impressed with the dedication of staff.

My family has been visiting our mother for over six years now. Arden Courts, Potomac has been a godsend for my mother and has given us such peace of mind. The manager [name removed] is doing a phenomenal job managing, upgrading the facility, improving activity, programming and nursing, etc. We highly recommend that you consider having your loved one. Look at Arden Courts as one of your options. It is beautiful as great places to visit, and the staff are so warm and take such good care of the residents.

The staff, aids, nurses etc are amazing loving seem very genuine and caring about meeting our mother’s needs. Mother always seems happy. The facility is always clean and pleasantly decorated and residents enjoy the ongoing tv old school movies music and entertainment. The Director is new to this facility but she seems to have a lot of positive energy and is keeping the ship on course and she’s approachable and pleasant, so all is good so far. The monthly rate goes up too much in the year we are almost [amount removed] monthly which is a few thousand more in just 2 short years it seems. It’s not the staffs fault there is a new owner of Arden. Don’t know how much longer we can afford this place, we might sooner have to relocate mother further away from DMV, but we are happy with the service for sure.

My husband moved into Arden Courts at Farmington about one month ago. The staff takes a team caring approach. Everyone from the Director [name removed] on down are hands on. [name removed] spent an hour walking the facility with my husband because he was having a particularly bad day. The nurses [names removed] are two of the most caring and compassionate young men I have ever met. The care staff know my husband and are always helpful and willing to spend time with both of us. [names removed] are the staff that I have gotten to know. They already know his likes and dislikes, always have a smile for him and have bent over backward to make his adjustment as easy as possible. I like the way Arden Courts is set up with four small cottages that have bedrooms, a dinning room and living room in each. The yard is huge and as long as the weather is nice residents can come and go to the yard whenever they want to. If you want a small cost community with caring staff check them out.

Arden Court is a very homey and cozy place. They have several “houses” within the complex so not a huge amount of residents sitting and eating in the same area. The residents can also walk throughout the complex and sit in various “porches”. All the residents have an opportunity to be together for activities. The outdoor walk path is enclosed so residents can walk safely on their own. There is a beauty salon on-site and nurses and doctors. Our father lived at Arden Court until he passed and we have since picked Arden Courts for our lovely aunt. I highly recommend Arden Court.

My husband is getting great care. Those caring for him are kind and compassionate. It's as close to perfect as one can reasonably expect. I chose because of the strong recommendation from my contact at APFM, an extremely wonderful man, based on my needs and my husband's.

Staff seems to go above and beyond to keep mom happy and safe at Linden Village. Communication with the family is great. I ate Thanksgiving dinner with my mom and I thought it was very good. One minor complaint....mom's room floor could use dry mopping a little more often. Overall, I would recommend Linden Village to anyone who needed their services.

I could not have picked a better memory care facility than Arden Court. Caring staff, immaculate building, continuous activities and the knowledge that your loved ones are safe and well taken care of. Its small size makes for a homey atmosphere.
