Everyone I have encountered or have dealings with at Arden Courts Were very nice and helpful.

We appreciative of the staff. A smile, a "thank you" mean so much. Reach out to meet the ED and Head Nurse. They are FOR you and want to help where they can. We chose this community because; she specifically wanted to be left alone in her room. Because she was allowed that privacy, she has begun to engage regularly in some activities.

I've had the pleasure of knowing [name removed], Memory Care Advisor, at Arden Courts for some time. She is an incredible person. [name removed] has a strong background in this area; she is very knowledgeable, and she is also a very caring and thoughtful person. I would highly recommend working with [name removed] and encourage people to strongly consider Arden Courts for the care you, or a loved one, is looking for.

Our Sister was only in Arden Courts for 6 weeks. Unfortunately most of her time was spent in Hospice Care. During her time in the facility she was involved in activities which were very much encouraged by the friendly, helpful staff. She was treated with kindness and dignity. We were impressed with the setup because each group of residents had their own "house" which enabled them to not be overwhelmed by a large group. The facility was always very clean and did not have "odors ".

The overall experience and staff gets a 5+. The aides there took care of our mother like she was their own. No place could compare. Always clean, bright and never smelled bad. (Lots do). Definitely have already recommended

One. The care and compassion of the staff. The staff was helpful at all times. Never did I hear or see a staff member say they would be right back and not show up. This happened many times at the other places my husband was at. Two. I liked the sense of community where the residents were encouraged to socialize and not stay in their rooms/beds all day. Also liked the community eating arrangements for the residents. And lastly, Three. Highly recommend Arden Courts Farmington. When my husband died, we asked people to donate to this facility in lieu of flowers.

Honestly, I'd say 5 for all eight categories. We are very happy here. Both admin and staff are caring and supportive. Daily morning and afternoon group activities are provided and residents are encouraged to attend. They are family oriented and treat everyone with respect.

Arden courts had the best facilities out of all that I looked at. The staff was well trained and did well with my dad. The pricing was fair and competitive with other places that were not as well equipped. staff is well trained and did well with my dad.

Beautiful interior, always clean and smells fresh, outside secure courtyard. The courtyard gives residents the ability to walk in and out freely weather permitting from dawn to dusk. Activities 7 days a week, great caring staff.

The staff is great and treat my mom very well. When I see her she is always in good spirits and a good mood. When she fell they contacted me right away and had a mobile X-ray unit out quickly. The head nurse on the medical staff was with my mom the entire time and when it was determined she had a broken hip she was taken to the hospital quickly. I was also there with her since they called me as soon as it happened. They now have a new feature where there is a camera in the room (you have the ability to say no to this if you like) and will alert staff if she falls. They will be able to see a recording of what happened. This is important since most residents don't know why or how they fell. My mom included. The activities are great keeping mom engaged. The physical therapists keep me informed of my mom’s progress. The best place for my mom would be with me, but unfortunately that's not possible. Arden Court is a wonderful place for my mom and I feel good knowing she is being cared for.

My wife has been a resident of Arden Courts Fair Oaks for a little over a year. My family and think we hit the jackpot because we are so happy with our overall experience at Arden. This experience started when we arrived for our first visit before signing up for the care. Although it was a Saturday, we were given a thorough tour of the facility and were able to talk to the nurse on duty about my wife, as well as other family members visiting their loved ones and a few interactions with residents. Arden is very clean and bright and is laid out in resident friendly way. The outside area is very pretty and is well taken care of. We had visited around 15 other facilities and when we walked out of Arden, we knew we had found the place for my wife. Soon thereafter, she became a resident and we have been overwhelmed with the high level of care she has received. The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to greet my wife by name whenever they see her. It is not just a friendly staff, it is a very caring compassionate group who work ceaselessly to treat each resident as an individual and to tend to their particular needs. The care givers always amaze how much they go about their day with compassion and love. When my family and I visit my wife we feel we a part of a family, all doing our best for our loved ones. We have made friends with other family members and we tend to look out for each other and work with the staff in helping with the care. All my interactions with the administrative staff have been very positive. They are constantly solicitous if I have any problems or concerns of which there have been none since we have been there. I am often at Arden during meal times and the food is excellent. My wife has gained over 10 pounds since she has been there. There is a wide variety of healthful meals and snacks for the residents. My wife particularly likes the deserts! There is a constant variety of activities for the residents. The Activities coordinator does a tremendous job in finding musical performers of all sorts, along with many other things the residents enjoy. On nice days, the residents sit outside and do things such as going over information about that day in history or maybe trivia. residents enjoy drawing, painting and doing jigsaw puzzles. Some of the residents have been on outings away from Arden in visits to a pumpkin farm and bowling. In the Spring residents helped plant flowers and vegetables which have flourished all summer. Every time my wife and I go to her she room she looks out her window as says isn't this so pretty. She has always enjoyed bird watching as she has a bird feeder just outside her window. The feeders are usually filled by the residents as an activity! Arden definitely is an excellent value for the money. The value comes in knowing that the entire staff is concerned for the well being of my wife as well as all the residents.

The staff stayed late into the evening with us to help with a rushed placement for my grandmother. All the staff know my grandmother by name and the nurses regularly communicate with me about her care. The price is a set rate that does not increase as her level of care increases, which I like.

I was only using the services for respite care so it was only for two weeks. But I was happy with everything for that respite care service.

They are very communicative, everyone is knowledgeable. They are approachable. It is family friendly. I love that they have a support group for care takers.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the Auberge. My mother-in-law is very happy and comfortable living there. The staff is very friendly. The food looks very good. We see them cleaning the facility and delivering laundry to the residents frequently. We visit every week. We sleep well at night knowing our loved one is living at the Auberge in Sugar Land.

My wife is Arden Court which we are very happy with. Arden Court so far as nothing to improve on!!

The staff is attentive to the residents. They communicate well with families. They coached me in how to talk someone with dementia in a way that keeps them calm. Also the staff seem to like their jobs

The facility is always kept clean and the staff is very friendly as well as responsive to needs of the resident. Also, communicate with the family of any issues that may arise

The admitting process was easy for the family. The facility is very clean, the residents are well cared for. Lots of activities, a great place.
