Staff kind, caring, responsive, and pleasant, from Nurses to aides to housekeepers, and dietary. Snacks, substitute meals, late meals, food preferences all provided. Independent eating encouraged but feeding assistance always available. Activities offered and encouraged. Attempts made to include all participation abilities. Administrators are visible and interact daily with residents Addressing them by name. They are responsive to inquiries and helpful with info and problem solving.

This is a beautiful place, the garden is lovely and the putting green is great! Staff is friendly and attentive! It smells great and clean! The people living there seem to have a great time and truly enjoy themselves

The layout of the facility was well designed. Adequate space for residents to do activities and be comfortable in the facility. Facility is clean and the staff was very helpful. Very friendly people who were kind to me.

I love the four cottage layout of the facility. So many places are one giant building it was refreshing to see a different option. The staff was very friendly. I happen to come at meal Time and the meals look very appetizing. I also found the grounds to be very attractive. Overall I think this would be an excellent choice.

My experience was good, very straight forward and everyone was welcoming and kind. Very helpful as well I learned a lot from going to orientation. The staff are overall nice and wonderful people to be around.

Staff cares, activities are fun and food is excellent, my mom has no complaints. They brought in 3 tiny service dogs yesterday and I swear I never saw mom smile so long, she didn’t want them to leave, the dogs were so kind and they come every month.

The Auberge at Lake Zurich is very home-like with four cottages which are clean and well maintained, newly refreshed. The staff genuinely care about the residents and the food is just like home cooking. Residents are often walking within the gated community with monitored security cameras to assist with safety. Activities are offered throughout the day and residents are encouraged to socialize outside when the weather is nice. I would feel very confident having my loved ones live in this community.

My mom has been here for 2 years and for the last 3 months they are now under new management, Evergreen. I was so grateful when i met the new executive director, his name is [name removed] and he is making it fun again. He lives 5 minutes away from me and my husband and we connected immediately. The caregivers are very good and I know there was a bad apple here and [name removed] helped usher her out, thank you! The food and care are excellent and we are pleased overall with everything. My mom can fold napkins and does so daily now, she also does trivia each morning and sit and stretch so she is as active as they come.

My dad lives here and him and I are sitting here having a root beer float! We are very happy with the care, the staff, [name removed] was wonderful helping us with this transition and [name removed] the Executive Director is always sitting my dad and his friends chatting about the Bears or Beer, it really has been great here. The food is also very good, far better than expected.

The food is great! The staff is always smiling and so helpful, my mom absolutely loves her cottage and the caregivers and staff that she sees every day. We are very happy we chose The Auberge because its small and there is so much 1-on-1.

Moved mom in last year and everything about this experience far exceeded what myself and my family were expecting. This was an excruciating decision to move mom to a memory care community and thank his we did, I honestly think she is better today than when she was at home so thank you all so much for what you have done for mom.

I have nothing but positive feedback - I can't imagine a more attentive, caring, and professional staff. The activities were great, both the daily stuff for the residents, and the seasonal/holiday observances were so well done! Extra thanks to [name removed] for that! I am so very grateful for his stay there because I was at my wits end with his sudden decline coinciding with my onset of mobility issues! The staff performs a labor of love that they are clearly called to do - it's not just a job.

I had the pleasure of touring this facility and was truly impressed. The staff were pleasant, upbeat, and welcoming throughout my visit. The residents appeared happy, well cared for, and comfortable, which speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. The facility itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very positive atmosphere. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking excellent care for their loved ones.

I stopped by Arden Courts of Elk Grove as the first stop on my search for a suitable memory care facility for my wife. There I met [name removed] an intake specialist who took a great deal of time to explain the facility and procedures in terms that were concise but clear. [name removed] is a terrific asset to that facility, which by the way was clean, quiet and beautiful; and when I'm ready to "make the call" Arden Courts will be my "first call".

I am so impressed with Auberge! I volunteer there and I am always welcomed! We have a great time. I am also highly impressed with the upgraded systems they have put in place to keep the residents safe and happy! Alice and her team is pretty great!

I toured The Auberge at Onion Creek and was really impressed with how well-kept the place is. The rooms were clean and organized, and the whole community had a comfortable, welcoming feel. Everything looked like it was taken care of on a regular basis, not just for show. The staff seemed friendly, and you could tell they were engaged with the residents. While we were there, they were having a July 4th parade, which added a fun and lively atmosphere. It’s nice to see a place that puts effort into events and activities. The outdoor patio was a very nice—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing or hosting private gatherings. Inside, there are dedicated areas for movies, music, and plenty of cozy spots for conversations.

The Auberge of Plano takes great care of my mother. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable, Food is also very delicious, Facility is always clean and smells good. I believe I chose the best facility for my mother.

They have many activities for residents to attend. I would recommend this facility to others - they appear to care about their residents.

great variety of foods but they don't look especially appetizing. I locked in a price just under [fee removed] a month. But I'm now being nickel and dimed. Charged for ensure, depends and wipes.

I recently toured this facility and was very impressed from the moment I walked in. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting environment for the residents. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming. It was clear they truly care about the people who live there. The residents I saw appeared happy, engaged, and well cared for, which spoke volumes about the quality of the community. This is clearly a place where residents are valued and supported.
