Our mom loves life at the Auberge. She feels at home. As her care needs have changed, she continues to receive excellent, skilled and loving support from all of the staff. We are so grateful for this beautiful home for our mom!

I had been worried about moving mum into a memory care facility. I have been so pleasantly surprised about how positive our experience has been at Arden Courts. She gets better care here than she had been before we moved here when we were bringing in a private aid multiple times a day. The staff engage with her, ensure she is clean, encourage her to participate in activities and take meals in the dining room, and they really take the time to learn about her preferences and needs. The on-site physical therapist is a dream, interacting with and looking out for all the residents, whether or not they are her patients. When I walk around I often see a staff member hanging out with a table of residents after a mealtime engaging them in conversation or encouraging residents to participate in activities. The approach of having small neighborhoods in the facility works well, with residents becoming very familiar with each other and with the staff. It’s very familial, which is very healthy.

As a physician who regularly visits multiple memory care communities, I can confidently say that this community stands out in the best possible way. From the moment you walk through the doors, it's clear that this is more than just a facility — it's a true home for its residents. From a clinical perspective, communication with the care team is seamless. They’re proactive, well-informed, and always open to collaboration, which is crucial when managing complex medical needs in a memory care setting. It’s always a pleasure to visit this the Auberge — not only because of the high standards of care, but because the warmth and positivity here are genuinely uplifting. Families can rest assured knowing their loved ones are in excellent hands.

Everyone helped make the process as painless as possible. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] along with the entire staff acted as if they knew the hardship I was faced with. Everyone did their very best to make the transiting as smooth as possible! Everyone of the staff that I have had contact with have been phenomenal. The kitchen staff has assured that [name removed] meals are suitable for her. Regarding the food that is served; every meal that I have observed looks fresh, it is warm and prepared with care. [name removed] must surely agree, as she finishes every meal! Regarding daily activities; [name removed] really doesn't participate. I wish she would. My only suggestion at this early point is to perhaps arrange something more around an individual activity. I understand that is asking a lot. However up to now [name removed] does not participate and simply walks the floor. Occasionally during sleeping periods. She has not yet begun to "fit in" from my perspective. I thought it would work out more smoothly, but it has not...from my perspective! She has not accepted that this is her home. On every visit, she spends the time arguing with me, as to why can't we just go home together. To be frank, it makes it extremely difficult for me to visit. Frankly, I'm torn between leaving her in place and bringing her home and seek in home care. It tears my heart out every time I leave her.

Each week, I have the privilege of celebrating Mass with the residents—a moment that is both humbling and profoundly moving. The staff go out of their way to ensure that residents who wish to attend are brought to the service, often assisting them with kindness and care that speaks volumes about their commitment. Even those residents facing advanced stages of memory loss are treated with a gentleness that affirms their worth and humanity. Over time, I’ve gotten to know many of the residents and their families. What strikes me most is the warmth that exists here—not only from staff to residents, but among the residents themselves. There's a real sense of community, even in the face of cognitive challenges. Music, prayer, and simple human connection still reach deep places in the soul, and I see that truth lived out here every week. I’ve also observed how the staff maintain a high standard of professionalism while still engaging with people in a deeply personal way. They are attentive

I toured here a year ago and was not happy with what i saw. Today I retoured because friend of mine told me she just moved her husband in. I am so happy I did. I liked the new manager very much and he introduced me to the staff in his house(there are 4). Everyone was very engaged with the residents and that is exactly what I am looking for. I am watching my husband decline and its because there is a lack of engagement, I can only do so much. I was very happy with everything I saw and am looking forward to my husband moving in, I am hopeful.

My wife and I toured and liked the community very much. We met the executive director for 30 minutes who gave us the low down and then met [name removed] for the tour. My mom currently lives in another community and we want to move her here. I will give another review after 30 days but everything so far has been 5 stars, very pleased with what we saw and who we met.

I want to thank everyone at the Auberge for taking great care of my grandmother. She seems very happy and the staff was very nice to us when we visited this weekend. I liked that they celebrated Grandparents Day, that meant alot to my sister and I.

I am happy with Arden Courts. My husband is taken care of very well and if I am not satisfied with something, I speak to the administrator and the problem is taken care of right away, The staff is caring and helpful.

I visit my dear friend at the Auberge every week, and I can honestly say it’s become a highlight of my routine — not just for her, but for me too! The first thing you notice when you walk in is how welcoming and upbeat the staff are. They greet you like family, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. It makes such a difference. And let me just say — the food is amazing! I’ve stayed for lunch and even a few themed dinners, and I’m always impressed. It’s not institutional at all — we’re talking about fresh meals that feel homemade. My friend absolutely lights up at mealtimes. She raves about the soups! You can tell the dining experience is a big part of her day, and the team goes out of their way to make it feel special. It feels like home here — and that’s everything.

We were given a heartbreaking diagnosis for a family member over 3 years ago. We were able to care for our loved one but after 3 years it became apparent that a safe place was necessary. After visiting a number of facilities, we were convinced Arden Courts was the best choice. The Memory Care Advisor at the Farmington Facility was supportive, very professional and extremely responsive to the changes and concerns going on in our lives. This person is truly an asset to this facility and we all are so grateful that our loved is part of that community.

[name removed] is the person we have dealt with. she is simply wonderful - it's such a difficult decision to make in regards to choosing a facility for a loved one - but with [name removed] guidance and help and compassion. we decided on Arden Courts in Farmington. she is experienced with giving guidance to families who are dealing with this terrible disease and without her i don't know what i would have done. she is simply the best. and our family is grateful.

We have found The Auberge of Naperville to be an exceptional place for loved ones. Staff is exceptional. The facility has been refreshed, the court yards are beautiful and the activities for the residents are well planned.

We were in the process of moving my mother to Arden when she was sent to the hospital with a broken hip from a fall at her prior home. The staff at Arden was nothing short of amazing. They were able to get her into West Gate, the rehab next to them. We had a horrible experience from [community removed] prior to that. Unfortunately my mother had to be returned to the hospital before she could actually stay at Arden. The staff still kept tabs on her and reached out to me constantly to check up on not only her but to make sure I was being taken care of also, what with me being her sole caregiver. My mother was sent to the hospital again with heart issues and she was eventually put into hospice care and passed a few days later. The staff was very accommodating as far as removing her possessions and [name removed] even attended her funeral even though he didn't know her yet. They reached out to me after she died to see how I was doing. I'm sorry that she was never able to live there because I feel that she might still be around if she did. All in all I was impressed with the facility because when I was in there I saw happy residents not sad depressed ones. I know it's a memory care but they weren't miserable like you see at other places. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a safe place for a loved one. I wish I had more experience with them.

5 I am very happy my Mom is at Arden Courts. Staff is amazing - very attentive to her needs-they are always welcoming and supportive. Excellent value for the money-the staff and administration do a wonderful job. Appreciate everything they do. I am so grateful with your help I was able to find Arden Courts.

I toured this facility, and the staff is wonderful. I thought the environment was very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. The greeting is nice when entering and everyone is on task doing what they need to be doing. It is calm inside but with plenty of activities for the individuals living there.

My wife has been at Arden Courts for over 6 years. Her accommodations include a private room with private bath. Dinner is served in a communal dining room by attentive, dedicated staff. A special summer treat is Friday barbecue lunch served outside on the patio. My wife enjoys a wide variety of activities including gardening, games (especially trivia), crafts, etc. The activities staff maintains a full calendar of events, including live music performances. The facility features park-like grounds with walking paths and a gazebo. It's a great place to spend time together or with family and friends. Arden provides a caring nursing staff. Should unforeseen health issues arise, the UConn Health Center is just around the corner. Placing a loved one outside the home is a difficult decision. After 6 years, I'm convinced that Arden Courts is the right place for us.

Have a tour of the community with [name removed]. I love the outdoor trail for memory care residents and the different types units and the themes were beautiful. The veterans board was also lovely sight. Arden Courts Bingham farms is a great location.

100% excellent. They have done an amazing job with my dad. The staff have given him incredible individualized care, have taken him to his favorite old dancing place, made sure he was clean and has been always concerned about things they can do for his decreasing appetite, increased confusion, and tremors. They don't stop until they can make things better for the residents. We are quite relieved he is safe and appears happy when he is lucid or not. He's not a big eater anyway but I know he's been doing better since the staff intervened.

I am so proud of my dad and his quality of life. He is trying so hard and this experience is difficult but the staff here has made this so much easier. They smile when i arrive, my dad smiles when they come speak to us and that means he likes them, which means they are kind to him. He LOVES the food here. I can only say that this experience is better because he is here.
