I was really impressed by the great atmosphere and care provided to the residents. The staff seem genuinely compassionate and patient showing they care about the people there. Every interaction I saw between staff and residents was respectful. The community is also clean and well-kept making it feel very welcoming and like home. Overall, Arden Courts seems like a great place and that their residents are in good hands.

When I first came to the building everyone had a smile on their face and welcomed me. During my interview they did a wonderful job explaining the job and giving me a tour. The place was also very clean and smelled good.

Working here i have learned so much. Everyone is willing to help and answer all my questions. Very kind to the residents and family. Understanding, caring, open minded to change. This is a wonderful place to work

My father has been a resident of Arden Courts Richmond since early [date removed]. He had got to the point we were no longer able to take care of him at home. He became very aggressive, especially verbally. I never thought he would get to the point we would need to move him to a facility, but it did. He needed help we were not qualified to give him. Now Arden Courts has become home to him and a second home to me. The staff there is so friendly and caring. My father is well taken care of. I sleep a lot better at night now, knowing he is safe and well taken care of. It has also taken a lot of stress off me. I highly recommend Arden Courts Richmond.

My husband had dietary restrictions which were recognized and followed by all those who dealt with meals and snacks. He required extra attention to toileting needs which were managed by staff as required. The activities he could attend were appropriate to his interests. In general the overall care was excellent. The staff was always patient and met his needs with care and knowledge.

I visit often to see my neighbor who has now lived here for 11 months. She seems to be doing better here than in her home. I am glad people are taking good care of her and the caregivers seem very kind. So far so good.

Spending time with my friend here is never dull. We often join in on the activities together, or simply relax outside in the garden courtyard. The staff are incredibly friendly and make visitors feel right at home. They always make a point to say hello, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive experience for everyone—residents and guests alike. I leave every visit with a full heart.

The staff also do a fantastic job communicating with families. They're always approachable, quick to respond, and willing to take the time to explain things or just listen. That kind of support and transparency has made this journey so much easier for me and my family. Knowing my mom is in a place where she is not only safe, but genuinely cared for and valued, brings a sense of peace I can’t fully put into words. I’m so grateful to everyone at the Auberge for the love and dedication they show every day.

I wrote It Works in the title because this is the third place my mom has lived and none of them worked. The Auberge runs like a well oiled machine. All meals, daily activities, all run like clockwork, we are very happy!

I want to say I like the new management much better than the last. The executive director is engaged and always out with my dad when i come to see him. I like that all the staff are involved in everything, all day long, whether it be lunch service or an activity or going outside to hang out, everyone is involved and no one is shy, everyone is talking and making sure all are having a good time, that makes my dad and i very happy.

In any facility, working with the staff is the best way to get the best situation for your loved one. Arden Court is very good at working with the families

I have been visiting my friend here every week for almost two years. When i visit we usually arrange flowers or I help her set the tables for lunch, otherwise we sit outside and and chat or just sit and watch the busy people walk around. I like it here because I know my friend is being taken care of and in great health. I have recommended the Auberge to a neighbor of mine and she's considering it for her husband. Thanks to the staff for always supplying flowers!

When we first met [name removed] the Marketing Director, she was warm and empathetic about our situation. She listened and reassured us that Dad was welcome at The Auberge despite the hospital only giving him 3 months to live. He has been bedridden at his time at the hospital prior to moving in, when he moved in, Amber and her team encouraged my dad to be in a broda chair during the day so he can be around other residents and be apart of activities. That was the best thing that could ever happen, he thrived immediately. We believe his time at the Auberge extended his longevity thanks to the wonderful staff.

The Auberge staff from top to bottom were caring and respectful of our mother. They went the extra mile to ensure that her experience was as close to being at home (which would have been her preference) There isn’t enough space to name each individual who enriched her life but we’ll point out that the Activities Director is tireless in engaging the residents with activities that they enjoy. The facility is well kept and a lovely place to live and for family to visit.

This is a safe place to have my spouse. At Arden in Anderson she has several caretakers versus just one in me. She is very happy all the time and eating well, and she likes it very much. The staff knows her by name and address her like a friend. It's a difficult decision to make, but it was the best.

This place is absolutely AMAZING . they take AWESOME care of their residents . Honestly if I had gotten dementia and someone was taking care of me I would want to come here. Their aids are absolutely amazing and so kind and so nice! Definitely recommend!

Very nice place. They take very good care of their residents and very good staff members. And whenever your hungry and want a snack they always have some waiting for people and also drinks. And the food is amazing!

Everything was great. Food was great all staff were friendly to me, I had more fun in activities than the residents. Overall I had a great experience there. No problems nor concerns. I always enjoy coming back.

everything is expensive now they just had an annual increase to be applied for [name removed] Yes, we would recommend Arden Courts Farmington community to other families based on the experience so far.

So, I was happy to see so many residents sitting outside, my sister always wants to be outside and I don't blame her. That was something we asked about before we moved her in. She is outside every day one way or another, plenty of places to walk around, she sits by the gazebo and just enjoys herself. Thanks to the wonderful staff that keeps her feeling so wonderful each and every time I visit.
