Both my parents have lived here for a while and both love it. My mom is literally involved in every activity, she's always smiling and basically living her life just like she did at home. My dad still watches sports on TV, loves the food here and consumes copious amounts of fruit every day. He and mom and genuinely happy so that makes me and family happy as well, I'm very pleased that we all decided to move them in, the experience has been great!

The Auberge is such a wonderful memory care community. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and they truly make residents feel safe and cared for. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with great activities and meals that bring joy and comfort. Now enough of the formal review, what I really want to say is the staff rocks! They brighten up MY day as much as my brother's, please keep up the positive attitude, its worth its weight in gold!

My sister has lived here for over two years. We have gone through so many ups and downs and the staff here has been supportive throughout it all. There are many here I personally thank for their tremendous kindness and patience with my sister. I love you all and wish you all the best.

When I got out of my car I noticed the hula dancers, the tiki bar and heard the music. The Auberge was having an end of summer party for the residents and families, it was so much fun. I honestly had no idea how much fun a place like this could be. I am so happy my aunt is here and that is a 360 of how I felt about it when we first moved her in. I have always been pleasantly surprised on my visits and am very happy she is living here. Thank you staff for being nothing short of incredible.

I toured at least 8 facilities when deciding where my dad would go. Immediately walking into Arden Courts I got a feeling of home for him. The staff has been amazing and their care has been top quality. I was worried about the transition for my father as he can be difficult sometimes, but he has adjusted well and is really enjoying living at Arden Courts.

Arden Court immediately made me feel like it was the best place for my mom. I would highly recommend!!! The staff at Arden Court are clearly dedicated to their community and jobs! They offer such a peace of mind.

My grandfather lives here, he seems to be happy. He showed us the piano and began to play a little, he is still good. We visited during lunch and ate with him, the best meal Ive had in a while. No wonder he likes it here so much. Anyway, he's doing well and we are happy.

I went to Arden Courts Pikesville for a meeting one time. The staff was so friendly and very welcoming. While I was there, I was able to see how staff interacted with the residents and families...treating them with kindness and respect. This is a wonderful memory care community. I went to Arden Courts Silver Spring for a meeting a few times and every time I go, the staff was so friendly and very welcoming, especially the Memory Care Advisor. While I was there, I was able to see some of the activities that the residents were participating in. They were having so much fun, I wanted to join them. This is an amazing community. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and dedication to providing exceptional care. I toured the Towson Areden Courts. The place is very clean, no odor. The residents were well kept. I would definitely recommend this place.. The staff is knowledgeable and engaged with the residents. Activities were very well done

Community is great! very welcoming and bright. Great nursing staff too! Staff is always smiling and helpful to residents and families when needed. Activity room is filled with residents enjoying an activity.

Arden Courts of Pikesville provides a supportive environment for those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia. The nurses, caregivers and staff are friendly, caring and courteous. The activities are engaging and the food is great.

My heart is at ease knowing my dad is well taken care of at Arden Courts Kensington. Sheila went above and beyond to help us get him settled, and all the staff treat him with dignity and respect. I love that I can always find him participating in the day’s activities. Overall, I feel really lucky to have found this place!

Love is what you feel walking in the door. Smiling happy Residents is what you see. Compassionate answers to questions is what you hear. The Alzheimer's support groups at Arden Courts are very informative and answer all questions compassionately.

The facility is great, well staffed, clean, and the staff is friendly and patient. I would recommend it to anyone looking. I would also like to say that [name removed] their Executive Director, moved fast (as far as assessment, paperwork, approval) when my situation was dire and called for it.

This is a great facility that is well maintained, but the best thing about this place is the staff. They are great. They treat the residents like family. You can’t ask for more than that. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been visiting my friend for 2 years, she has dementia and I am grateful she still knows where she is and that she is at the Auberge. I am very happy with the staff, so much so that I sent my nephew a link to the server position they need to fill. Everyone is so friendly and supportive and this has been a great decision getting her to live here.

The simplest way I can review Hollis is to say she is a true professional and trustworthy. I have not had direct experience with Arden Courts, but I have toured the facility and it looks like a place I would like if, I or a loved one, needed memory care. And, if Hollis works there, I trust that it's a great place for your loved ones too.
