Beautiful community. I would refer others if someone was in need of Memory Care and I had no availability or if we exceeded their budget. I was very impressed with the community; one level and four neighborhoods.

Arden Courts is a very welcoming community! It is focused on the care of folks that have memory issues, in a unique way. The layout of the facility is reminiscent of a small town. It has things like a general store, pub, movie theater and ice cream stand. The design allows the residents to freely move around. The leadership and staff are terrific!

Arden has done a good job handling my mom's needs. Pleased with the staff and facility. They really do care about my mom's well being.

I visited Arden Courts to attend a free workshop about living grief while dealing with a loved one with dementia. The event hosts did an incredible job making everyone feel warmly welcomed and valued. The guest speaker was impactful. After the talk I toured the facility and was impressed by the attention to detail. Arden Courts has really addressed every need with their all-inclusive facility. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere peaceful, bright, warm, and loving. It is definitely a place to check out if looking for a place for your loved one to live.

Arden Courts is a family-oriented facility, and I felt welcomed from the beginning. The staff is kind and friendly and treats the residents with great care, like family. The grounds are always clean inside and out, and the residents are always accounted for, so the staff knows their whereabouts in the building. Arden Courts embraces celebrations for holidays and birthdays and loves for families to attend, which is a lot of fun. The meals are outstanding and are curated for every resident according to dietary restrictions. Overall, it's a great place to be a part of or to be in community with. I would highly recommend.

What a peaceful place to visit - very impressed with the environment and amenities. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and displayed genuine care for the residents and guests. I will be recommending to my customers whose priority is memory care that feels as much like home as possible.

Arden Courts has a creative setting which helps residents feel they are living in a small town. With the old fashioned general store, ice cream shop, movie theater, residents don’t feel they are in a “facility”. The coffee shop seems to be the most popular area for gathering. Lots of activities and entertainment to get your loved one involved. Residents are able to enjoy fresh air without restrictions in the garden. The entire staff works hard to ensure all residents are well-cared for. Arden Courts is unique and amazing and the best home for our loved ones who need the special care they provide.

Arden Court has been welcoming, supportive and truly understanding with my Mom and her transition. They not only accepted my Mom & our family but also my Mom's hospice team. We could not be happier with the staff and space and how peaceful my Mom has been since moving in. The feel from the time you walk in to the time you leave is respectful and loving. We're grateful for the recommendation and all that we've seen & participated in since our arrival. At this time, there's nothing we've seen that needs improvement. Out of all the communities popping up in the area, Arden Courts Anderson is the best! They have long jevity with their staff and have low turnover, which is unheard of in senior living. There is an abundance of activities, great food, entertainment and friendliness! The rooms are furnished (you can bring your own furniture too) and geared towards someone with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. They've been in Anderson for over 20 years. All of their staff is highly educated on all aspects of the disease. They have 24-hour nursing and a medical doctor on staff. They truly are one of a kind!

My sister moved into Arden Courts 18 months ago and it has been wonderful. The staff treat the residents and families like their own. It’s the perfect size and lay out for a people living with dementia. The staff are wonderful about keeping us updated on anything new going on with my sister. We are so happy we found Arden Courts Fair Oaks.

The title of this review is my response when asked how my husband is doing. He is safe as there is always an "eye" or "ear" making sure he is protected. My husband is happy because all his needs and most of his wants are fulfilled. He is clean as a dedicated caregiver makes sure his body and clothes are cared for appropriately. I recommend this Memory Care Facility to everyone who is on this Dementia Journey.

A good point is that the executive director came to brookdale to meet my mother. He takes a very hands on approach with the residents and really seems to put their best interests first. Most of the staff that I have had interaction with have been wonderful. They seem to enjoy what they are doing and are very good with the residents. They keep them busy. My concern was they list her laundry when she moved in but they did find some other clothes for my mother. I felt the marketing director was overwhelmed at times. But that is to be expected.

If we brought [name removed] to Arden Courts a year earlier in his dementia, could have lived better in their community & potentially longer. His condition progressed too rapidly for their care

What stood out the most is the management and nursing staff are available and visible. They are always willing to help.

Everyone seemed kind, concerned and happy to be there. That's huge in today's terms. I would recommend to others.

My mother is very happy at Arden courts. The whole staff takes very good care of her and the nurses and aides are very kind to her. She really enjoys the activities, and also the salon. She also enjoys getting manicures. I'm happy that I choose Arden Courts.

What we like the most about The Auberge is the cleanliness of the facility and how each time we are greeted with a smile by the staff

Arden court staff from initial contact (sales and marketing) to intake and the daily caretakers was a great experience. We will consider them for upcoming memory caretaking needs for family members and ourselves.

The Staff at Arden Courts is very knowledgeable with their dementia awareness, responsive and attentive in their communication, and I’m always pleased with the level of care they provide their residents. I often refer to their facility as a “Dementia Disney Destination”, because of how clean the facility is combined with the unbelievable quality of amenities for their seniors that they serve. I highly recommend this facility to anybody who has a loved one who is looking for Memory Care placement or in need of assistance.
