This community was beautiful I just did not feel comfortable at this community. It was very pretty.
There is a lack of communication between the doctors and staff when it comes to the doctors evaluation and any type of medication changes. That could be improved. They could also improve on their organization with inventory and the resident belonging's because our loved one has had things go missing.

I have given great reviews before. My mom has been there for about nine months. Loved it at first. It was wonderful. Now I am looking to move her out. New director and nursing changes. Not happy at all. Rooms and patients not as clean, director is not interested. Covid is everywhere, and they are still open. No communication at all.

The activities are good, but the transportation vehicle that takes the residents out to different places has stopped working. Also the activities are not really varied, they have different classes and opportunities in the day to do things, but the activities are not stimulating there is not much physical movement. Also when it comes to the medical side of things, there is a lack of communication and follow through.

The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were very tiny, about half the size of some others that we looked into and it was not clean. It looks like they are in the process of renovating the facility, but it was just not the right fit for us.
When we toured they had just changed administrative staff an they were going through renovations as well so it was not organized. We could not get a good feel for the facility, but it seemed like it would be a nice place.
Nice staff, dated community
Think twice, really evaluate the operational structure. My father has special dietary requirements and they were not able to accommodate his needs. They knew in advance what the requirements were and they took him in and then told us they could not help. The facility is very clean and that was never an issue. They made promises that they were not able to keep and I had to move my dad somewhere else.

We do know there is a lot of pressure the communities are facing now with covid, and unfortunately we are not able see what is exactly is going on and develop those relationships with the staff members. We do know they are very caring and they look out for their customers, but the communication is lacking a little bit.

My only concern with this facility was medicine distribution. There were some issues with my loved ones' meds. I would recommend this community to others. the rooms were nice and they offered different sizes

My mother was in Arden courts for 7 months. Overall she had a good experience after I complained a few times about certain staff. One aid treated the residents horribly. Once I complained they moved her to a different wing. Many times they were so short staffed I helped with activities and served meAls. I suggested some one in charge work nites and weekends since the care was usually lacking then. So many residents do not have visitors which is so sAd.
