Nursing staff is horrible found the temps cared more about you. The rehab staff was excellent 5 stars for them . A lot of fighting between shift changes. Dayshift leaving work for 2 nd shift. Then 2nd shift takes it out on patients. I rate it a 5 for the rehab people and a 2 for their nurses n 4 for temps

I would only recommend Arden Courts of Cherry Hill for ambulatory, very advanced dementia with cognitive deficit.

They presented it so wonderfully, but it is not as promised. I receive very little help from management. There is currently a Covid problem, and I don't think it's being handled right. They're not Covid testing people with symptoms if those people protest. They don't have enough staff to provide adequate care. The other day, they had only one caregiver for the entire place. There's nobody to unlock the doors for you when you come to visit. I am not happy.

I toured this facility and was not impressed. Cleanliness seemed ok. Our loved one is on a budget and they didn't seem to care about that, kind of had a no care attitude about it.

This facility has good, organized activities. It's clean. One suggestion I have for improvement would be for them to have more native Spanish speaking staff.

The place is set up in pods, so there may be different experiences in different pods. They promised a lot, and did not quit deliver. The labor shortage has been a big issue, since they are understaffed yet still opened a new pod and continue to take new residents. I realize that part is due to the times we are living in right now. I guess a recommendation would depend on how much care your loved one requires. This is my mother-in-law's third facility. Part of the problem is because of my "helicopter " sister-in-law trying to micromanage the staff. But there have been some serious issues with medications.

Be prepared to follow up heavily on promised services. When I do follow up with the staff, they respond very vaguely. It's mostly the doctors and nurses that work there on site that I'm having issues with. They're not communicating with or coordinating care with our outside doctors, which is negatively affecting my loved one's health and is extremely upsetting. Some of the staff is very helpful and nice. And other staff I don't have a lot of confidence in.

My father was ultimately the one who made the decision on Arden Courts. He liked that it is small and only serves memory care patients. He also likes that there is an option for an all female cottage. We would recommend Arden Courts as there are many things to consider when evaluating a facility. The main issue we have had is communication. The drop off was not smooth and our updates after leaving her there were brief. There does not seem to be a daily log that can be communicated to families when inquiring about how our loved on is doing. We often get "I don't know" when trying to get information from staff. If family lived out of town and couldn't visit regularly, I would ask specifically how communication will be handled.

I toured this community and it was a nice place. My loved one has dementia and they told us they could not accept him. We're really not sure why.

Our tour was very disappointing. The woman who led the tour was very scattered. I got the impression that she was new, although I’m not sure if she was or not. She forgot to show us a lot of things, and we had to ask her. She didn't even have a business card in the brochure they handed out.

There are a couple of really good caregivers - but there are some not so good ones as well. We have had many situations when our loved one has fallen and there was no caregiver around. The nurses and office staff are good. The facility itself is lovely as well. After we met with them about our issues, the communication seems to have improved. I think that our loved one needs more care than they can provide.

I'm afraid of their staff. It wasn't easy getting my loved one moved to a different Alzheimer's facility. They didn't want my loved one moved.

We were not at all impressed with The Auberge at Oak Village. The residents had to share rooms and the rooms were very tiny and needed a lot of updates. You are also not able to bring your own furniture. Overall it was not a pleasant expeinrece.

We knew right away when we walked in this was not going to be the right fit. The facility itself needed a lot of updating - it did not seem well kept. In memory care they only had shared rooms that were dark and dingy and the bathroom was down the hallway.

We had a nice tour with Arden Courts but I just could not see my loved one residing here. The atmosphere was just not the right fit for what we were looking for.

Lely Palms is a nice place, but they showed me a villa that was across the street and one block up from everything else which was not at all what I had asked for. The set up was not going to work out for me.

It was a little rocky start; however, it has worked out other than the visitation hours. The community is very tight with the visitation hours to visit our loved one, this is most likely due to the pandemic. The staff are very friendly and they remember the family's names. The head of nursing calls all the time to keep the family updated on our loved one. The meal times are consistent. There is always some type of activity and the community tries really hard to engage the residents in the activities. The residents are able to walk the community, and go outside to a courtyard to visit with family. This community is fully memory care.

The guy who we worked with and who showed us around was very helpful and had a lot of information, he gave us books to read when we left as well. The memory care was built in a circle and they had 4 different pods. They had a men's pod women's pod etc. and then in the middle is the library, hair salon, etc. I was confused just touring so I knew that my loved one would have a hard time and end up going to the wrong place.

I thought Arden Courts of Lely Palms was very good. The person who showed us around was very good. It was just not what I wanted for my loved one. It was a very closed in environment and memory care only with no transition of levels of care. My loved one was not ready for that at this point.
