The activities have been pretty good, our loved one is getting therapy and different exercises. However they are not to thrilled about the meals. The quality of the meals in general are not very good or appetizing.

Good place for a loved one. Just be sure you visit often. Lots of falls and many times no one is around. Short staffed but most Aida that work there are wonderful

All in all, we are satisfied with the care our mother at Springhouse. Like any Assisted Living/ Nursing Home, in my opinion, they are under staffed and underpaid. The staff, for the most part, are caring. The night staff needs improvement. I feel for the monthly rate we are paying, more attention should be given to my Mother. Communication is sometimes an issue between nursing staff and care givers.

The staff gives their all to accommodate every resident. Always find them Receptive to any questions or concerns I have. Just sad I have to move my Mom r/t finances.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our appointment and did a nice job with the presentation for my mother and I. I liked that the property was clean and nicely maintained for the residents. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone interested.

The care givers were very friendly as was the staff. The facilities are OK, yet there is inadequate the supervision when the patients roam the facilities. My wife lost a cardigan , a 14kt gold ring with 3 birthstones and her glasses ( $ 210). To top it off. the contract stated from May 4 though May 19. I paid in full. Then when I took her out a day early I got billed for an extra day. Must be new math.

My dad has been liking his new living environment so far and has made a smooth transition into this community. The staff where very welcoming and made sure to help my dad get acquainted with the other residents and make sure he was comfortable in his new apartment. There is always room for some improvement and some changes to be made but so far everything is going well and we look forward to her future at this facility.

One of the nicest aspects of Arden Courts is its size. This is a smaller dementia-only residence where residents have the opportunity to take part in regular activity programs or stroll through the residence at their leisure. This quieter and calmer environment seems to work well for individuals with all forms of dementia

I would say they need more aides and help. I think it's not just the Arden Courts, though, it is a national problem in all communities. The Arden courts community was not the best fit for my mother, though, because she needed more interaction. Everyone there was very nice and compassionate, though.

During our tour of this community I was pleased to see how happy and involved all of the residents where during our visit. The atmosphere seemed to be positive and full of great energy throughout the property. Overall I have no complaints and this facility was one of our top choices out of all the different tours we had looked at.

Food needs variety and spice and more fresh veggies and fruit.

It's still pretty new, to us, there have been glitches and lots of moving around. With all of the moving there have been lots of lost clothes. They don't seem to be doing anything, they say they have this great memory care, but they don't do enough, just some games. It's just not as good as it looks or, as they purported it to be. It's clean, very clean, but there isn't any choice with food. They are short staffed in my opinion, it seems like they have the same people taking care of the people also washing dishes. The activities really are my main concern, they are so lonely.

Very nice staff, and love the activities and animals. But the food is not very good. And I wish there were private rooms especially for the residents at the first signs of dementia, especially when they lived in their own home and then had to transition to leaving their home. The cost is very high and insurance doesn't cover anything but health cost. And they told us that she would go on trips, she has been there 3 weeks and has not been on a trip yet. Also they are supposed to make sure she takes a shower and a couple of times when I visited she smelt dirty, and her hair looked dirty as if it had been awhile since she took a shower.

Lauren Ringwood helped mom and i to find here. For the most part, i have been very pleased. They make mom feel special. The only negatives are not with the facilities at all, but the insidious nature of her diseases. No one help with that. I am so happy we found this place. I was at such a loss trying to accommodate mom's needs. Bravo to Silverado and its staff.

This is the worst company. After being at this community during the transition of the last ED we are now losing another ED. At first we did not believe things would change but it has been wonderful with the ED who has been here for only 5 months and now has quit. It's obvious that the problems are with the company and not the facility. The building is clean and the food is great. The team is happy and under great leadership. Shame on the upper management. Smallish rooms, clean, no frills. Residents are given freedom to roam around incl large outdoor walking paths and gardens, more than any other memory care facility we considered. Wide range of dining choices with lunch being the "big" meal of the day. 24hr RN coverage. Exit alarms are a bit annoying and go off quite a bit. Friendly staff who offer monthly welcome orientations for all. We also took advantage of a day visit for my mother before signing paperwork.

My mother just moved in the first week in May and she has not been prompted to eat as much as the caregiver in my home was prompting her. She still loves her nutritional drinks at every meal and they get them at a less expensive price than I could buy them at Costco for my mother. The morning caregivers there are letting my mother sit in her wheelchair, when in reality she should be using her walker all day long to stay strong and not lose the ability to walk. I will have to reiterate to the staff what her needs are.

They are doing pretty good. I really like the facility, it's really nice and clean. My mom seems to be very content. I'm glad she is there. She is eating well, and seems to be well cared for.

It’s good that it’s geared towards people with Alzheimer’s disease. They have activities geared towards helping to engage memory and mental stimulation. The best features are that it’s very clean and the staff is very friendly.

The facility specializes in memory care and seems to be designed to meet my loved one's needs. It's designed so that each resident has a small, cozy room that's part of a "house" that has several common areas. The residents are strongly encouraged to socialize and participate in group activities, rather than spend time alone in their rooms. The staff is patient and unfazed by the special needs of those with memory challenges. There's a good mix of people, and I think my loved one will enjoy the social interaction and feeling of independence that will keep her vibrant. The indoor and outdoor spaces are available for the residents to enjoy in any way they want. The easily-accessible quaint outdoor area is safe for residents to wander around and it's beautiful when the weather is warm.
