Really liked structure of this community and freedom given to residents. More care than Mom needs right now.

I have a grandfather who moved to Linden Village recently. I think he has come to enjoy the events that are planned. The meals seem to be well liked. The place is very clean and the employees are helpful and very nice. My impression is that Linden Village is a nice place for him to live.

They have a difficult job doing what they do, but they are doing a good job. They have a good ratio of care givers to residents. They have been doing a good job with our loved one and we are pleased with Silverado. We would recommend this community to anyone.

People at Lely Palms were extremely nice and helpful

We both really liked it. Relatively new, lots of activities. Had a good feeling about it. They can take mom to dr appts if we have a conflict. Senior health program right down the road with geriatricians and geriatric psychiatrists. Medical director is geriatrician. Specifically memory care unit. Memory boxes outside rooms, skype, nutrition focus. $5900 private-2 rooms available, $5200 semi-private. takes unlimited family care residents.

It was a very nice place

The Director is full of energy and a very good communicator. I am still talking to my brothers about this one also.

I have visited this site and was pleasantly surprised, still discussing with Director. Less than 10 minutes away.

Very nice facility. Close to home. Full service place. Not sure my mother needs all of these services (she likes washing her own clothes, for example). Companion rooms do not excite me. Private rooms way are out of our price range.

Nice but some odor of sewer gas.

What stood out the most is the cleanliness - it's good. Overall it's fair. The activities were Great ?? the office staff was good, the people that worked with the patients , about 60% of them were good. Many of them had attitudes. Our family noticed a change in the operation, when the changed corporate.

1. In the past two years I've seen 3 facility directors, 4 administrators (bookkeepers) first one got escorted by police from facility) the others quit. Every year with less than 30 days notice there's a $[removed] a month increase. I'm not sure of I'll be able to afford to keep my aunt at the Auberge. 2. The Auberge is clean! Beautiful facility. 3. Caregivers are wonderful they're a few lazy ones. 4. Caregivers are good. 5. The meals were fantastic the first year then the quality went down. Food isn't appealing as before. 6. I think the activity director recently quit. 7. The architecture of the facility is beautiful and very cheerful.

This facility used to be really good, but they recently changed staff and the director and things are not going well. Bathing is an issue and they can't seem to handle residents who refuse. They say they can only suggest it and if the resident declines there's nothing they can do by law. This didn't used to be an issue but it's pretty bad now. The facility itself is very clean. They have a good variety of activities. There is no communication with the family unless we push for it. The community phone for resident use was broken for TWO months. It was so frustrating. I will say it's bright and airy, they have nice sitting areas, it's a nice atmosphere. This is Dementia/Alzheimer's focused facility vs just basic memory care like most are. They are more trained on the conditions and residents. I would have recommended them with the old staff/director. Now, I'm not sure.

This was a beautiful community. It was too big for my loved one.

Good community, I didn't like the floor layout.

The service was good. [Name removed] was good to work with. The regular staff are terrific. The agency staff doesn't provide the care that the community's staff provides. There is no care on the weekend, as the agency staff are there, and not as attentive as the community's staff that is available during the week. There were additional charges that weren't supposed to be made to my loved one's account. I was able to speak to someone after the fact and this staff member is trying to work on the refund.

They have staff who have been with the company for a long period of time which is a big positive. Their activities directors were fantastic, they always had things scheduled for the residents to do. If I had to place my mother again, I would choose Arden Courts.
