At Silverado Onion Creek they have a lot of activities but my husband is unable to participate in them. I have very happy with the facility. It is large and spacious. The rooms are quite large. My husbands condition keeps him from really enjoying the property. I do wish they had better personal care here. Overall I am pleased though.

Arden Courts wasn't a bad place, it was actually good. My loved one liked it there. It was a little expensive though.

The staff members are always open to any questions that we have and they are always very friendly. They take good care of my loved one at Silverado Brookfield, so it has been a good experience for all of us.

They have just been great with the transition; getting my mom in there, she was madder than a hack and they are just professionals and knew what to expect and gave us coaching on it and I think it's going to be fine.

Place is friendly and caring. Caregivers are given too much housekeeping chores. This time could be better spent assisting with residents who require help eating. There is no reason caregivers should be responsible for doing dishes and pans. Firstly it takes too much time and secondly it is a disturbance to the residents when dishes are slammed into the cabinets. Floors could be swept up by housekeeping. Caregivers should be providing care and fun with the residents.

Lovely, secure outdoor area to walk through for 2 blocks. Only one menu offered daily. The small hallways make it more homey and inviting. The tiny rooms to me were confining. You must leave the room to watch tv. Workers were cheerful. I wonder if activities could more male oriented.

We toured here when we were looking. The location wasn't very convenient for the family. The rooms were a little smaller than we had hoped. Everything else seemed nice, and we liked the way it was set up.

The nursing staff they have at Silverado Oak Village are very good and sets them apart from most other places like this.

My loved one was here for hospice. The whole pre-admission was kind of a disaster. They lost a few of my loved ones items, such as his clothes. The care services made up for it. The level of care was excellent. The communication with the care givers was good. I would recommend the Silverado Oak Village to anyone. If my loved one needs hospice again, we will bring him to the Silverado Oak Village again.

I liked this one very much and thought the staff was very friendly and the facility was very nice but it is on the expensive side. Liked that it was all memory care.

They have been good. I felt the team wasn't prepared when we had a meeting about my loved ones medical care. Other than that everything has been great. It's a beautiful place, with state of the art equipment. I thought they were competitive in price, they were more expensive than other places, but they offer more.

I think they do a good job overall at Arden Courts of Sterling Heights. It has a warm, comfortable, homelike atmosphere, and they do a great job keeping everything clean and well kept. It has a very simple, easy to understand layout, which is good for residents with dementia or memory issues. The staff are very friendly, and they take great care of the people who live here!

They have done really well. We have had a few bumps in the road, but they have done a good job working with us to get them worked out and doing all they can to get things working well for my mom. Of all the places I have looked at for memory care I would definitely have to say that Silverado Naperville is one of the best.

I think they do a good job overall at Arden Courts of Warminster. The facility is clean and well kept, and they're very kind and caring to the people who live here. The community is divided up into 4 units, and each unit has caregivers that are permanently assigned to that specific unit. This gives the residents and caregivers a chance to really get to know one another! The only minor issue I've had is sometimes they will not adhere as strictly as I would like to my loved one's bathing assistance schedule, and I'll need to remind them when I come in for visits.

Arden Courts is clean and the staff is great. My mother does not like the activities and is not very social so the neutral star review I gave activities is reflective of her rather than what is offered. Mom doesn't like the food. It is very carbohydrate driven and she has never been a fan of bread and potatoes which are regular meal items.

Moved my Mom in February. She seems to have adjusted well. She seems to be well taken care of for the most part. There are staff members that are awesome - friendly, helpful and doing what they need to do. There are a few that are not friendly to me at all so I just wonder how they are treating the residents. The atmosphere is really nice. The different wings all feel like a "HOME". We got to walk outside yesterday and it is really nice out in the fenced in area - big, so they do not feel too resticted. Cleanliness for the most part is good - I just think a few areas may need deep cleaning or replaced. Overall, this is a good place for Mom! The best part is that I am only 5 minutes away!!

memory care only. Nice facility - small groups which is good... Memory Care only very different than Assisted Living... VERY VERY VERY nice Marketing person...very knowledgable...

Everything is great except the deplorable food. Sandwiches for the dinner meal are very common and not very well received. Meal selection seem to be very heavy on carbohydrates.
