When we toured the Arden Courts, it was almost too locked down. It did not feel like a homey place. It was not what we were looking for.

This community will be very good once they complete the upgrades the are working on. They do have a lot of work to do, however from what I saw this community will be top notch. This is a larger community and we were looking for a smaller one.

This is the best facility that I have experienced. My reason for four star is that there is always room for improvement. 1. The activities could be more tailored to residents especially on Sunday evenings. 2. Sometimes there seems to not be enough caregivers for the amount of work they do. 3. It would be nice to have snacks on Sunday evening between 2 pm and 4 pm, sometime before dinner.

Very good but must remind care givers specific needs of loved ones. Would like to be here.

The natural outdoor space. Many of the facilities we visited were right on a busy main street. I fell fresh air and sunshine are very important, also the home like atmosphere is very comforting. Very clean and well maintained grounds.

The staff that gave my loved one and I a great tour of there community. They where very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the details and packages they had to offer. The rooms where just not a private studio and felt more of a dorm then an apartment. Overall everything was fine it was just not the right fit for my mother.

This community is clean and the staff I met were nice. The rooms are a little small and it is not as active as the community we chose. This is a memory care community. I have heard good things about the care this community offers from friends that have family members living there.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. Residents seemed comfortable and well cared for. The home itself was neat and tidy. Everyone was friendly and kind.

Pros: Consistent Turn over(Employee) is fairly low Keep family informed My uncle is happy Lots of activities with residents and family members Inviting and clean Informative family workshops Cons: Expensive. Need to do more to promote diversity.

Very caring staff; an excellent activity staff that tries to meet the residents needs at their varying mental levels. Very good medical support with a well trained staff to meet the needs of those with dementia.

I have had a wonderful experience with my loved one living in this community. I leave and go home with no concerns, knowing that the care and support that he received has been beyond words. This community has truly been a blessing to the [removed] family as well as our loved one. Thank you all.

Facility was nice and the people were pleasant. Rooms were kind of small but I would recommend it to my friends and families.

My mom is doing good in this community and being that she is a new resident it was been well. My sisters are happy with the way the staff apply themselves to my mom's care and they was things are going.

I had a great tour of this community. Everyone was very friendly, and kind. The community was clean, and looked well-kept. At the time we toured the facility, they not have any couple rooms available. It was a very nice experience, any they were very kind to my family, and myself.

For the hour I was there, I did not see much activity. It was very quiet and the only residents I did see were the ones going into the dining room. I did like the set up, but I did not like how dark it was.

This community looked really clean when I visited. There is no lock down once you get through the front door. The residents are able to go wherever they want within the community. They have a courtyard, hairdresser and library. The people I have met were nice and helpful.

The Silverado Plano was an old style home. It had the long hallways, and carpeting throughout which I did not like because it attracts bacteria and stains. Other than that the place was well maintained, just not what we were looking for.

The exterior looks like a large Victorian home. There is an exterior porch w/rocking chairs AND an interior area w/the same so that during the frigid day we visited residents could still enjoy the view in a rocking chair. Warm & cozy environment. Food service is a little limited although the Onion soup was very tasty.

I was extremely impressed with the level of care given to residents and more specifically the focus on the needs of seniors with memory loss. I think Arden Courts would be an ideal placement for [Removed].

I feel they have some staffing issues at Arden Courts. I have no complaints about the staff that is currently there, however I have noticed some turnover. They offer some daily activities and the community is clean. I have no reason not to recommend this community.
