We would rate it a 4 out of 5. The staff is attentive to the resident needs and also let them go about their day. There are activities and they encourage all to join in and my mom is doing that more often now. I have limited exposure to food but was there for lunch this week and my mom ate all of lunch! Cleanliness is good and as my mom is sharing a room (which is what we wanted), it is a little small - but that 'encourages' her to be more active and walk around and join activities. Yes we would recommend the community to others.

Yes. The staff are so caring and attentive to my grandmother. She loves the food. It's very clean and the only place I've been to that doesn't have that nursing home smell. It is spacious. It's set up to feel like its own little town so my grandmother feels like she has autonomy. She really loves it there. The only reason I marked it down was because after less than a year there they marked the rent up by $[removed]/month and that was very hard on us but we ultimately kept her there.

Overall good experience. The staff is very kind and responsive. The rooms are small and simple. There are daily activities. The food seems nutritious; I have not eaten there.

If you have the misfortune of having to put a loved one in a memory center I’m sorry. I hate the fact that my wife is not with me or it does make me feel a little bit better knowing she is there. The employees that I have interacted with are positive and treat my wife with as much dignity as possible. my wife is very unique. She’s very difficult and combative,and yet all the women put up and handle my wife with care even when she hurts them I sincerely appreciate knowing and if I cannot make it there my wife will be watched over with care and compassion. Whether they think I’m coming or not, you are treated the same. Thank you Arden.

We were in a tough situation. My sister and I both live out of state and needed to find a place. Over all they were great. Tasha (I think that's her name) the director is amazing! Depending on the level of care your looking for Arden courts was great. My dad passed only a couple of months after being there and his level of care cha ged dramatically and quickly and they did the best they could with the circumstances. I will say I was there a few times and I thought it was super cute and the residents that were there were mostly independent, my dad required more care than most at least in the area of the building he was in. We were very pleased with Arden courts

The people who spoke with were very helpful. They spent a lot of time with us and we’re very empathetic toward her family members needs. Unfortunately, they do not have an ECC license, which means they will not be able to handle our family members medical needs. The bedrooms were very small. There was a strong scent of air freshener in the air. That made me wonder if they were trying to cover up other smells.It concerned me that there were no showers in the bedrooms. Just a half bath. Showers would be done in a communal shower area.

My brother-in-law is the family member who needs memory care. His son, my husband and myself toured and talked with many other facilities which I would only rate as 2's. We were very comfortable and it was easy to see they genuinely care so this was an easy decision. Clean with many well organized activities are some areas that impressed us. I would and have recommended Auberge to friends and family.

My mom has had several visitors that have commented to me about how friendly and courteous the staff is KC has been exceptionally helpful and is always a pleasure to deal with Room size is sufficient for the amount of time they are in their room Would recommend this facility to others for memory care

My aunt has lived alone for over 60 years. She isolates herself in her room a lot. Activities offered are of great variety and frequent. Outdoor courtyard is lovely; although, not unlocked much this summer due to extreme heat and humidity. Room size is perfect as it is not overwhelming to my aunt. She calls it her new apartment. Food always looks delicious, is served warm/hot, menus have variety, and alternatives are offered. Hallways, common areas, dining rooms, and my aunt's room are always very clean with no foul odors noted. Staff is attentive during my family's and my visits. My aunt is always clean, hair combed and neat, and dressed nicely.

My mom is in a shared room, and the room and overall community are clean and well maintained. She doesn’t participate in many activities, so I can’t speak much to that aspect. The food is somewhat bland, although I understand that may be necessary for dietary and care reasons. Overall, it is a nice place and I feel my mom is in a good environment. However, the cost is high, and I understand rates are increasing again in October, which is a concern. One of the positives is that the pricing is all-inclusive, with the exception of pull-ups, which makes budgeting for care a little easier.

[name removed] was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about dementia as a disease and very understanding of what families are experiencing.

The staff and caregivers vary in their level of care. If Grandma doesn’t want to change clothes, she may end up wearing the same clothes from the day before. We are lucky that she has a great lady most days who makes sure she showers and changes her clothes. The cost is going up by more than $[removed]a month.

They were friendly, easy to work with, and treated my mom well. Her room was spacious and clean. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The staff is very helpful. Some of the residents need help eating and they make sure they get fed. The facility is very clean and they have activities every day. The rooms are small and each has its own bathroom, but no tub or shower.

The staff was very helpful and [name removed] was well taken care of. The beginning of our stay was delayed because I did not have the correct doctors signature & paperwork. I feel the need for this info could have been communicated to me a little earlier. If so, we could have spent more time at auberge. I was disappointed that someone refilled all her medication unnecessarily - when I sent with her enough medication for the duration of the stay. Overall we were satisfied & will use auberge again in the future if the need arises

I live in Georgia but the place was neat, clean, didn't smell, has activities. The staff was and is very friendly and accommodating. The medical team is ok. I have a sister that lives close by and visits with mom, but it's been tough, mom is still transiting to this life style.

Our stay was short. He passed recently. The staff that were REGULARS were wonderful and caring. If they had staff call out and were understaffed and they brought in caregivers that didn't know him, things were not great. They didn't have a way of communicating a person's needs/abilities to staff that had never worked with him before. So unfamiliar staff wouldn't take him to the bathroom and would keep him in recliner all day long. Regular staff were wonderful and would bring him to the bathroom and give him more independence. Everything was very clean. His room was a perfect size for one person. Nice sized closet. Large private bathroom to fit a wheelchair, room for twin bed, 5-drawer dresser, and a chair. There were a ton of activities going on at all times that he participated in including holiday celebrations, live music, and readings together. There was an incident where he fell and I was not called and he was not sent to ER to be checked out (he fell many times, as eyes cannot be on everyone at every minute of every day). I met with director and they assured me that would never happen again. They onboarded him for PT and was going to offer it 3 days/week but then he rapidly declined and went on hospice. They helped me set up hospice. Overall they were great. I believe they could be better staffed, as most of these places should be, and all of my complaints would be resolved through adequate staffing. And I think that staffing would only ever be fixed when the caregivers start being paid better wages across the board, but that's not just here, it's everywhere.

Staff was great and place was clean. Room size was adequate. There were always activities. Overall facility was smaller which worked since my dad had dementia and less confusing. I would recommend for memory care. Not sure on food

Staff and care of wonderful. Don't know about the activities because my loved one doesn't participate. Sometimes the food looks great and other times it looks like a lot of processed foods. Cleanliness, not so great. Most of the time I end up sweeping out the apartment. Room size is adequate for our needs.
