This is a very nice community, and my tour of it went well. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The community looked good from what I was shown. Everything was nice, and clean. The staff was presentable, and were friendly. My questions were answered, and the experience went well overall. My tour was a nice one.

We liked the look of this community when we visited. The staff we met were friendly. They had some nice common areas and they say they can accommodate different dietary needs. This community was just a little farther away than the community we chose.

I was impressed with[Removed] and the facility. The information we got was really helpful. This facility is perfect for a person with dementia.

Mom and dad are settling in quite well. They are quite comfortable living here. The staff is very warm and friendly. The community provides numerous activities, in and outside the community. My mom and I love that they have a beauty salon. Fridays they have happy hour and next week there is a trip to the Astros game. There is a chicken hatching project planned. They have a very nice dining area that I have been invited to dine in with my parents. So far I have enjoyed coffee when I come to visit my parents, they have hydrations stations provided for residents and guests. Their room could be a little bigger but it was the nicest facility out of all I visited. It is a very clean and well-maintained community. All of the residents wear alert buttons and they have alert buttons on the walls. I feel my parents are in a very safe and caring environment.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Weekend care is not as comprehensive as during the workweek, which I suspect is a result of limited supervision. As with all facilities of this type, the family must be diligent in overseeing the care of your loved one.

This is my first experience with a nursing home caring for a loved one. I shopped around for about 2 years before I had to decide on a place. We used in home care for about one year prior to picking Arden Courts. Arden has a virtual demonstration of an Alzheimer’s patient’s perception, of life about 4 years ago and that stuck in my mind, now after over one year with Arden, I find the care giving is done with kindness and dignity. The fact I can visit at any time means a lot to me. Also knowing many caretakers have stayed with Arden for many years shows that management knows the value of good employees. The staff is always thinking of special activities for their residents and families which is greatly appreciated. I welcome surveys like this to help others.

Center for dementia. They can house 56 patients in 4 houses. 14 patients in each house. Cost: Priv. $5975 (avail.)/semipriv. $5275. Services are all included. Sounds good. [Removed] is Dir. of Nursing. she is there until 11pm tonight. Call her [removed]. she will be happy to give [Removed] a tour.

The Arden team was professional and caring and did a wonderful job of making my wife’s last days as comfortable as possible. [Removed] [Removed] was excellent in providing information and following up on my questions. She and the staff did a fine job of caring for my wife. In the end it is hard to care for people in the last days but the staff are caring and wonderful to work with. Medical staff was average with follow up and keeping me updated with my wife’s needs. Overall [Removed] was great to work with.

My sister is doing well overall here at this community. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands. The staff is very kind, and helpful. I'am pleased with all they have done for her. She is receiving good care, and this community has worked out to be a perfect for her, and her needs.

My wife has recently moved into this community and so far everything is going fine for her. The staff have been great and have helped her take her medication and get motivated in activities. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys the social environment with the other residents.

So far everything is working out well for aunt with her move to this community. We are pleased with all they have done for us. We know she is safe, and receiving great care. The staff have been attentive, and helpful. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. There are nice activities, and good meals offered for their residents. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out well for us.

This seemed like a nice clean community when we visited. The people we met were friendly and helpful. This community just did not seem to be in the same class as the community we chose.

I have no complaints about the staff at this community and the information they provided my love one and I. They had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents and decent prices. The location was conveniently located close to me and had beautiful surroundings. They just did not have a two person lift that my dad would have needed for long term care.

It's too soon to give a complete evaluation of the facility. I do find the friendliness of staff and management a real plus, but I sometimes find it hard to know who to talk to. My family member does not want to be in a facility so it is harder to give a fair evaluation. Their are many activities, but I believe it would be helpful to have some activities cater to the higher functioning individuals. Everyone progresses differently: however, I do feel it would be beneficial to have a wing for more advanced cases in the disease verses new arrivals. Give me a few more months to complete this study.

My mother was at this community for a short time, it wasn't the right fit for her, and her needs. Overall it was a good experience, and they have a great staff at this community. The residents at this facility were more advanced in their Alzheimer's, than my mother was. It is an expensive, but I would recommend this community. It is a nice community with great people.
