I feel that they really care about my mother and my mother is really happy. I feel there are enough activities for her and she enjoys them. She has made a friend, which is also nice for her. We are able for facetime will her during the COVID-19 lock down, which we like. The communication is excellent. They call us with everything. She seem to like the food. I has no complaints.

I really like it. My cousin seems to be happy all things considered. Workers have been very friendly and supportive. They have been very helpful to me as well.

Beautiful facility. Does not look or smell like a medical facility, vey home-y.

This is the 3rd facility my dad has moved to and I have to say it is heads and shoulders above the rest!! Very clean, caring and attentive staff. Such a warm nurturing environment. I only wished we would have moved him here sooner. We came form Provisions of West Bloomfield and that place was a joke! No qualified staff with dementia, no activities basically they parked him in his room and ignored him. I highly recommend Arden Court for your loved ones!!

Nice facility. Memory care only. Older decor but update coming soon. Furnished rooms. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Very impressed with this facility. A lot of thought went into the setup and layout of the buildings etc. Staff was great. I liked it very much.

The only place in Naples offering independent living in a vila with a la carte services. No expensive package services! You only pay for what you want or need! Mom can still live independent with support right across the street!

We liked this place, especially the birds. But during our tours today have decided that my mom is not ready for this amount of care yet. She really is still independent except needs help with medications sso we are looking for more of an independent apartment feel for her with a few services.This will be next level care for her though.

Excellent clean facility with dedicated staff and many entertaining activities. The meals are adequate but could be improved. Great building layout with common areas to visit your family.

I really love this community. As a service provider, I have frequented this building for many years. Arden is a community that really specializes in the care of Dementia/Alzheimer's patients. I find the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and very caring. Many staff members have worked there for several years, which speaks to their commitment and level of experience in "memory care". The community itself is clean, bright, open, and lends itself to offering close supervision in a non-restrictive yet secured environment. I especially love the open spaces both inside and out that residents can freely enjoy. The activity programs keep residents stimulated and engaged throughout the day, offering a wide range of events for residents to participate in. When I meet with families to educate them on resources available to their loved one with Dementia, Arden Courts is a top recommendation I make for both respite and long term memory care.

[Name removed] was wonderful to talk with about her facility. It was refreshing to speak with someone who truly understands dealing with residents needing memory care. The facility is clean and homey. The residents seemed at home and well cared for. The longevity of the staff is a real plus for the residents. A definite prospect!

The marketing director ([name removed]) and the one activities leader were former students of mine. This gave me some comfort that I know some staff working at Linden Village. Longevity with staff was another plus which means there's little change for the residents. I found the staff to be friendly and willing to help. The residents seem happy and well cared for. The facility is clean and homey. This is a definite prospect. [Name removed] is scheduled to visit with my mom to make an assessment to determine if Linden Village would be a good fit for her.

[Name removed] keeps a lovely home. She works hard and is very pleasant. She and her family are good hosts.

We liked it very much.Everyone was informative and helpful.Unfortunately it is a bit to much for my Moms budget.

My dad loves it here, they just need more staff. They are the top for the home being clean, plenty of activities, great atmosphere, they just need more help, they are short on aides.

Arden Courts put out the welcome mat for my husband when he first moved in, and as a result, he transitioned nicely. Any question or concern I have had has been immediately addressed. I feel I have a team of professionals working on my husbsnd’s behalf.

Very friendly, caring, and helpful staff. They are very good at communicating with the family about my father's health, activities, needs, and changes in medication. The place is clean, with plenty of light, and gardens.

Overall we are very happy with Arden Court in Livonia. Excellent food, very clean environment, lovely grounds and secure. complaints: getting laundry mixed up even with items labeled. Not all of the care givers seem to understand how to properly deal with dementia symptoms.
