The availability of staff and the attention they provide for suggestions or concerns that arise stand out to us at this facility. The medical physician is very knowledgeable and has elder care experience working with memory patients. Also the general staff provides individual attention and personalized care to the patients. The facility conducts monthly sessions for the families to be updated and learn about memory care and its various stages of the aging process. They are informative and allow family members to talk in a group setting about experiences and observations. I would recommend them to others, however everyone must understand that there is an initial adjustment period where the staff and families need to become familiar with each other. No one can be brought in and expect everything to be perfect on the first day.

I think this facility is pretty good. I don't have any issues with it at all. Communication with the family is great, they call often. The staff is friendly. Housekeeping is done often and it's always very clean. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The Auberge was very good to my mom. No issues. She only stated there for less than a month and now she is with our family. Communication with the staff was good, they did a couple video walk throughs. I was there for a couple dinners and the other residents were attended well. We do think the cost is very high

We chose Arden Courts because I was told my wife needed a place specifically devoted to memory care and not a place that just had a memory care unit inside a larger facility. I had several consultant who recommended Arden Courts over other memory care facilities as well. I went out a couple of times and toured the facility and had a good interview with the director, I was favorably impressed. The director is very involved with what is going on, she is frequently out among the other residents and interacting with them and the staff. If anything is going on, she is the one who calls me to let me know. For example, they told me not to come visit the first week she was here and the director called me every day with an update on how she was doing. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking for memory care.

We picked this community because, when I went on a walking tour, this was the best. There is very little communication from them. The only contacts have been when something is wrong ie falls, UTI etc. Would be nice to get call or text: "She's adjusting well", "Likes to sing in Activities", etc. All in all, I would recommend them!

We really like the care and compassion that comes from the staff but they could work on improving their communication with the family. Based on our experience so far we would recommend Arden Courts of Largo to other families.

Everything is going well. We've been very happy with the care. Our loved one seems to be enjoying himself. It's very bright and cheery there. He's not crazy about the food, but I know it's chef prepared. The cost is high but similar to other places we looked at. I like their philosophy and Montessori approach, and I like how they treat all their residents with respect.

The care was excellent, the staff helpful and kind. The only reason we moved is that he needed full time care that they were unable to provide.

The community was understaffed during my loved one's stay here, and sometimes the staff would be stretched thin. I would recommend you visit different communities, as this one is possibility. However, I would also recommend if you choose this community, you visit your loved one often to make sure the care is up to your expectations. The bedroom was spacious.

Good theories for handling dementia patients. However, at the time our family used Arden Court, due to staff changes and turnover, all services that had been described when we initially interviewed were not offered. Especially in regard to end of life care.

Lely Palms Senior Living is a comfortable atmosphere with good food, comfortable apartment and the staff runs the community well. Especially appreciate the nurse and physician

My loved ones are pretty happy there. They like the convenience of having meals provided. They can do downstairs and get whatever they like. They also enjoy the activities. Right now they're in a very nice apartment. It's clean and modern, with new appliances. They're on the waiting list for a villa, simply because they were having trouble getting back and forth within the multi-level apartment building. The grounds are nicely kept. Maintenance requests usually take a couple of days, which is understandable. I like that if they need additional care later on, assisted living is available without having to move.

The tour I received at The Auberge at Lake Zurich was very informative. I left with an overall positive impression.

Has been a transition for our loved one but each day keeps getting better. The whole community is very good at helping with him settling in. Staff is very friendly, caring and attentive. Food could use some improvement but has room for improvement. Doesn't participate much in activities. Overall the facility is very well kept and clean..

This is a smaller community. I feel because of this, they can't offer as many activities as other communities. There is sometimes it feels like they are understaffed;' however, they seem to be doing a good job overall. The communication with the family has been good, and the staff are willing to talk to us.

Loved the community but was very expensive compared to other options on our list.

It appears that they do a good job of taking care of my family member. In general the staff are pretty good, and cleanliness is good as well.

We liked that Arden Courts did not use cognition as a determination on where residents went, they were all mixed together and could interact with one another. The facility itself was not as aesthetically pleasing as some others and the gal who runs the place (who was brand new) did not look very professional.

The tour at Promedica was fine. The facility was brand new, but unfortunately it was extremely expensive. They charged about 50% more than where we chose for the same services, and they had smaller rooms.
