They really try to keep residents engaged and active. It's a good place for keeping seniors active. The atmosphere is positive and the facility is very nice.

Our mother/resident appears to be comfortable and well-cared for. Of course, we don't have many other facilities to compare our current experience to. Arden Courts staff are friendly, well trained and treats all residents in a respectful professional manner. We are fortunate the facility is so convenient to both my sister and me so we can spend quality time with our mother.

I would tell a friend to keep looking. We picked this community because they were able to attend to the medical needs of my loved one.

They need to find a way to keep people from going uninvited into others' rooms. We picked this community because of they had space available, and it was welcoming.

My family member seems happy and well taken care of. We picked this community, because they specialize in Memory Care and came recommended by your service. Location was convenient as well.

I am unable to rate the meals and dining service since I never saw the meals and hubby could not rate them. Cannot rate with the activities since I did not see any. However, my daughter went the next day to pay them and saw a note on the door stating Respiratory Issues. Came down with severe cough and other symptoms that needed physician care and medication. Hubby had a cough, lost weight and was extremely weak. Had a hard time walking with a walker. He was there 10 days for Respite care.

My father has been at Arden Court since the end of February this year. His mental decline due to Alzheimers has been a long and very challenging journey. Prior to joining the Arden Court community my Dad was in a so called memory care facility that was not capable of handling his needs. The previous facilities did not understand or have the training to support the challenges that go with dementia confusion. Arden Court has been a bright spot in Dad's care. He joined the community in a weak physical state because of mismanagement in the other facility, with hospital, rehab and long term acute care facilities as well. Within a month, Dad was walking freely around the community. He is in a constant state of confusion, but the staff at Arden Court are trained to support him. The facility is bright, clean, the food is good and served at appropriate times and the staff is cheerful and supportive. Dad's life will never be perfect again but Arden Court is managing his confusion.

This seems to be a good place for someone with dementia but no serious health problems. For someone like my husband who needs extra care not so much. It was close to home. The facility is attractive and well kept with activities planned. They said they could take care of my husband's needs and help him with his daily needs.

Our family had an in person tour with Arden Courts and Arden courts had a beautiful outdoor space. I really considered this place but considered what my uncle needed at that time. I think he needed more indoor private space. Plus it was much more expensive

Highly recommend it to other families. We picked this community for our loved one, because it was very clean and personable.

Probably as good as any other place. The ED has been very helpful when needed. My loved one does not participate in activities.

My loved one was a resident at Arden Courts Richmond. There was management and ownership turnover while she was at this facility. I believe the new ownership took a step down in a few areas. During the original administration/owners, the communication was outstanding but not so much after the change. My ratings are based on the new ownership, not the previous ownership. The facility was clean as a whistle. The grounds were kept in top-notch shape. Also, having a brand new hospital next door is a major benefit. I was there for plenty of meals with her and the food was fine. It was the typical hospital type food and presentation. For the cost, I expected better. Certainly a step above what they offered.

The staff there had good nursing kept us informed of any changes in mother's health. Aides were great with mom. Helped dress her and get her to dining room, and activities some aides have even there along time and loved the client's . It was also during Covid which was challenging to have staffing numbers to stay up. Activities director and helpers were fantastic keeping client's involved and out of their rooms. Director [name removed] was great. She stayed on top of everything. She involved families. Held parties for all holidays. Many events. Maintenance was on top of everything that needed done. Hospice is excellent. They helped 2 x week with bathing. Podiatrist good came monthly. Staff MD was good wit mom and us girls. Listed to us about meds. CVS came in and vaccinated for covid which was wonderful.

Their SPARK program is awesome. Employees are incredibly compassionate towards residents. Like that there is a consistent schedule and lots of activities. My only complaint is that the evening/nights and weekends tend to be under staffed. Have been in the common area several times where there will be a lot of residents and zero employees. Also, nothing against "A Place for Mom" because our rep Melissa has been amazing but I found out about them from y'all. There's a real problem up there and I'm hopeful that y'all are careful about referring Auberge to others until they can get better management. It's costly to move residents from one place to the other due to negligence and it's also extremely hard on the memory care community.

My loved one was briefly a resident at Arden Courts in Sterling Heights. This facility was very cute and very homey. The staff was good. The food was good. We had no issues whatsoever at this facility. Except that my loved one refused to take his medicine by mouth and he was very agitated and gave the staff a hard time, so they had to dismiss him.

Arden Courts in Livonia is a clean, caring and dignified facility. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for memory care for their loved ones.

Our family had an in person tour with Arden Courts and we really liked the community and the tour experience, but there was just a newer facility we thought would be a better fit for our loved one

What we like most about the Arden Courts community is [name removed], the activities director. She's super! She puts on a lot of different activities and she always keeps me in the loop and tries to get him to participate. Based on the experience we have had so far with Arden Courts we would recommend this community to other families looking for a community for their loved ones.

My loved one is a resident at The Auberge at Bee Cave. It's a beautiful place. All of the caregivers are really nice. The gem of this facility is the Director [name removed], who will do anything to help.
