A bit disappointed with the food. Administrators and other staff there have been very responsive to requests and resolving issues that I've had. Yes I would recommend to other others.

During the first few weeks I expressed some concerns and they moved my wife to another section and addressed the issues. The food is great, customized and very healthy. Staff is experienced and very patient with all levels of residents. They recently upgraded their activities programs and received more participation by residents. Rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained.
Paige was very nice and was able to give us a lot of useful information. The building was on the older side but was clean and the rooms all had carpet, it does probably need to be updated since it was on the older side, currently it's not a good fit for what we are looking for. All the residents seemed happy and staff seemed very happy too and there was a lot of staff there. Price wise it was a little bit on the higher end for what you would get and how it looks.

I don't think they were adequately prepared or adjusted well to having a blind resident. We chose this community because of the cost, and they offered us $[removed] off the first year's rent, which made it more affordable.

They kept our family informed and made us feel confident she was in good hands. We truly appreciate their compassion and dedication.
The caregivers, doctor, nurses, activity coordinators are great. They truly care about our love once. Not only they ensure everyone gets their care but also encourage them to go to activities, celebrate birthdays and holidays with special events.

Have the family's person signed up with hospice services right away (depending on level of care needed) to help assist the residents, family and Arden Ct staff.
The staff makes every effort to make residents and family happy. Activities does a great job, everyone makes an effort to greet us as we come in. Have been available to help when we needed attention for our mom

Disappointed with nursing; elevators are dirty and unkempt; rooms poorly maintained. But they are in the process of refurbishing some areas. Poor communication once we settled.

After Barb's 1st week, she walking around better than she had been. And it's closer so we visit more. Staff is great, make sure she eats. Everything seems clean enough.
The staff is friendly and forthcoming. The nurse practitioner is excellent. I think Arden Courts is typical of advanced care facilities in that you have to visit often to be sure your loved one is adequately cared for.
