I can not say enough about Arden Courts. They are one of the best facilities we have come across in a long time! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated wonderful, like family. What a breath of fresh air from some of the other places we toured. The facility is very clean, neat, with an at-home atmosphere. The move in process was smooth and easy. [Name removed], from admissions, was such a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help make a scary transition very easy. They all were so great at helping my grandmother adjust to her new home. The staff are always friendly and greet you whenever they see you. They do everything they can to accommodate us and make the process as non stressful as possible. Not only are the staff wonderful, the facility's amenities are top-notch, offering comfort, convenience and functionality. They even include family members in a lot of the events happening there. I just love this place and I am glad we made the right decision to move her here.

My mom was previously a resident at Arden Courts in Avon. She deteriorated quickly and passed away. They were great. Much nicer and more attentive than her previous facility. We were very happy with the care.

The facility is clean and there is not an odor present. The staff (Executive Director, Director of Health Services, Receptionist, most of the Nurses and Caregivers that provide direct care) have been great at communicating with a willingness to talk and answer questions as well as respond to concerns. I have seen compassion and a genuine interest in my loved one's wellbeing.

This is our first experience having to work with a facility for a parent. So nothing to compare to when evaluating, but can say we are very happy so far with what Arden Courts has done for our family as a place we feel that can give our mom the best of care and quality of life she can get at this stage of her disease. Did not rate 5. I'm sure the food is good but our mom's diet has been very limited.

The majority of the staff are polite and on top of things. I would definitely recommend Arden Courts in Geneva to others.

While there is some turnover with care givers, there always seems to be a veteran caregiver on staff to guide the newer ones. My mom is completely dependent on them for everything, and luckily she still has her sweet demeanor so they all take good care of her

My loved one is a resident at Arden Courts. They are doing a great job, no suggestions for improvement. I would recommend this facility to others.

There have been a few minor issues that we are still working on. They do a very good job keeping the place clean and odor free. The people I've met are all wonderful. Quality of care - this is one of the minor issues I mentioned. My mom had a fall and spends too much time alone in her room. My mom really likes the food. If my mom won't participate, then what good are they. It seems a bit expensive to me, but compared to other facilities I guess the price is ok. Yes, I would recommend them to others. People need to make their own decisions about care for their loved ones, but I would recommend Arden Courts to people looking for a memory care facility

Resident may demonstrate behaviors that will be beyond the facilities ability to handle and will require family to hire an aide at an additional expense. I would recommend Arden Courts in Allentown to others looking for memory care.

My sister entered Linden Village for more security. She had dementia and liked to wander outside. The assistants in her cabin were very patient and took time to really get to know the residents. The activities director was creative with music, crafts and exercise.

I would recommend the facility. The move in process was good. The staff is friendly and the housekeeping is very tidy.

The facility is short staffed. The food is not great. Personal items are lost consistently. Sometimes interaction between patients and staff is curt and not sensitive. Activities are an afterthought. They due minimum without trying to engage for participation. No creative efforts. This is one of the better facilities. Staff needs a little TLC training on top of the tactical work

The model room we were shown bears little resemblance to the rooms we were offered upon move in. Dated wallpaper border, shop worn furniture, floor molding in bathroom broken and poorly patched. The floor was sticky and the room had an odd odor. Move in was during a management change which may account for a lack of specific scheduling info....the move in packet needs more info ___laundry day, shower days, that bathing products can be provided, meal times. The food preferences form? Specified regular coffee, only decaf provided. The info on when doctors and nurses visit is unclear. You must choose from a list or provide your own MD, but have found it difficult to actually CALL mom's doctor. Or PA. Weekend night staff...light

Everyone is friendly and I am happy that [name removed] has made a smooth adjustment. He is always with a group and not alone watching TV or sitting in his room which makes me happy. (The opportunity for stimulation was the main reason I moved him to Arden Courts.) I like the variety of activities listed on the calendar and still want to come and participate. I totally enjoy many of the other residents who are friendly and often smile!

Warm, kind community who lead with patience and empathy. I choose this community because they put memory care at the forefront. Creating an environment that best suited my mom.

It's great. Everyone is friendly and will help or find someone to help you. After reviewing all the options I weighed factors like cleanliness, best buck for your money, food and amenities for 4 different places. Lely kept being #1.

We picked this community because of the responses, cost, and it looked in better condition. I would recommend to others.

Staff from every department are willing to pitch in and help residents. They are always smiling and ready to step in and assist. I’ve witnessed the janitor stop to help someone when they looked like they needed assistance.

The best comment I can make is that the staff at Arden Courts of Largo are WONDERFUL! They are caring and loving and know everyone by name. They also keep loved ones as informed or uninformed as you wish to be. This facility is a bit older than the other one we visited, but that gives it a charm and warm homelike feeling; less corporate and institutional. Their procedures however are top-notch. The landscaping and garden areas are beautiful! And the Montessori interior spaces are very well appointed. They help residents and visitors understand where they are in the building.
