They're great, they really are. I like the fact that they have dogs for the residents to pet. They're very low key which makes it feel more home-like and they refer to it as their home, because it is. They treat the residents like that is their home. They've been extremely good to my mother. We've been pleasantly surprised. She's very happy there which makes us happy. She's not even asked to come hom which was surprising to my sister and I.

What really made the difference is the staff. They are just very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and overall just seemed trustworthy. Felt comfortable enough to entrust them with our loved ones.

This was a great community it just was not the right fit for us at this time. The staff is really friendly and they seem to have really good Alzheimer care. We liked the community it just wasn’t what we were looking for. We would recommend this community to anyone.

The main reason that we choose “Arden Courts” is because they are a full memory care community not mixed. The people here know what they are doing and are patient. We have only had one small issue and they worked quickly with use to resolve it.

We chose this community for the convenience of its location. It is located near our neighborhood so wasn’t a complete uprooting. The manager came by my house to talk to us he explained all the things they offered and answered any questions we had. They were available immediately so it really helped. My loved one is a little stubborn and gives the staff a fight so he keeps them busy. It is a very nice community with very nice landscaping. If we needed services like this again, we would use Arden Courts again.

The staff and caregivers vary in their level of care. If Grandma doesn’t want to change clothes, she may end up wearing the same clothes from the day before. We are lucky that she has a great lady most days who makes sure she showers and changes her clothes. The cost is going up by more than $[removed]a month.

They were friendly, easy to work with, and treated my mom well. Her room was spacious and clean. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The staff is very helpful. Some of the residents need help eating and they make sure they get fed. The facility is very clean and they have activities every day. The rooms are small and each has its own bathroom, but no tub or shower.

The staff was very helpful and [name removed] was well taken care of. The beginning of our stay was delayed because I did not have the correct doctors signature & paperwork. I feel the need for this info could have been communicated to me a little earlier. If so, we could have spent more time at auberge. I was disappointed that someone refilled all her medication unnecessarily - when I sent with her enough medication for the duration of the stay. Overall we were satisfied & will use auberge again in the future if the need arises

I live in Georgia but the place was neat, clean, didn't smell, has activities. The staff was and is very friendly and accommodating. The medical team is ok. I have a sister that lives close by and visits with mom, but it's been tough, mom is still transiting to this life style.

Our stay was short. He passed recently. The staff that were REGULARS were wonderful and caring. If they had staff call out and were understaffed and they brought in caregivers that didn't know him, things were not great. They didn't have a way of communicating a person's needs/abilities to staff that had never worked with him before. So unfamiliar staff wouldn't take him to the bathroom and would keep him in recliner all day long. Regular staff were wonderful and would bring him to the bathroom and give him more independence. Everything was very clean. His room was a perfect size for one person. Nice sized closet. Large private bathroom to fit a wheelchair, room for twin bed, 5-drawer dresser, and a chair. There were a ton of activities going on at all times that he participated in including holiday celebrations, live music, and readings together. There was an incident where he fell and I was not called and he was not sent to ER to be checked out (he fell many times, as eyes cannot be on everyone at every minute of every day). I met with director and they assured me that would never happen again. They onboarded him for PT and was going to offer it 3 days/week but then he rapidly declined and went on hospice. They helped me set up hospice. Overall they were great. I believe they could be better staffed, as most of these places should be, and all of my complaints would be resolved through adequate staffing. And I think that staffing would only ever be fixed when the caregivers start being paid better wages across the board, but that's not just here, it's everywhere.

Staff was great and place was clean. Room size was adequate. There were always activities. Overall facility was smaller which worked since my dad had dementia and less confusing. I would recommend for memory care. Not sure on food

Staff and care of wonderful. Don't know about the activities because my loved one doesn't participate. Sometimes the food looks great and other times it looks like a lot of processed foods. Cleanliness, not so great. Most of the time I end up sweeping out the apartment. Room size is adequate for our needs.

Arden courts is great for memory care patients. It's not glitzy or glamorous but the service and set up work perfectly. The staff was very caring and attentive. The psych dr was amazing keeping me updated weekly on my father and the moving target of medications with memory care patients.

Pretty much all 4-5. We have had a great experience here. He is being looked after so much better here than the place we first had him. His room is small but he has what he needs. The staff has been very good. The cleanliness is good and if you see something when you bring it to their attention it gets taken care of right away. They have activities available but my father doesn't do many. He had to have a special diet and that was taken care of. Overall very good.

The staff that works with the patient are phenomenal. The front office staff are pleasant and friendly. The cleaning staff are always friendly and cleaning every time I visit. The rooms are small but I believe are the perfect size for patients that are dependent on care. All the food looks like home style meals versus institutional dining. The facility is very strict regarding what's allowed in patients rooms which was fascinating as some of the restricted items were requested or required at other facilities.

It's not fancy but it's warm and we would recommend Lely Palms Senior Living community to other families.

Facility had a lot to offer. First impression was of bathroom in the lobby was dusty and walls were damaged. Sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. Materials were plentiful and easy to understand. The interior of the facility looked clean and was set up well. Residents were spoken to and addressed by their name. They offer lots of activities. This facility was on the high end for monthly costs.

A bit disappointed with the food. Administrators and other staff there have been very responsive to requests and resolving issues that I've had. Yes I would recommend to other others.
