I like the caregivers and rest of staff. They know the clients well. The activities are good and seem fun. People are friendly. Yes, I would recommend Arden Courts to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

What we like the most about Arden Courts is the lay out, being in smaller units. Staff is caring, outside layout. Entertainment opportunities. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. We don't regret having chosen Arden Courts for our mom . We love the way it's design so dementia friendly and the small group focus . Mom loves the singing and entertainment staff is caring and compassionate

After touring many facilities, I decided upon Arden Court. I had a 10 day trip planned and needed a place for my husband. We came to Arden Court together and he seemed very comfortable there. While I was out of town, I called and got a daily update. The staff was always courteous and answered all of my questions. My husband has a very large family and they coordinated their schedules so that he had visitors every day. I spoke regularly with my inlaws and they were impressed with the care that their brother received. I have another trip planned later this Spring and I have already made arrangements for my husband to have respite care at Arden Court during that time. I highly recommend Arden Court in Avon.

Most of the staff go over and above but for the level of care all the residents need, I don't think at times there are enough caregivers. Not all the things that were promised in service plan get done on a daily basis. The caregivers are wonderful and I feel like they are family. I just think they have too many other duties. Things go missing from residents rooms and the Administrative staff doesn't seem to take responsibility even a little bit. It's all memory care, but is regulation as an assisted living facility. I feel like MEMORY CARE should be designated has is on category.. FOR EXAMPLE when things were not taken care of or helpful equipment should be put into place to prevent fall, too many times we have been told resident has a right to refuse, or we aren't allowed to use that at this facility. There's no accountability or documents or communication of the day to day without asking a lot of questions. But on the other hand I have seen them go above and beyond so It's not consistent. I would also add there's not a lot of room to visit your loved one in private. They do try to accommodate but you really are visiting everyone when you go. I believe the design is good for the residents so they can interact, it just makes it difficult at times to know how to respond to every resident during your visit. Overall the people are great, I just think the Healthcare industry Overall has a long way to go to be where people in cognitive decline get the best care. I don't know hownto help make that happen

Overall, all that work here are angels on Earth. They provide tailed care to the residents. It can still hard to have detailed one-on-one care so having family and friends visit often is ideal. Food is wonderful and activities often fun!

We were attracted to them because of the cost. We appreciated all the staff who worked there. We ultimately took our mom home, as it was not a good fit for her.

They were all very friendly to the residents and us as family members. They were very accommodating to our requests and tried to help as much as possible. I would absolutely recommend Arden Courts A ProMedica Memory Care Community in Glen Ellyn to other families looking.

Their billing department just seemed a little unorganized, they billed us for something after we had already pain and couldn't explain what it was for. It was rectified and they were very professional about it. Other than that we were very happy with them. Their staff is SO compassionate and caring.

There are problems now and then with new aides but management is super, activities director is super and most aides are great. Head nurse goes above and beyond. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] aide and [name removed] deserves a raise.

Great facility! Very cozy! I loved that they always had the residents involved in lots of activities.

The staff at Lely Palms is friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to help me resolve any problem I might have.

Resident should have enough supplies like facial tissue and a bed savers. Needs more communications among care staff member.

My mom has been at Arden Care for almost a month and I am impressed with the quality of care she is receiving. The staff is caring and professional. I would definitely recommend this memory care unit for a loved one.

The CNA are good they take care residents good and the place is clean and the place is clean. The place is big enough to work around. I like the way they do activities making them feel at home ,l like the way

Parent has been at residence for [date removed] Overall the care has been acceptable. Nice staff. Primary concern is the open Activities Director, many days seem unorganized. A schedule does not appear to be followed on many days. - Great administrative staff -- Andrew is excellent, diligent.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The ladies in the studio art room were very lovely. The residents looked very happy to be there.

Arden Court is clean, with hard working and thoughtful staff. There are many activities for the residents, and the activity coordinator is friendly and very patient. I feel my mother is very safe and cared for. My only critique is that my mother's hygiene could use more frequent attention. However, when we've lived this out, the facility has made an effort to improve.

We picked them because of the proximity to our house, discussions with staff, condition of the facility. It's a place tailored and constructed for memory care.

Facility is well cared for, clean and very pleasant. Staff was friendly and seemed attentive when we visited. Unfortunately we lived out of state. My rating for the administration was based on the fact they were very attentive to our family while we were deciding on the facility and answered all the questions asked. After my sister and brother in law became residents the attentiveness seemed less important. Sometimes days went by before phone calls were returned. When they were returned they were apologetic. Difficult when you live far away from facility. Overall care was good. Overall the facility did a good job in the care of my family. I would offer a bit of advice if a family member does not live in the vicinity of the facility they might have trouble receiving updated information. Not sure how this can be improved just something they should be aware of.
