Very friendly place. Staff required to learn people's names. The one drawback I saw was a small assisted living facility with only 12 beds, I was told.

Gave us a warm welcome from the start. Little pricey for us. Very nice. Clean and bright. They decided to move on down ro Florida and become snow birds.

During her stay, the nurse on staff, [name removed], is amazing. She always had time for me and was always so kind. Even when we went to pick up my mom's things. The staff there was also amazing! She was only there 16 days but we got to know them all and many were special - [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed].... all amazing. [name removed] the activities director was amazing too! They also have Nobi which is a fall and movement detection system in the rooms. [name removed] and the Nobi system are why we picked the Auberge. Their response time for a fall was under 2 mins. National average is much higher.

The staff was very friendly and professional The place is very clean and easy to tour They honored quote that they gave in initial call. Worked with me during entire process. Introduced hospice group Heartland, they were also very helpful to understand next steps I would highly recommend them

Overall good based on the care given to the tenants. The nursing staff is great and [name removed] has been great along with the rest of the nursing staff as I get very few calls unlike the previous place I had my mother in. This place is very clean and they are very attentive to everybody there.

Bottom line is that Springhouse was okay; not great, not terrible. In fairness, my father in law was a difficult resident given his age and ailments. Our main concern was that while he was on the most expensive plan, and thereby should have had comparatively a lot of attention, but many times when we visited, it took a long time for a nurse or caregiver to respond. Also, often two or meals would be left on his table covered and uneaten. My wife and I both felt the staff should have been more encouraging to get him eat as we often were successful. On the positive side, the staff was pleasant and the facilities were clean.

Most of the staff I really like a few not my favorites The executive staff - executive director, head of nursing, most nurses- excellent My dad doesn't do many activities but I have witnessed many - exercise Movies/tv, today they throwing a ball (around) trying to keep them engaged holiday parties and bbqs Food seems ok not amazing apartment is fine - studio - but they keep the residents out of their rooms almost all the time pretty clean They have video in every room in case someone falls which of course you need to sign a waiver to allow pretty good at keeping family informed and very welcoming environment i feel like every staff member knows the residents and especially impressed with executive director head of nursing how much interaction they have with residents with the exception of having 24 hour one on one care i couldn't ask for more

My first experience with a memory care facility, so not sure how it rates vs others so I gave it a 4. Staff, activities, food, cleanliness and units are great. Challenge 1: is Arden Courts has gone thru an ownership change recently and I am experiencing challenges with the new portal because I have (2) residents. Challenge 2: is too pay more attention to each residents unit as I discovered (2) missing light bulbs from a plugged in lamp in one of our units. I told a staff member, it was not replaced a week later until I went to the front office to complain. All else has been good.

Housekeeping could improve - the place is not dirty nor does it smell, but attention to changing sheets and sweeping the room floors could be better monitored/scheduled They do seem to have the same meals all the time. They need to offer activities that are geared to the ability of the person. There are "high" functioning residents that could get more out of higher function required activities

The residents & facility are both exceptionally well kept. It's extremely clean & they're well groomed & neat. They do an incredible job keeping up with schedules, activities, & have good healthy meals. The residents are getting excellent care & it shows. My only complaint has been poor communication with the families. Otherwise I would have given a 5

[name removed] was very informative and provided a great deal of information. However the rooms were too small and the upkeep i.e. the walls had fingerprints and needed either washing or repainting. It didn't feel cozy just cramped

Variety of activities and nice rooms. Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable staff. People seem to be happy. Would recommend to others and the person who gave tour was helpful. The facility was well kept

They specialize in memory care and can truly handle all of the scenarios you think will get your loved ones kicked out. You can truly rest at home and get your life put back together. They are kind and keep your loved one safe. They do not hurt your loved one. They are patient with them.

I'd like to mention a few concerns so others are aware of our experiences. One year ago, Arden's billing system implemented and a fee when paying by credit card. My mom started paying on time by check (prior to setting up automatic payments), but they wouldn't get posted in time by Arden. Their record-keeping was horrible; we spent endless hours trying to keep accurate payment records for ourselves. Prior to my dad leaving Arden, they withdrew an entire month's of rent was when they told us ahead of time that the balance was $[removed]. It would have cost my mom $[removed](a lot of money on a fixed income) to stop payment) on the check she mailed to Arden. We asked Arden if they would pay the $[removed]fee, but they declined. [name removed] at Arden told us to delete the automatic account which we did, but this was false/inaccurate information. It was a nightmare and I could share more about this, but I wanted to give you a general idea of our frustrations so others are aware of this. I do want to give Kudos to [name removed] there. She was always so incredibly helpful, supportive and professional! She assisted with helping to move my dad out and she was so kind and a true blessing! Thank you again for allowing me to share our experience. Overall, we were pleased with Arden and the level of care; it was the past year or so that was stressful.

We love seeing her engaged and well-cared for. The layout of the community is perfect for someone in her position, allowing her to move safely while maintaining a sense of independence. The tour was fine and our questions were answered. The person we spoke with was well-versed in dementia and the services provided at Arden Courts. We decided not to move our mom here because the building itself is quite old, the bedroom very small with no shower and it was busy.

The staff of the community centers are so excellent that the make a long day joyful. Main staff is excellent. There are caregivers who show extra care and extra giving. They make showers, bathroom help as much easier. I can not say enough wonderful things about some of these precious people.

My mother seems to be taken care of and staff is very pleasant and kind to her. They contact us with any issues and concerns. She seems content and comfortable. The staff conveys any needs she has such as clothing and supplies.

Arden Courts is a clean, well managed facility with a staff that is largely friendly, helpful and competent. The fact that they offer respite care is a plus, because it gives you a chance to try out the place for up to a month without making a long term commitment. I would give high praise to our first contact there, [removed date], as well as their nurse practitioner and their Physical therapist (who is a contract employee). They also contract a hair cutter who comes in weekly. She and many other employees and contractors have been with the facility for many years. I think Arden Courts is typical of memory care facilities in the area. It is important that a relative monitor the care given to their loved one. The staff is caring and competent, but you have to continue to monitor what is going on to be sure your loved one isn't lost in the shuffle, as most of these places are understaffed. I appreciated the fact that Arden Courts staff had, for the most part, stayed on the job for many years. That is a positive testament to their organization. The one thing I'd change is their billing system, as it was not itemized. I kept meaning to ask for a cost breakdown when I received bills, but as pressures mounted I just ended up paying it all, despite having questions.
